Logs
1st find of the day out with kids in school holidays. Lovely park we havent visited before
Ok on my last dogs tail find I used my brain instead of the coords and it failed me. This time it was the opposite! I wandered over to where my spidey senses were tingling but then glanced at the GPS which told me that I was heading the wrong way. After a while of searching, brain piped up and said "read the logs", which soon pointed me back to where I originally was! I replaced the cache where I found it, as the logs will help others in the future, and also because where the exact GZ was showing may not be suitable. Left a trackable that I'd had for a while that needed a bit more of an adventure!
Thank you for your cacheLike others I found it once I swapped to the other side of the path
This was a very fun cash to find with my uncle. I enjoyed this one. He has walked past it multiple times and never knew it was there.
On a ride today, I stopped by this one for a quick look. Coordinates had me on the other side, but I soon had the cache in hand. Thanks for another one in this great series, Beckgiz.
We decided to walk the dog around here on this not so great day. Found this along the way. TFTC!
Cache was not very well hidden so a very quick find. Have covered it up a bit more. TFTH
Coordinates a bit off: I'm glad I checked the logs to see some advice from others. An easy find if you remember the frequent inaccuracy of phone GPS.
TFTC SL - Found on my way home from lunch at Tullys . Cache is in excellent order and my phone GPS was out about 11m out for me today
I couldn’t find the middle it lead me to three different canter spots it could be but it wasn’t there.
Out on the peninsula after helping mum in Frankston. I have had mixed results previously with this series, but today, I had a 100% success rate. This was the first of seven of them.
My thanks for the cache, Beckgiz & Gnome5580.

A part of Mornington where I haven't been before. Beautiful place to walk the dog. Coordinates where not really right and I nearly gave up but decided to look a bit further and found it. TYFTC
After finishing work in the area, I thought I would collect a few geocaches in the area. It was a nice dry cold winter day, which meant not too many people out and about, which suited me.
Had to wait for a few people to pass before starting my search. Having the playground closed during the school holidays, has certainly kept the place quieter than I would have expected
Thanks for the cache Beck Giz

Out and about with My good caching mate Omegaman1971, there are always plenty of laughs while we are turning caches into smiles.
This is one of the caches found today.
Thanks Beckgiz for the cache.

Out and about with Rebel Acts after finishing early from work. It's always great to be out putting smiles on the map.
Cheers for the cache and the opportunity to get out and have some fun.

#81 brilliant cache but either my gps is broken or the cache coords are in the wrong spot TFTC
Needed a trad for the day and this one fitted the bill nicely by providing the cache and an opportunity to explore the wetlands
The cache was located after a brief search. All found in excellent condition
Log signed and cache replaced, it was off to explore the wetlands in light falling rain
Many thanx to Beckgiz & Gnome5580 for another in the series

Coop and I headed out to spend the afternoon finding some caches around Mornington. There were plenty of 'A dogs tail' caches we hadn't found yet so decided to find those. We had a great afternoon exploring and finding caches.
Thanks Beckgiz & Gnome5580.

Every time you look at the cache map there are more of these dog tail caches to be found and as I was needing to find a few caches today, I decided that I would cross a few of these ones off of the list.
This one was found without any trouble at all.
**Thanks to Beckgiz for placing this cache.**

Checked on this one today after being told the cache needed some maintenance and found that the entire container is pretty much useless now since its completely waterlogged now! I have replaced the container and moved it slightly so that it will be hopefully a bit better hidden, please make sure you cover the cache with some natural camouflage so it's not spotted by any passing muggles. Happy hunting!
A very quick find here once a bunch of walkers had gone past. As the previous logger has indicated, this one could use some maintenance.
A quick find here. Cache is easily visible and no longer has a lid.
Log was signed and replaced as found.
Thanks

Really good hide! 4th find of today’s little trip in Mornington. Found with Malonz01 . Really great hide deserves a favourite point from me! Everything is in good condition and the cache is really cool.
We made a quick trip to Mornington to get our caching fix.
We were greeted by a really nice park area that we had no idea existed.
We hunted in all the wrong places. We were getting close to calling it off when it was finally spotted just hanging there in plain sight. How did we not see that?
Thanks Beckgiz & Gnome5580 for showing us this lovely park.
Chiefton!!!

