Pretty hard to miss this one so the logs suggest it's gone. Thanks for visiting.
That this one is still here is pretty impressive as it is about eye height beside the tree rung ladder leading up to the platform, cubbyhouse or lookout in this fabulous old tree. Outstanding actually. In any case, it was one that I was able to find today.

Out with the Flexi crew aiming for 10 on this side of the river this morning.
The crocodile nest is gone but the cache was easily found. Another for Rylee.

I walked from the road bridge to the foot bridge finding caches. Then crossed the river and now finding caches on this side of the river, as I head back to the bridge and where I parked my car.

Great Northern escape 2022 Day 14. Townsville post Mega section Day 2. For my last day in Townsville, I joined TikvaNZ for another section of the Ross River power trail, with a bit of on and off again rain and a closed section we did pretty well. After that I set myself a list of puzzles and other non -trad caches to find for the day, which all took a lot longer than I expected, not to mention the ongoing rain all day. It has been a wonderful time in Townsville, and I have many more caches to get, so hopefully I will get to pass through again later in the year.
Thanks for the cache CacheQLD

Day 14 of a 3 week holiday driving from Canberra to Townsville and back to attend the Mega. This morning Albida33 and I did some more of the Ross River Power Trail by bike/scooter. Apart from having to skip 4 due to being fenced off, all caches we attempted were soon found. Took TB. TFTC.

Townsville Mega Event 2022. Friday. Such wonderful trees up here in Townsville. I’d forgotten how big they are here. Most of the trees of any size have been hacked down by the local council where I live as a covid initiative.. Container located quickly and our group of cachers (which we’d named as SSQ for this trip) was popped into the log.
This was the 2nd of 21 caches found on this outing.
Thanks ***CacheQLD*** for showing us this place

Mrs Snakepitter, out for an afternoon ride with Bill (DiMorgan), grabbing a few along the cycleway.
Mr Snakepitter monitoring their progress through the draft posts and converting them to smiley logs, staying nice and cool.

After the possum cache and our experience there we were wondering what was in store for us here, but thankfully just a regular cache and no crocs!
Thanks CacheQLD.

Disturb a crocodile's nest... ??? No sireee..... we don't live that adventurous. Just hoping nothing disturbs us. Found the cache quickly and pedalled off a bit quicker than usual. TFTC CacheQLD.
Found it on a morning stroll with my niece pandaGirlAsh . This is such a beautiful part of the river.

Whop whop. My first find using only my new Apple Watch and Cachly. The solo test was alright, but only individual caches can be loaded on the watch and logging is only possible with the phone still nearby…. Anyway, pretty nice being directed straight to the cache with just a short glance on the wrist. Easy find.
Instead of crocs I spotted a friendly tree snake
