My second DNF in the area tonight, perhaps its been cleaned away by the people who manage the ads here, or perhaps I just didnt have keen enough eyes / height

29,650. Found with albida33 during a loop around South Canberra today.

With the post Christmas / New Year period settling down to 'normal', albida33 and I did many caches today including some Multi's we have kept for other days as we ran out of time. Several pole caches and tree climbs - a real mixture. After lunch nearby we parked in a convenient spot and headed over to this rather damaged bus shelter. Luckily the cache is still in it's hidey hole safe and sound. Signed the log, replaced the cache as found, then we continued on to the next one on our list.

Thanks ALL7 !!

Great hide. Just had to take the plunge and hope that there were no bites.tftc

Took a while this one. Lots of options and lots of muggles. Thanks for the fun.

#2627 After our first DNF of the day we moved on to have a look for this one. We checked the more obvious spots before DeadThief used a little trick to locate a few more possibilities. With this intel a short search soon allowed me to get a touch and retrieval of the cache. No buses stopping here today. Thanks ALL7 for the hide!

#724 The next find for todays little trek after picking up an unfortunate DNF. Whilst avoiding the attention of people passing by we did a quick search over the obvious spots of the structure. Feeling like we’d run out of potential hiding spots I used a little trick I’ve learnt and found a few more potential spots. These new found spots soon led us to a find shortly after. A careful retrieval and we had soon signed the log. Thanks ALL7 for placing this one

Nope. I think it might be harder than the rating. Comeback when I have more time.

Checked in holes/gaps with a mirror and felt in them. Moved the mirror around other places. Checked the seat, bus stop sign and other nearby post. Being only 1.5T I shouldn't need to step up, but I did. Still though, no luck. DNF.

A day on the bikes, avoiding grass seeds as much as possible, we have tossed out 5 pairs so far.
At gz a methodical search led us to a find.
Very sneaky.

We braved the heat today to get some fresh air and find a few caches. Found 4 of 4, so a successful ride/run.

This one took us a while - not only because of cars/buses/muggles, but because we somehow missed the hiding spot on our first pass. We were relieved to finally sign the log and move on to our final cache of the day. TFTC!

Headed out with ALL7 awhile back now after getting the call up to help hide and go for a drive.

Had some fun putting a few easy drive by caches out around the South side of town.
Now these have all been found we are catching up on logging for 2021.

Thanks for the invite ALL7 and a bit of fun and laughs.

A tricky hide here and only found after two visits and PAFing, though even then I almost gave up before having a Eureka moment. In retrospect this hide is consistent with at least two others on this series… but I’m a slow learner.

Thanks, ALL7.

Out with LuckyL10n to grab a few caches in Tuggeranong. We looked high and low for this one but couldn't come up with the prize. Have a feeling we know where it is now but will need to come back with a better tool to get to it.

Thanks anyway ALL7...no doubt we'll back.

I decided another afternoon of caching with some Adventure Labs was in order. I started with a short walk around Kambah Adventure playground. After that I headed off into the Tuggeranong Suburbs to visit some caches. I had one failure and found five others.

With so many places a cache could be here, I must have brushed past the cache on my first feel in GZ. I had to seek some help, and there it was. Happy in the end.

Thanks for the cache ALL7

On the way back from the Booroomba event and decided to clean up all these new caches in suburbs I though I had cleaned out just a few short weeks ago. All were found in good order, on the coordinates. A couple were a little tricky and took some time

With the odd weather not being the best to be out in and a milestone coming up shortly it was down south for a pocket of close to the car caches that would not keep me out of the car too long! Managed to get the caches I needed and indeed they were perfect, thanks for the cache ALL7.

Found with Czechboy14

Had looked there previously but obviously not well enough. Signed then replaced a tad more 'friendly', but not too 'friendly'. TNLNSL TFTC

**This Cache**

The bus didn't come, thankfully. Great to see this has been replaced, and it is actually a tough find IMO! We spent a long time looking! Much better spot than where it was originally meant to be, this won't go missing even if the Oooh! crew make a visit! Well done, thanks for keeping this one alive Smile

**Today:**

A day off work and caching with DSD!
We were originally going to head out of the ACT, but with some predicated rain in NSW we decided it was going to be nicer locally instead!
We started off by grabbing some new caches around Denman Prospect area, before heading down to Tuggernong and cleaning up the rest of the P&G "ALL7" caches, before finally heading down towards QBN / Googong for a few more stragglers before we needed to head home!

Thanks to the CO's for keeping us busy on todays adventure!

Easy find today. Signed dsd or Darksidedan or AB or Adventure Boys to save space in the logbook thanks for the cache and the adventure.

All these new caches down south were perfect for topping up my find numbers for the day. Cache easily found. TFTC.

With our Namadgi hike to 'Cache of the Sentry' postponed due to the rain we targeted some of the new caches that were staining our caching maps with green blobs . After last night’s unrelenting thunderstorms we were feeling rather haggard from continuous disturbed sleep making drive-by caching ideal on this occasion. Or so we thought - LOL

In the process of picking up only ALL7 caches down south we caught up with the CO and TikvaNZ for a more difficult find. The help is always appreciated! Up until then we were chasing TikvaNZ all the way.

Overall these new ALL7 caches were a good variety and challenges with many requiring crossing roadside waterways, navigating long waist high grasses, under wet dripping vines, under wet trees or around wet bridges. Maybe we just picked the wrong day to come? Not sure why we were thinking that today was going to be an 'easy' day ‍

I came home with wet feet and pants, cobwebs and seeds matting in my hair, and dirt over my top and hands . By then I was wide awake and ready to cycle around the suburbs of Whitlam for the new AL and back to Denman Prospect via the dirt trails to spend an early evening playing tag with the grandkids. Now for a great night's sleep .

Two favourite points for the group of ALL7 caches found today. The points are placed on the two more challenging caches as it brought a few of us together in one form or another - ain’t caching fun!

Quick and easy find although very wet underfoot getting here. TFTC ALL7.

Tankengine and I came out this morning to pick up a few caches that we had to find.

This cache: Avenged the dnf!

I shot the muggles who approached at one stage, but don’t worry the oOh!Media cleaning crew will get rid of the bodies before the next finders come.

I was however a little afraid that I would accidentally push this one in further as my finger just reached it, but couldn’t pull it. Thankfully Tankengine was able to help me. Tftc ALL7!!!

Just FYI, this is one of the newer bus shelters with advertising incorporated in it .

oOh!Media own it, and they have a fleet of vehicles that regularly maintain them. This includes washing with high pressure hoses, scrubs etc. so you might find your cache could go missing this way.

Chooo ooo [FTF] more later, Thanks ALL7!
