Over in the area heading for Canberra to attend the Easter Mega with tmann421Tons of caches done while here and this was one of them.Enjoyed the touring around and all the containers foundLog signed tm/ww NZThanks for the placement and the effort put into maintaining these hides for us to find.
*In the area with woolwood9 heading to the MEGA Event.* We cached from Sydney to Canberra, then after the MEGA, up through Yass, Cowra and Bathurst to return to Sydney. We had a great 3 weeks and enjoyed finding many good caches. SL *tm/ww NZ**Thank you for putting this cache out for us to visit!*
#3963 Found after a quick search. Was able to sign log sheet as it was fairly dry. Removed a little moisture from the container. Very interesting park. TFTC
7th attempts later I finally found it but the log book is Absolutely soaking wet with the container full of water.
Found it at last!!!Special thanks to KemblaKrew for setting and maintaining this geocache.
This cache has proven to be quite the challenge and despite my best efforts I still haven't been able to locate it. I've now attempted to find it on five separate occasions and each time it has eluded me.I've carefully reviewed previous found logs adjusted my search technique and spent a considerable amount of time searching the area but the cache remains elusive.
I was stopping for a handful of finds on my way home from a geo event today, this one was sorta in my direction so made a trip to GZ for a look around.
After feeling allover I finally found it in the only spot left it could be, ha
With signing duties done I was soon on my way
Thanks for the cache

Couldn't find it. Not sure if it it's where I assumed it was. The fear of spiders was enough to not let me stick my hand in.
Got lucky on this one, didn't look used my hands and felt it.
Not sure about the hint and size as Micro would be more suitable for this cache.

Took a bit longer than I care to admit. Found a random mint tin nearby too. Eventually got it. Thanks
#9033 (10 of 10 today - including 2 Adventure Labs)
I am gradually catching up with my logging - am currently only a month and a bit behind. But that's still over 100 caches!
To be honest, while I still find searching for caches fun, I'm finding logging less so. But I have to log to get me stats and souvenirs, so...
Only a few Adventure Labs and my First2Finds have been written up in a timely manner - don't want people racing out when it's already been snaffled.
Nevertheless, I have kept up with my 2022 goal of 16 finds per caching day. In fact, for the most part my modus operandi has been to actually aim for 20. So far I've only failed on that a few times, and only by 1 find. Amazingly I'm on track for 19 finds per day, but somehow I expect that will eventually prove too hard as I have to travel a good distance if I want more than a cache a day.
Thanks to all the CO's who have made it possible to keep my goal in sight. Most of the finds have been Traditionals, but a few Puzzle series and the odd other cache type have been grabbed where possible.
Sorry the logs are very generic, but I'll never catch back up otherwise.
###END OF GENERIC ABJECT GROVELLING SECTION###
Thought it was time again to make a higher number of finds than the Caching Calendar Gods require, so headed south to Mount Keira.
I'm amazed (and a bit disappointed) that, even though I live near the centre of Sydney, it takes an extra half hour to get to Wollongong than it does to almost get to Newcastle. Well, we do what we must, I guess.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Any cache specific comments will be added here.
If none, then it was a good cache and easily found.

looked for this one before after the recent heavy rains hopefully the cache will survive the next heavy rain thanks
Container replaced with a different style , different hiding spot , same co ordinates, previous hint removed
tftc my dog sniffed it out right away (i suspect this is due to the copious amounts of chimken inside)
Thanks for the cache! Good hint. This was the first time a neighbour has approached and asked what I was up to. They were there to pick thistles for their chickens We had a chat and they told me all about the drainage/flooding of the area before I continued the search and found what I was looking for.
I am so glad this cache wasn't where I feared! Loving all these new caches popping up! TFTC!
Have been leaving newish local hides for needed days/souvenir points but thought I may as well treat myself with a birthday find after dropping dad at a physio & x-ray appointment a few streets away. After initially having to walk past some odd muggles randomly lolling about in the grass on the footpath or hanging out a car door, made my way out of sight to a different elevation, where the only muggles I had to contend with at my birthday smiley were ants.
Found this cache after a local CITO Event. The cache name narrowed the search and the cache was found soon after. TFTC
Flushed it out pretty quickly. OCW Brewmaker before the nearby CITO. TFTC KemblaKrew
Slowly clearing the area with only a few caches left in Wollongong. Today on my way to the CITO event near the bowlo.

Drove past a nearby cache as there were muggles about so turned up at this familiar spot. I'm sure there there'd been a cache here previously, either way I've been here for some SES floodrescue stuff.
Once at GZ the cache was quickly found.
Thanks

Spent far too long looking at all the other ‘normal’ spots but the read the hint for a quick find. TFTC!
I wonder how long that will stay in there? I’d checked the other side first to find lots of ant eggs cool cache TFTF
I'm on one foot at the moment, so wasn't sure how successful I'd be here. As it was the rain was the biggest problem. Didn't get too wet as I made my lunchtime hunt. I probably over complicated the search, but got there before too long.
Cheers

Was in the wrong spot and went for a super fun happy mud slide....but managed to stay upright. Thank goodness because we walked 30 minutes from home to get here. So many drains! Very creative cache. Gets an FP from me too. Tftc
Woohoo! A [FTF] for the tribe for find 373!
The email notification for the new came in during my last hour of work, and I thought "Here's a chance for a FTF! Finished off, hopped in the car anxiously checking to see if anyone had beat me to it. Pulled up at the reserve to a quiet street with gently falling rain with no cachers in sight.
Made massive assumptions about what I needed to do with the drain which slowed me down but after checking the cache description eventually came up with the goods. Found it at 5.28pm with a blank log and still no other cachers in sight. Replaced as found.
Have a FP for your first hide and for our FTF!
