A nice avenue of trees leading you into the park. I couldn't help but think it was a little ironic that the good samaritan act of maintenance help has actually triggered this cache's archive. Once at GZ, I found the container a little exposed, and following my name add, I placed it back within the tree. Otherwise, the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks BrizBabez for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------Today on my Friday off work, I had the day to meander through the southern suburbs of Oxley, Durack and Forest Lake. With no definitive plans, it was a case of having a general plan and seeing where the day took me. It probably involved more walking than intended, with the days heat causing slow and lethargic conditions, but I enjoyed the long walks in Oxley Common and Archerfield Wetlands. As I headed through the southern suburbs, I stopped at a couple of Locations of the [Mascot Wars Episode II: Attack of the Binnys](https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/ec31fd07-d344-49a0-b7c8-0e78708c5b35) Adventure Lab. A few more of the *Oxley* series were visited, and then I closed out the day at Forest Lake completing the [A stroll around Forest Lake](https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/be586bb7-6786-46a8-956f-6568d92d0be8) Adventure Lab.

Hi. I replaced the case and log for this degraded cache. I do live too far away to adopt it, however.
I offer to replace damaged cache with remade one. Please advise if there are procedures besides advising unresponsive cache owner
I found your cache on my lunch break at work. A wander down a hidden avenue of many mango trees and a quick grab and sign. Thank you for placing
Gradually knocking off the Forest Lake caches, whenever I feel like a detour on my way home. I love how Forest Lake and Heathwood have all these tucked-away parks, which are mostly populated with native trees. Unlike some other local housing estates. And this one has such a unique arbour of mango trees! I dont think Ive ever seen an arbour of mangoes before! Itll be coming into season soon too - although our backyard tree only fruits every second year - so maybe not.
What a lovely little park in the back blocks. Not sure but suspect previous log book entry may be a group of muggles. However the cache was still safe and sound in the hide location
Nice quick find on a short caching run today. Now need to go and pick up a car part nearby.TFTC BB
Thank you! Our first geocaching adventure and this was a really nice introduction into what we need to do. Thank you!
Outreach work is wonderful for geocaching. Takes me to so many new places. Just checking my map every now and then when I home visits to see if there are any close by to grab before heading back to my Northside office.
This is cache number 1 for the day. Started the walk along the paths, reading previous logs as I went. Having previously been 75mts off I walked way past the obvious spot. Turns out the cache may have been replaced in its original spot after some cache creep and the coordinates aren’t too far off. The new log is okay to sign and staying relatively dry in its zip lock bag.
TFTC. Great to have something to find in this area as there aren’t too many around!

Went to the playground and thought we would check for a cache and look what's here. TFTC
Found it about 75mts away as logs had stated.
Signed and returned cache to the tree indicated on the GZ gps. Very moist inside.

As others have said, very wrong location. New log book is a godsend, thank you. Needs cleaning. Original GPS location would actually be a good spot. Kid had fun climbing every tree to find it though.
Found it, thanks for the hints in the logs. A little tricky as although schools in there were some other muggles wandering.
Definitely needs maintenance.
I have added a new log in a ziplog bag though. Which will make life easier.

Hello
Your cache is saturated it needs to be dried out and cleaned out please.
I have added a new log in a ziplog bag today, which will help.
Just wondered if it is where originally placed as well as its about 75 m away from the coordinates.
Thanks

After a lot of looking we found it! It’s not anywhere near where the gps says (try further up) but still a nice area to walk along. We’ve left it where we found it. The container was full of water and unfortunately the log books need replacing, sadly do not have any on hand but hopefully someone sees this soon)
Beautiful spot here. I walked in from Archerfield Road and it was a lovely walk. Searched for a long time between many dog-walking muggles. Finally found it after looking in a lot of trees! The co-ordinates are way out here. The cache was very wet and the log, which is not in a bag, is very wet. Managed to find a dry page and sign my name. TFTC!
With a couple of hours to kill around the forest lake area, I managed to find three caches and one DNF as I was sort of driving past. They were easy park and walk to caches and at this time of the day, there was no one around to cause me trouble.
This one I parked up and walked across the park to grab. There were some nice hiding spots and when the gps finally settled in I used my geosenses to work out where it was and I made the find very easily. I signed the log and replaced as found and then moved onto the next one just up the road.
Thanks for the cache and the hide here today, all good with this one.