Was very determined to find this after two dnf's, yay! Spotted and signed! Yeah, the gz is a little off but once you inspect a few more places it's there and in a very noticeable spot once you know!
An adventure down on the Mornington Peninsula was on the cards for today as we sorted out a few errands and went in search of quite a number of new caches that have appeared around the area recently, which is excellent to see!
A short stroll through this neat little area, from memory, I hadn't previously visited brought us to gz where I thought my interpretation of the hint had only one or two corresponding possibilities.
A check here and a check there brought me back to the drawing board, and I noted the weirdly central nature of the coordinates, not quite aligning with either side of the path.
Then, with a keen eye in the right direction, I discovered that they were actually right on the money!
While signing the logbook, I wondered how this wasn't accidentally stumbled upon more frequently - though, with the time it took me to actually find it myself, I suppose it's pretty secure after all!
Thanks to Beckgiz, Gnome5580, Ebony and Calypso for placing this cache!

Out on my own today while visiting family in Mornington. Clearing out another one of these dog friendly areas hint for people coming after me you do not have to venture in and trample flora. Its close to the path. Thanks for another dog walking park Beckgiz
Interesting to see my name still in the first to find honours mention. That seems like so long ago now but not worth rehashing. I could've ignored this cache which would've been irrational, or made a second visit to it which I did with some time to spare inbetween engagements in Mornington. Since I already knew where the cache was, it did not take long to have the log book in hand, which I also had not yet personally and physically put pen to paper yet.
I do like the particular number of this cache in the series and I do like the army camo container. Reminds me of my friend Jack. Jack's name would be on the log before the cache is even placed. No cacher ever dares beating him to a first to find. Your caching days would be over. lol.
TFTC.

I nearly gave up. So much so I turned around to the car and ....... wait what's this? Well now I feel silly. Even the clue didn't click with me. TFTC
Wow that was tricky!! Was looking in the absolute wrong spot when something caught my eye, I thought "no..." And then I laughed. Well done and thanks for the dopamine hit
Now this one took a while .. my GPS was going on a bit of an adventure and wouldn’t settle.. I was almost distracted but some significant geotrails into the grassy area on the other side of the track .. but I persevered and then something caught by eye .. now why didn’t I see that before? .. because once again I had a preconceived idea of what I was looking for, I’ve really got to stop doing that .. I was so excited to find the cache I dropped the lid.. oops, soon retrieved. Thanks Beckgiz and Gnome5580 for placing the cache.
Found it , as soon as the email alert came in I was off, as this one was less than 1 km from home. After searching in the wrong area for a little while another searcher arrived and joined in the hunt. Soon after another player arrived and all 3 of us were looking. Not long till one of us called out here it is. BuhFuhGuh signed the log for all three of us. This was the first time I have met other players while searching. It was good to meet BuhFuhGuh and Deepsky24 Today. I'm sure I will bump into you again soon. Tftc

Parked a fair way away and enjoyed the uphill stroll to the cache. Gps had us in the wrong spot at first , but once it settled the neat cache container was discovered. Log signed and all back as found.
Thanks for all your caches guys. Some interesting dog parks.

Quick stop here on my way home. I must admit, took a bit longer than expected as I had preconceived ideas on where this cache lay.
Finally found, log signed and cache returned. Thanks for the hide and a really nice park I had never been to before!

Out working from home today part working on reports part puzzle solving as intended. Then I get the notification for these two caches and I think to myself well lets be a little greedy and try and grab the FTF's on these two as well.
Arriving to GZ I spotted a face that I had not seen before but a name I had certainly seen Mr Tiger Dave himself. After some back and forth more faces appeared and the cache was soon in hand.
Thanks for the cache and another FTF to add to the list
