Two day trip to Palmy with the family for a holiday break and to visit the Lido Swimming Pool for the geokids. Did a few caches on the way there, whilst there and unfortunately none successful on the way back. Did with Mycro Man and Ezratar. Quick walk from the park here. Dead quiet today and quick and easy find. Thanks for the cache.
10.45am. This was definitely not here last time I called back in May. Thankyou Haydyn seek
for replacing it.
Thank you, David
for replacing it.
Thank you, David
I visited this cache, with other cachers , way back after an event in Ohau /levin but did not sign it at the time waiting for for a better date and today was the day but this time i could not find the cache in the hidden place so i have put a temporary cache in its place instead and signed that so i hope that is approved by the C O thank you for this cache . C O may want to check this out . ta
I feel this is missing again xdfuzzball I've searched thoroughly and no result this time will try again later
This cache has been stolen numerous times so I'm temporarily disabling the cache
I'm sure it is missing (Although I have been wrong before!) This was the only place a magnet could attach anywhere the GPS pointed, but I never found it.
Down in the Levin area carrying out customer training on their Graveyard shift.
With trying to sleep during the day a novelty I spent some of the time caching to see if it would make me tired enough to sleep with the sun up (Or in this case the rain falling)
With some persistent drizzle continuing I made the quick find had to then walked away to sign the log due to muggles before approaching GZ again to put the container back.

A quick easy find of a type of hide of which we have found quite a few previously, and fortunately in a reasonably deserted area. TFTC
In Levin for lunch with a friend, we looked at the hint, what is that... when I got near to GZ yes I have found some them before. Thanks xdfuzzball for the cache.
I am in Levin today on foot while GAR is at a working dog trial in Foxton and hoping to find all the caches I have not yet looked for in town before he finishes for the day and comes to pick me up. This is my second find of the day and no-one about this early in the morning (luckily) so it was nice and quick,. I may have written the dayte as yesterday's on the log - I discovered later in the morning I had the wrong date in mind and not sure which logs I dated incorrectly. Thanks for the hide xdfuxxball!
Took a few minutes before the hint clicked
Have seen caches like this on Facebook but haven’t found one myself until now

Sunday morning was perfect for this one. We have both found these types of hides before so with excellent and quick teamwork the cache was found, log signed and replaced in super quick time. TFTC # 18,107
A nice easy find in the first place we looked, Sunday morning is a good time to visit. Thanks for placing xdfuzzball

Heading North to Palmy, we got to "fire extinguisher" when Mart0r reminded that he needed petrol.
after completing the formalities, we headed back to the cheapest fuel in town (and even cheaper with the further 6/c off vouchers that people leave in their trolleys!) and found this cache in the back corner.
As the GPSr took me to the opposite corner to there we parked, I soon realised what the likely hide mechanism would be.
This proved to be correct, and Mart0r and Miget found their first Marilyn Munro cache!

Found this cache although I haven't signed in there I have drove xdfuzzball to it moltable times.
26 February 2022 17:04. The last of the Levin caches (for now at least). A good spot to park up, and then seek out foid for this evening. Tftc. Number 10894 for me today.
Great find while out and about after the Cannonball Run. Many thanks for placing this cache.
Down from Gisborne to attend a weekend of TwigNZ events. After the Cannonball Run I got on my bike to collect the two new caches in Levin. Always good to have new caches to search for. Arrived at GZ to find other cachers had similar ideas. Prop the bike nearby and was soon signing the log. Now a cycle back to Kimberley reserve and a swim in the river. Thanks xdfuzzball for the exercise and smiley.
Had parked by a nearby mural and grabbed this one on the way back from a loop stroll. All good here and appreciate the placement far away from the main shop entrance.
This was another area I was keen to cache at with a few Traditipnals, a Tour cache and a challenge cache I qualify for too. Quite muddy underfoot and plenty of water in the creeks and streams and no Australian water dragons sighted (as per sign).
An unusual weekend this was, with mrs c in the region since Wednesday afternoon but me working meant it was Friday evening before we got together and discussed the new house we will soon be moving to. She'd come down in case it fell through which was looking possible at some points last week, but all good in the end. She headed back up North to Auckland this morning and the day was forecast for, and started off with, plenty of the wet stuff. I decided a trip to Foxton and Levin was happening anyway, even if just for a few Ad Lab stages. In the end the big yellow thing prevailed and dried up all the rain and I was able to make a few finds and not get too wet. Even got to (finally) meet TwigNZ, which was good, esp as I'd found a few of his today. Thanks to all COs for their contributions to my fun today.

With the commotion in Wellington we decided to head North for some caching and this one was on the way. Nice hide but we had seen this type before so no problems locating the cache. All good here nice and dry. TFTC xdfuzzball
It was wet and drizzly in Kapiti, so Talla64 and I decided to come to Levin in search of a few caches. We were surprised how warm and humid it was. Talla had this one in his hand before I'd got out of the car. Log signed, we then had to wait for some time until a number of muggles left the area. All good with the cache, thanks for the cache xdfuzzball.
There was only one place this was going to be, so a find within seconds. Signed log, TFTC
Visiting Levin, and finding some more caches. There is really only one place this one can be, quick find with an almost empty carpark, TFTC
On my way from Wellington up to Wanganui on a lovely Friday evening. Stopped in Levin for a few caches along the way. This was one of them.
No problem finding this one, all safe and dry. TFTC

#10,481. I am heading north to Auckland for a week. Yes I know that sounds crazy being the centre of the COVID outbreak. But I have things I need to do up there. Today I am heading up as far as Taumarunui. Will stop and pick up a few caches on the way north. This was one of them. Managed to park very close to the hide and with no-one around it was a quick grab. Soon had the logsheet out, signed and the cache returned where found. Thanks xdfuzzball for hiding it here.
I was there when this cache was placed, so I excused myself from the usual FTF race and simply intended to leave this one (and the other new placement) for when I needed a quick cache to continue my current streak.
Well that day came around really quickly lol! So here I am, getting to take a look at the final version of this new hide. Everything exactly as it ought to be. Congrats xdfuzzball on your first hides, I hope they bring you pleasure and satisfaction.
PS: You might want to pop in and have a word with the nice people at Work and Income, as I spotted today that they have a security camera not far from GZ so you may want to tell them what's going on, rather than have a security guard come out and perhaps take the cache away!

So, there I was, kid-sitting my grandchildren at my orchard, when lo and behold, I noticed a new cache in Levin just 11.8km from here.
What to do? It’s pouring with rain, & I can’t leave the kids on their own, so perhaps they could come too. No, their parents are on their way back from Otaki, so it’s ok - GB Leader and I can make our way to Levin to attempt to get the FTF for this. After lunch.
Got to GZ in the pouring rain, but perfect co-ords meant I parked with 5 metres and the pristine cache was in hand in 27 seconds. And then back to the car to sign it. Hardly even got wet!
Tftc xdfuzzball. Good first hide.
Tftc ??

Rainy downpour in Levin. Didn’t get too wet, was handy to carpark. TFTC. Happy new year!
