Out and about finding some caches on a beautiful sunny day. Thanks to my new geocaching friend for bringing us here.
Quiet day today - just a few Trads on the E-Scooters.

Log signed and cache replaced as found at 2:32 PM on April 5, 2023. TFTC, ALL7

Caching today with RoddyC on our escooters before visiting the hospital.
Our 4th day in the Canberra area.
Had been here before and could not find it so today it was a double effort and a PAF. Fingers helped instead of just eyes

Came by here today early with the co checking her caches, needing to be out doors . Thanks for your company. TFTC
#2626 On our approach to the bridge and assuming the cache was still in play, I was reasonably confident of a find due to a previous similar experience. I did need to check a couple of spots on both sides before retrieving this cache from its hide. Cheers ALL7.
#723 The next cache in our loop around here today. Upon arrival at the bridge I found a likely potential hiding place and Turtle who had recently found a similar hide elsewhere was confident that we were looking in the right place. After checking a few of these spots on both sides of the bridge made the find. We added our names to the log and we were on our way, happy to say this one is still here. Thanks ALL7 for the hide
Second DNF today. Looked up top and below. Moved a few metres either side of the coordinates. DNF.
An afternoon of caching with fitzy_1965.
Headed to the Googong area. It has certainly been a while since we were last here as so much has changed.
All caches found quickly and easily unless otherwise stated.

26,951. Found with minniek during another afternoon caching meander.
Another day where we had a few hours up our sleeves for caching. After grabbing caches in Googong we still had time for a few more so headed over this way. There sure has been a build up of Traditional caches down here. For this one we parked right nearby for a quick find - thanks to finding a few similar to this. Signed the log, replaced the cache as found, then we headed off to the next one on our list.
Thanks ALL7 !!

We braved the heat today to get some fresh air and find a few caches. Found 4 of 4, so a successful ride/run.
This one took us longer than expected, because we'd each thought the other had checked there already! After a second pass, it revealed itself, and we were on our way to the next one. TFTC!

Nice hide. I've just dropped Mrs Mister JD at the club to see her surrogate mother. Before heading home to housework, I'm grabbing a few caches. This one first. Thanks, All7.
Headed out with ALL7 awhile back now after getting the call up to help hide and go for a drive.
Had some fun putting a few easy drive by caches out around the South side of town.
Now these have all been found we are catching up on logging for 2021.
Thanks for the invite ALL7 and a bit of fun and laughs.

#12570 - 10:51:00 AM; On a mission with Sol de lune around Weston Creek and Tuggeranong to collect some of our unfound caches. All up 14 from 14 today. All caches were found in good condition and returned as found once logs were signed. TFTC ALL7
Out with LuckyL10n to grab a few caches in Tuggeranong and this one was found without issue. We employed the old....."I'll look from the bottom and you look from top" approach for and although it didn't reveal the cache, it certainly helped find a few good hiding spots. All work out well and the log was soon being signed.
Thanks for another one ALL7.....
Thanks for another one ALL7.....
I decided another afternoon of caching with some Adventure Labs was in order. I started with a short walk around Kambah Adventure playground. After that I headed off into the Tuggeranong Suburbs to visit some caches. I had one failure and found five others.
After several quite difficult locations, this one was nice and simple. Time to head home after a successful afternoon.
Thanks for the cache ALL7

On the way back from the Booroomba event and decided to clean up all these new caches in suburbs I though I had cleaned out just a few short weeks ago. All were found in good order, on the coordinates. A couple were a little tricky and took some time
An hour or two spare while the kids weekly art class continues. Their works just getting better and better.

**Today:**
A day off work and caching with DSD!
We were originally going to head out of the ACT, but with some predicated rain in NSW we decided it was going to be nicer locally instead!
We started off by grabbing some new caches around Denman Prospect area, before heading down to Tuggernong and cleaning up the rest of the P&G "ALL7" caches, before finally heading down towards QBN / Googong for a few more stragglers before we needed to head home!
Thanks to the CO's for keeping us busy on todays adventure!

Easy find today. Signed dsd or Darksidedan or AB or Adventure Boys to save space in the logbook thanks for the cache and the adventure.

All these new caches down south were perfect for topping up my find numbers for the day. This was a tricky hide. TFTC.

With our Namadgi hike to 'Cache of the Sentry' postponed due to the rain we targeted some of the new caches that were staining our caching maps with green blobs . After last night’s unrelenting thunderstorms we were feeling rather haggard from continuous disturbed sleep making drive-by caching ideal on this occasion. Or so we thought - LOL
In the process of picking up only ALL7 caches down south we caught up with the CO and TikvaNZ for a more difficult find. The help is always appreciated! Up until then we were chasing TikvaNZ all the way.
Overall these new ALL7 caches were a good variety and challenges with many requiring crossing roadside waterways, navigating long waist high grasses, under wet dripping vines, under wet trees or around wet bridges. Maybe we just picked the wrong day to come? Not sure why we were thinking that today was going to be an 'easy' day
I came home with wet feet and pants, cobwebs and seeds matting in my hair, and dirt over my top and hands . By then I was wide awake and ready to cycle around the suburbs of Whitlam for the new AL and back to Denman Prospect via the dirt trails to spend an early evening playing tag with the grandkids. Now for a great night's sleep .
Two favourite points for the group of ALL7 caches found today. The points are placed on the two more challenging caches as it brought a few of us together in one form or another - ain’t caching fun!

*FTF* with Delta Response Team, Aquilus1, contesta and Tankengine.
When all the new caches came out Delta Response Team, Aquilus1 and I were rather surprised. And practically all down south, that was an even a bigger surprise.
So we headed off to one close by, then after that we headed down to the deep dark south to try and catch up with Tankengine who was already snapping up the new caches like candy.
We didn’t expect to then catch up with contesta along the way who was also out on the FTF prowl.
We all nabbed a great number of caches which made everyone’s night. It was a lot of fun with everyone.
All the caches were found pretty quickly, except one which we later found out was missing on the night and another which was a fair few meters off the coords, but at least it was found. Tftc ALL7!!!

After collecting seemingly the only cache in the north to come out Dty73, Aqulius1 and I headed down south to try and catch Tankengine before he snatched up all the fun.
After catching up to TE we then continued around in tandem find many many caches.
Quick find with a blank log for an *FTF*
Later in the night we were joined by Contesa and ACT Policing for atleast one of our searches... Oh the fun of a trip down south.

Chooo ooo [FTF] with DTY73, Aquilus1 and DRT and Contesta on a hectic dash around the south side of Canberra - starting to sprinkle... Here we were bundled up by the AFP... They wanted to know what we were up too!!! I thought they were going to bust us for our questionable parking! Thanks ALL7!
Find #4594
[FTF] Woot woot!! With Tankengine, Aquillus1, dty73, and DRT.
Came of shift and had no sooner put my feet up when the pinging started, and kept on pinging for long enough to get my attention. Took a while to get the motivation to go out again but could see there didn’t seem to be much of a rush happening so mozied on out.
Was happy with my mini haul of FTFs and was about to head home when I did a quick check to see the area was ‘clean’ But wait there’s still more. Hi there in 5mins I headed but on approach I could see two other cars pulling up just in front of me.
Off we went in search of the prize, just a tad conspicuous when head lights shining in unusual places. Strange behaviours attracted the attention of the local constabulary who drove along the footpath towards us. Happy chats, suitable explanations, and we were encouraged to get in with out find.
Thanks to ALL7 for putting out and maintaining all of these caches for our enjoyment!
