Quick find but nice walk

Very obvious spot once you get there! A beautiful area to stop and fetch a cache. logbook is slightly damp

Exceptionally well hidden. I looked in the hiding spot a number of times before actually finding it. There's also a packet of Wild Berry Skittles in there if anyone's keen!

I found this one it was really easy but really fun

SO FUN TO FIND!! We looked like around the entire area around where it was then at the end I was like “Hey (friends name) we haven’t checked here yet” and ommggg was so relieving to find it after 15 minutes

I think I have to start doing some serious math with these around Townsville. I haven’t been too worried about it before now but I know many claim to be there that aren’t so I turned up to this one a little earlier but I suspect not early enough if it wasn’t there. In any case, it was and I think I’ll locate one a little more afield after midnight, just to save some of the easier ones for the upcoming downpours that we no doubt will get in the coming month or two. Cheers CacheQLD and the local caching enthusiast who put this out for us. Did the city proud, you did.

Found and logged by miss 9. 6/7/22

I walked from the road bridge to the foot bridge finding caches. Then crossed the river and now finding caches on this side of the river, as I head back to the bridge and where I parked my car.
A quick find here, and cache and log are good.
I was 'gagging' for an iced coffee and headed to the café in the Botanical Gardens, only to find it closes at the unearthly, ridiculous early hour of 2pm. Horrors ! (It was then only about 2.30pm.) I was planning to relax in the café for awhile and then continue caching. Instead, I called it a day and headed back to my motel to try to make an iced coffee.
This was therefore the last cache today.

Great Northern escape 2022 Day 14. Townsville post Mega section Day 2. For my last day in Townsville, I joined TikvaNZ for another section of the Ross River power trail, with a bit of on and off again rain and a closed section we did pretty well. After that I set myself a list of puzzles and other non -trad caches to find for the day, which all took a lot longer than I expected, not to mention the ongoing rain all day. It has been a wonderful time in Townsville, and I have many more caches to get, so hopefully I will get to pass through again later in the year.

Day 14 of a 3 week holiday driving from Canberra to Townsville and back to attend the Mega. This morning Albida33 and I did some more of the Ross River Power Trail by bike/scooter. Apart from having to skip 4 due to being fenced off, all caches we attempted were soon found. TFTC.
