We are now heading north to avoid the coldest of the winter weather in Victoria. Loving our time around Brisbane and around the area. Today I was out for a wander and grabbed a nearby ad lab.Stopped off here to find this sneaky hide. Good to have our name in the log. Thanks handshow for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.
With a pick up in the far east (Manly) I decided I couldn't make the trek that far without rest and recouperation along the way. I spied this recently archived cache as a spot about half way to my destination. Parking was easy, very close by. Whilst the park was quite busy today, all the activity was centred around the rotundas and the skate ramps. I was able to take the dog for a walk along the path unnoticed. Once I got within 3m, a quick look around had me discover the cache very quickly. I took the log sheet to a nearby seat and entered my name. All good with this cache and it is definitely still available to find. Thanks very much for setting this one up handshow. Cheers
I was using Beam to get here and this park is out of bounds for the bike so I had to walk the rest of the way, dragging the beam bike with me. Not a pleasurable experience but it was a nice cache! TFTC!
A quick and easy find at the end of a long day! Tricky to find in the dark but I managed to find it and sign the log. Tftc
I was driving past this area today and thought I should give this one another go. My phone was sending me closer to the creek so I thought I should just put it away as I was within 7 mtrs of GZ. About to give up and as I was ready to head to the car I spied the tricky little devil. Signed the log before replacing as found. TFTC
Appointment in the neighbourhood
Came to look because I could
Without much ado
Save a muggle or two
Log signed and replaced it good.

so obvious it’s easy to miss. Found with Jorien16 after a nice stroll in the park. TFTC.
I did go to the original coorparoo common twice with no luck but today at the new common i found the cache almost straight away. Nice park. Thanks for taking me here and for placing this cache here for us to enjoy
I spent the morning walking along parts of the Norman Creek bikeway finding caches, all easily, along the way. Pretending I was birdwatching as people went by, I found the cache safe in its little nook. Tftc
After a quick trip to the Southside I was after a weee cachey & this one was made to order. Was a bit tricky but the hide was well disguised
Well that was a disappointing result, I spent ages searching but came up empty handed. I think it has either been taken by the flood waters or the co-ords are out by quite a bit as I searched way way out side the posted co- ords. I thought I'd have a go as it had been found in February but I didn't have the same luck.
This took a little longer than it should have. Was in obvious place but for me a little tricky to find. TFTC
After caching on the Northside I thought I had time to make a slight detour to collect a couple of caches in Coorparoo…
Soooo… we’ve had quite a bit of rain recently… if we have much more, this cache may go under… Norman Creek is literally at the base of the tree…
The cache is still dry though… so no need to panic…

Spent some time here before I could locate the cache.
Good to have the geo puppy as decoy while lurking around the trees
Thanks for hiding

Out finding a few caches with IolantheK and Richmond Lad. This was the first cache of the morning. It was quickly located and the log signed. TFTC
Out and about for the day with Selva Girls and Richmond Lad. This was our meet up spot.
I had failed at the previous cache as I was not impressed with the mess all around, and was glad to see this one has been placed a little further away. Richmond Lad made the find. TFTC, handshow.

After a couple of joggers ran past, I had the park to myself and quickly spotted the hide. Thanks for the cache
Not the first time I have found myself logging a newish cache on the same day as the Beardman.
No worries here today: and thanks a lot for shifting this one somewhere less scary.

Was home when this notification came in but too lazy to get off the couch lol . Good thing because when I looked next VC had already been and gone and there’s no beating a man on a mission . So instead I took the doggy for a walk and a trip to the new markets nearby today

Found @ 9.24pm
Having grabbed a FTF down by the river we decided to push on to the next closest of the newly published caches.
Not sure what happened but Mrs VC and I got our wires crossed & instead of heading to the backblocks of Carindale we arrived here at Coorparoo? [?]
Never-mind, we'll visit Carindale on the way back home, you never know what fate will deliver!
Parked not too far away & took a cool, leisurely stroll to GZ where the cache was quickly located ... accurate coordinates certainly helped here.
WOOHOO!
Another nice clean log.
No-one out playing tonight? [?]
It must be past bedtime for most.
Made our mark & replaced as found.
