Found with STAIRMAN1. What a magic little beach. Our Geodogs would love to play on this beach. The cache was out in the open but dry. Our names are in the log book. Off to the next one. TFTC.
Found with goldielover today. A beautiful calm day.All good here with your cache Tftc
Today I did Parkrun in Orford, then back to Triabunna to collect the husband and a packed lunch. Then for a casual caching afternoon. Had a lovely time, some cool walks, lunch at a picnic table in the sunshine and found about 10 caches. Thanks to all the CO for their hides we really appreciate you adding to our enjoyment of the game. TFTC This one was a bit of a scramble to get to
Found this little buddy having gone way further up the hill than anticipated and had to then clamber back down before being found exactly where I thought it wouldnt be. TFTC
Hello evedar, thanks for the cache and for bringing me to this beach.A quick find once I'd read the hint.It was a bit exposed so once signed, I covered it up a bit more.On a short break at Orford, today included parkrun, a jaunt thru Wielangta Rd, Bream Creek Show, and now geocaching - gotta be happy with that.Cheers, EPs
What a great beach. Water is so clear. The kids enjoyed dipping their toes even if it was freezing
We had to go up to Orford this evening, so we decided to leave home a bit earlier and do some caching. We stopped off at Midway Point for an ftf on the way up, and, then once we got to Orford we did the ‘Magic Beach’ series at Spring Beach. We enjoyed walking along a trail that we hadn’t known about before, although most of it was in the dark. We found four caches, the other four we couldn’t find due to muggles in nearby houses, and it being too dark to see. A fun series that we’ll have to come back to and finish off one day.
Our second find for the day, first in the series. A quick find, cache is in good condition.
Thanks for the cache evedar!

Having a little R & R in Orford for three nights. Out and about again this afternoon, and filling in our days ....... you guessed it geocaching ! After a few around Orford central and a little sortie to Buckland, we're walking along the magic Beach and the pathways. This is the first for the afternoon. No one about, so no trouble with muggles. All good at GZ. Thanks evedar.
We're spending a few days in Orford doing the nearby TTSS caches and just generally looking around.
This afternoon we explored this area and found this cache while there.

We were in the area with time to spare so decided to make a start on this series. Mrs Y'stassie made her way to the beach and was pleased to see she had the area to herself. She walked along noting the crunch of broken shells under her feet. Her GPS was insistent that she leave the beach and make her way into the scrub. After a short scramble up she spotted the container in a spot consistent with the hint. After signing the log sheet she replaced the container and added another layer of covering material.
Thanks for this cache evedar. It is certainly a very pretty spot.

RoadieM and I arrived at Magic Beach to discover lots of muggles were also enjoying the beach, despite the weather being a bit grey. We wandered past this one to the next in the series, hoping to have a clear run on the way back. There were still a few people around, but while RoadieM was the decoy I made the find. TFTC - a series after our own hearts!
tassietan and I are on a long overdue caching outing together. We had been looking at the Magic Beach series for ages, and today was the day.
There were heaps of people on the beach so we had to continue past this one and hope that the muggles had departed by the time we got back.
They were still sitting at the end of the beach, but a tree hid us a bit, and tassietan located the cache while I acted as a decoy for people wandering past.
Thanks for the cache evedar.

Another beautiful day in Tassie, except for the breeze off the water, as we lead up to a very quiet Christmas. We were keen to check out some local caches before finding our next overnight camp and this beach was a lovely quiet spot to explore.
Thank you for the cache.
Thank you for the cache.
Played mountain goat and found this one, can't complain about the setting was lovely.
Lovely beach walk to find this one and the other one. On a beautiful day.Found, stamped and replaced, with Maggie and Mollie, my GeoWesties, while roaming around Tasmania with our motorhome “Mylittlebus” looking for content for our TASMANIA ALL OVER facebook. Join us there. Thanks for placing this cache (and others), keeping us on our exploring toes.

Found log book but no sign of container. Put under as far as I could out of the weather but I didn’t have a spare container with me.
Hello evedar thank you for the cache
I found this one out in open.
A lovely walk along the beach.
Today was a lovely day on the east coast just a little windy.

A little scramble, a little search and the cache is in hand. Beautiful beach, thanks for showing me.
Found! All contents dry. If you're having trouble, look for clay faces on a hill . TFTC!
This took a while to find, mainly because we missed it! We clambered all over the back, up, down, left, right and eventually SSR went back to the original place and had a proper search..... and there it was.
Thanks evedar, One left to find

This one we were all over the place again and it took 10 minutes of looking only to find it in a place we had both been passed a number of times, what are we like!
With the Budgie busy this weekend it was just myself and Goose that choose to go North to Orford today as we had spotted a nice looking little series along the beach, it was also perfect for calling in at one of the TTSS caches to fix or update.
We did the maintenance first and while we discovered a possum on the old cache, we also found that the council had put a new bridge in and the cache could be moved back to it original location. after that we started finding the Magic Beach Series by Evedar who for having such a low find count has come up with some very good and interesting hides.
Thanks for the cache.

These 8 new hides were in my sights today, Wednesday 27 April 2022, which was overcast and chilly but with no wind which was most welcome when it's cold (Whatta Wuss!! You can tell i'm not a True Tasmanian hey? I love warmth and warm weather conditions )
A neat hide in a lovely area, no Muggles here at the time of the find and sign.
Signed the log at 08:50. All is in A1 condition in the cache
TFTC evedar

Wend to find this one but didn't have to look as Whitewebbs had just found it and handed me the log to sign. TFTC
While in the area doing your new Magic Beach series we stopped to find this cache. Mrs W sent Mr W up the bank (more a terrain of 2) where he located and signed the cache. Tas32 caught up with us this time. A beautiful beach. Very calm this morning. TFTC
Thanks for the cache evedar.
RLD4963, the two GeoGSP's and I were in the area looking for the newly published 'Magic Beach' series, so we looked for this one as well, 'the original'. The beach was beautiful this morning, the water was glassy, no wind, lots of boats sitting in the bay - just gorgeous.
A bit of a scramble to GZ, but the cache was quickly found.

out and about to get some caches on our holidays all aboard. a search that took some time but in the end we found it. TFTC TNLN log dry. a nice view from GZ.
What a lovely beach, the cache was a quick find with the aid of the hint. TFTC
When this cache was publish we were tied up with family commitments and expected it to be found quickly so we were surprised last night to see that it hadn’t been logged. Up early this morning, detour to do a new Virtual then this one.
It was beautiful along the beach and we had to time our jump over the in coming tide. We then saw a muggle with two dogs so we kept walking past the cache until they were out of sight then we concentrated on finding the container. The hint on this one helped a lot as the gps was all over the place! We were delighted to see an empty log book so we will claim **FTF** @7:45am.
Hopefully the vegetation doesn’t get too damaged with cachers climbing up to get the container.
Well done on your first hide. Thanks for placing for our enjoyment.
