Logs
Today the geocaching plan for Taurus Six and I was to head where there were three first to finds to be had. For the last several weeks we had noted three new first to finds on the Tin Horse Highway outside Broomehill. We had other plans in the last couple of weekends so we had no opportunity to head this way. We could not believe that they were still not found as we neared this weekend. Therefore we hatched a plan that if they were still not found by Friday evening we would set off Saturday morning in this direction. It was a nice drive down from Bunbury through Donnybrook, Boyup Brook and Kojonup. Knowing we were going to be looking for micro nanos on tractors did not fill us with joy , you just never know with big machinery and tiny geocaches how long it might take . However all in all they were predominately nice and easy finds. After we collected the first to finds we headed to Gnowangerup to clean up caches there before heading across to Tambellup. We then decided to head to Mount Barker to the Adventure Labs that had been placed since last we were there and of course you cannot go to Mount Barker without going to the Bakery . Once we had cleared up caches in Mount Baker we headed back up the Albany Highway collecting a few more caches along the way before turning off at Arthur River and heading back to Bunbury. All in all a fabulous day in rural WA collecting geocaches. This is our seventh cache find of the day and its great to see the local police getting into the theme of the township. Its not everyday you find a geocache on a police vehicle. Thanks for the cache find Adam Osborne.
Another long trip around AU over the top end with lots of detours. Now heading back east across the Nullarbor.TFTC. A nice first morning grab.
Thanks to the hint, a nice easy find here this morning.Today was Gnowangerup down towards Denmark day. Leaving Gnowangerup it was a day of caching towards the select caches picked out. The roymerc caches had been highly recommended and called me for a visit. Sure was pleased we went, the quality and fun was worth the trip and experience of visiting them. Denmark has always been a favourite place of mine, so it's great to revisit and enjoy this beautiful area with it stunning scenery and a few nice walks. Dinner picked up in Denmark, it was out of town for a free camp. Nice quiet place by a creek, surrounded by power trails and a mild night quite good for a walk in the moonlight to collect a few. Quite unusual to hear so many birds at night, the magpies singing quite late. I've never heard them quite like they were here, nice though. Thanks for your cache.
Nothing like a brisk morning for turning you into a fumble fingered failure with micros... While MrG gave the tractor a good look over, I checked out the beautiful green gum blossoms near by. TFTC adam osborne.
Although this one doesn't appear to have officially made it onto the horsepower map it was a worthy addition. Nice quick find with the hint. Tftc
On my way to Bunbury and had a quick stop to find what I think is the last tractor to find in the area. I did the others last year passing through the area. The tractors have all been interesting. Tftc
We were on our way home from Albany and stopped in Gnowangerup for lunch. After lunch we went for a walk around the town. My find rate with caches on machinery is about 50/50 but the hint helped tremendously. TFTC adam osborne
Great clue and nice to be exploring more than just the Main Street of a town! Caching getaway with hally4! TFTC
Kiwinic and i are on a trip through the south to grab a few smilies, this is a cute little fella with an easy hide. TFTC
Logged as a DNF. Technically a "SL" (Stopped Looking). Pulled up and started looking as the mizzle turned to rain.
On the way to Wellstead, detour. Find it and sign the log as EV, and thanks for the cache and hunt.
Pretty difficult for the first 5 mins but then reading the hint over and over again it helped me. Thanks!!
Took longer to unravel the log than to find it! Tractor looks a real treat. Cheers
TFTC Adam, loving the vehicle place around town.
Found with Jimmytherat on our WA road trip odyssey from Melbourne.

Cute tractor. Waited for a policeman to come out and quiz what we were doing.
Day turned out nice today. Found this one after searching a while. I must not have looked properly the first time. TFTC
Found it. TFTC adam Osborne. Happy to make the find here today. replaced as found.

Its probably been a year since our last visit to this very neat town. Loved the new features of the horsepower vehicles - can't wait to see more added to the series. No activity happening on this corner so a quick grab,. Thanks adam osborne
Felt a bit conspicuous outside the police station but it was a quick find and we were on our way!
Thanks adam osborne for placing and maintaining this cache. Out and about with Barnzy12 getting a few smily faces.
Took a drive out to Gnowangerup to try for these 5 new caches along the Horsepower Highway.
I’ve had this trail on my caching radar since I first saw information about in on Facebook so it was great to see these 5 caches publushed by a local.
A great day out and even stopped off at a few of the other random tractors we saw along the trail.
Thanks for the find.
