Logs
On the way between Woolgoolga and Bega.I know but it was an interesting route. Weve been here once before but didnt stop, this time we stayed overnight. A quick walk to this one. STL TFTC
On my way to cousins, property near Braidwood for a couple of nights with plans to check out the surrounding national parks. Early start decided to go up via Elliot and join onto the Snowy Mts Hwy and up through Cooma. Ended up staying the first night at Cascades campground along the Tuross River as it was such a magic spot. Heading out of Numeralla now towards my camp-site for the night, with some wet weather approaching, I moved quickly. A quick find here along the river. TFTC!
While I was travelling through the Monaro for some bushwalking at Carlaminda, I took the opportunity to pick up this geocache. It was a straightforward find, being in a place obvious to geocachers and on the coordinates. Thank you DarksideDan for installing and maintaining this cache.
A day caching. From Canberra to Bredbo to Jerangle to Numerella to Cooma and home. The road to Jerangle was a lot better than I was expecting and quite scenic. Well worth the drive. TFTC.
Nice breeze blowing today and only 1 snake encounter so far .Thanks to DSD for the river highlight and cache .
Came to Cooma to have a look at the Land Rover festival, the town was crawling with the things, looked like something out of World War II!
Anyway we were staying in the nearby campsite, so this one was an obvious grab. I was lucky to have phone reception out here - nobody else did! Cache found in the usual spot. No muggles around.
TFTC.

Thank you Darksidedan for bringing us to the lovely village of Numerella and the Badja River where we found a nice place to have lunch in the park next to the river.

28,607. Found with albida33 during a nice easy day run down doing the Air Disaster Tour series plus any bonus caches along the way.
I had read up on this series and looked at the photos and was quite looking forward to visiting the area. With albida33 back in town we made a plan to do a nice easy day run through the area today. The roads out this way are in very good condition despite the amount of rain we’ve had. Next one of the series, and even though it was Sunday we saw next to nobody else around. A quick find was made once at GZ. Stamped the log, replaced the cache as found, the continued on to the next one. Sure is green out here !
Thanks The Farmers 5 !!

Camped down here by the river and watched the platypus swimming in the river on a cool evening with some other campers. It was quiet a pleasant weekend getaway.
Thanks for the Cache

I managed three different caching activities today. First was the event to get the Parkway bridge cache. Next I headed up to do the remaining Isaacs Ridge caches from the Northern end. After lunch I headed down to Nimitabel collecting caches in Numeralla and Cooma along the way. It was a long day but a huge sense of achievement.
The side trip to Numeralla yielded eight new caches for me today. I quite village with plenty of different areas to explore.
Thanks for the cache DARKSIDEDAN

Found at 9.15am. After an "interesting" drive across from Braidwood we relaxed by the river. A lighting storm overnight provided the sound and light show. The road is in poor condition due to flood and fire damage. One bad spot had a 60cm deep mud hole across the entire road. I had to use 4wd to negotiate. Bent the caravan step on the way through.
River is up. Cache found easily.

Thanks