Amongst the wildness of trees you’ll find the gold gems of what this park has to offer! Be warned of the opening eyes that surround you!
Swapped the Qld rock for one I have done . Thank you and enjoy to the next Finder
Me and my mum were looking through it and I decided to climb abit and then I saw it I saw an eraser a rock a little book and the log book but we didn’t have a pen
After a morning tea I was attending for work, I fired up the geo map and saw this cache was nearby . Approaching the street, a road work crew was setting up witches hats but they waved me through . After parking in the handy car park, I wandered up and saw the cache straight away yay . Signed the log and replaced as found. Now I had time for a coffee ️ too before I was due back at work. Tftc and the work week fun
Initially looked in the wrong place but broadened search and found it. Lovely wet day
I was needing a cache today for my calendar. While our dog was getting groomed, my daughter Pinkypie05 and myself decided to do this cache. The coordinates had us looking in the wrong tree for quite a while. We broadened our search and then found it easily. Such a lovely laneway. TFTC!
I was asked if I would like to go caching and I jumped at the offer to join with Hatsoff RoddyC, Snickersallen and Grannysmith47 so we headed towards Durack and Calamvale for our fun. The co-ordinates appeared a bit out but but we concentrated on the description and soon made a find. Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC
A short trip from the Gold Coast to meet up with hatzofff, RoddyC, Imbunda, and grannysmith1947 for a morning of caching around this lovely suburb.
Very pretty area to search for the cache, was nice and cool near the canopy of trees.
Thanks & we'll done CO.

Yesterday, we decided the weather would be good today, so a quick shoutout by hatzofff, and we have a hunting team of 5 today.
What a beautifully shaded walkway!
Log signed and cache replaced as found on 3 April 2022. TFTC, BrizBabez

A second find for this 2esday.
Drove here from the sunrise event, figured it would be better do get all my caching done early in the day.
Phone took me 2 one tree but the one across the path looked more like a hiding tree.
Glad I did not have to get down on all 2+2s to find it
Thank you for hiding this geocache BrizBabez

Very happy to return and make good on my DNF.
The coords seem good but I found the cache on the ground, though intact: phew.
After signing up, I replaced it in a tight spot with cover.

Out finding a few caaches with Richmond Lad. Next on the list was this cache. It took quite a while to find as both our phones had us searching the wrong tree. Eventually, we were able to add our names to the log. TFTC
Quick find while in the area this afternoon - before school finished - thank goodness!!
Out and about caching around Forest Lake with Selva Girls for a few hours finding caches that needed to change to a smiley yellow faces. Enjoyable day was had and thank you to CO for placing the cache and bringing us to the location. Cache found and log signed. TFTC
Grabbed this one while on my way to fresh and save, easy find, hopefully it'll stay there tftc
Nope, couldn’t find it. May have been a little too buried for me today. Hope to return if it’s still in place.
The local dogs gave me a warm welcome even before I got to GZ. Nice quick find. Thanks for the cache
We had an appointment in the general area so I had marked a few caches which had popped up recently to clear the map.
I left my wife in the car chatting to our Daughter while I headed to search for the cache and found it in the first place that I looked. The nearby dog put on a vocal performance to my presence but no one came out to see what the noise was about. I quickly signed the log and replaced the cache and high tailed it back to the car where the wife was still on the phone.

Congratulations on your first hide. In the area for breakfast with family. Surprised to see this one not found. A short drive and a short walk and a short hunt and I had the sucker. Coordinates were just a little off (due to heavy tree cover) but geocaching senses headed me in the correct direction. FTF 9.20. All good here thanks for hiding this for our enjoyment.
After a day of random caching, this is my last find of the day…
I had forgotten this was published last night, and so after umming and ahhing I didn’t leave home until this had already been found…
It’s been ages since I’ve been to Forest Lake proper… the Jacaranda’s on the way in were impressive…
I admit I checked a couple of trees before I reread the description and altered my approach… then I spotted a likely spot and soon after had the cache in hand… despite the best efforts of a local hound…
Tftc… welcome BrizBabez to the game and congratulations on your first hide….
