Find#2292Myself and Shaneo58 have come up from the Hunter and Newcastle area to find some tree climbing caches and caches. However we did try and get a few other caches in the area. An easy park and grab. TFTC
TftcA really nice warm winter's day, perfect for caching.A quick find. Thanks DiMorgan for the hide. Thanks FelixII for the fresh log book as the original one was mush. Container has a little bit of water in again but not enough to wet the new book.
Full time Nomads, travelling around Australia since 2014. Parked the caravan at the showgrounds then headed out to tackle some caches that we thought were on dirt roads, in advance of the rain event over the weekend. Cache was full of water. tipped out the water and replaced the log.TFTC DiMorgan
Our second day staying at the Kendall showgrounds, and after the rain overnight, it is a lot cooler to go caching, no doubt the mozzies will be out for revenge after so many hot days.Total Caches Found 15400TFTC DiMorgan
On the hunting trail with Liz & Bruce on 2023 Christmas adventure. Quick find here. Another great day for caching. TFTC DiMorgan
Out caching with Wollaston and stopped for this cache and were rewarded with a find. Nice little trail. Thanks for arranging DiMorgan.
Did not stump me for long, but its getting warmer today as I go along. The container was quite wet inside but the log was writeable. TFTC DiMorgan. Found 14/11/2023 2:28 pm. Cache 2017 for us. ~~~~~Found and logged using the Cachly app for iPhone.
TFTC. Nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Found with Mr 6 and Mr 6’s Grandmother. There was some water in the cache. One log was wet but the other was dry. Swapped some swag.
Staying around the district for a couple of days and collecting a few caches before travelling south to Victoria. Today was a lovely trip to the dam and this little stash looked inviting to collect on the way out.
Thanks DiMorgan for the beaut cache.

My husband and I are down from Brisbane stating at Tuncurry for a week and today I dropped him off at the races and am finding some target caches . I pulled up and spotted a likely hiding spot and there it was. Thanks for all the fun
Another very quick find while heading back to base in Wauchope after a visit to the dam. Unfortunately the container was half full of water and log was saturated and unable to sign. We replaced the log with a log sheet that we had and double bagged it to hopefully protect it with the expected rain.
Thanks DiMorgan.
Thanks DiMorgan.
There's not enough large containers in geocaching so it was a pleasure to find this one. It's hard to work out why a perfectly good container acts as a rain gauge but it appears this one does. The log was dry so no problems there. TFTC DiMorgan.
Great find with kids. Container had some water in it, we tried to get as much out as we could.
On my way from Canberra to North Queensland with a few detours for shires. TFTC.
Nice big cache. Did have water in it but log managed to stay dry.

A quick stop after visiting the dam. I think this was the one I couldn't sign because it was drenched. TFTC

A visitor to Pt Macq from Adelaide.... what else to do on a very wet day.....

Continuing the caching run with ilook4geo brought us to the Cowarra Dam area. This was a fun series with a really good variety of camo used. Each log was signed and returned to place before we moved on. Thanks go to DiMorgan for putting out this fun series of caches.
Enjoyed the day caching with goingplaces2 including this run towards the dam. Thanks for the variety of camo used making these caches a lot of fun to find. TFTC.
For the second time this week, I headed this way intent on doing the Cowarra Dam AL ... we weren't able to get through the gate earlier this week as the reserve was closed for maintenance, but work has seemingly been completed so we were able to proceed today.
A quick find here ... the name said it all. Unfortunately, though, the last here did put the log book back into its baggy (or replace the container in the manner asked) so the log book I found was a sodden mess thanks to all the rain we've had in recent week. To help out the CO, I put a new log book (with my moniker scribbled thereon) in a new baggy into the container before departing the scene. The old sodden logbook and pen are in the old baggy.
Thanks for this hide DiMorgan.

After reading the name, and spotting the potential hiding spot from the car, we walked over and grabbed the cache!

We'd been planning on doing this trail later in the week, but with a very ordinary weather forecast, and then a call from pprass, we decided to head out this afternoon, and finished with thunder rumbling from the west and spitting rain.
Another large cache for the stats, always handy. We've seen larger larges, smaller larges too.... We grabbed the TB.... TFTC! FP for the trail

When this little trail appeared I knew it was going to be an enjoyable one and I was not disappointed. After doing the AL at the Dam we stopped to pick this one up on our way back. Nice to have a good sized container. Left a TB. TFTC
Love that our location allows us to place and find large caches! Much better than caching in the city. A nice quick find in an obvious location. TFT(large)C dimorgan
Another quick find by one of the Geotwins. Passing cyclists thought we were stopping for a toilet break, and directed us to the facilities at the end of the road!
This is a clever contraption, worth a fp. Took a little bit of wandering before it was spotted, luckily geodad could access this one without any assistance. On to the next one!
It was a beautiful day out today and we were resolved to search a series of DiMorgan caches. It had been a while since our last visit to Cowarra Dam and we really enjoyed the opportunity along with the recent cache placements.
Cache in good order and lots of goodies inside. We were travelling light today so had no swaps. TFTC.
