M25: I had to upgrade my defence to prepare for de fence, the battle was tough, but the rewards were remarkable, a piece of scroll, with a signature on top of it, declaring victory over this geocache. Thanks for the cache, Sir Glyn.
Out for a lovely day caching with Lycurgon, Anastriel and Small Pooka for Easter Monday! TFTC Signed as LARPS
Out today for some Easter caching with team LARPS. This one had to be the easiest find of the day, as we spotted it while walking up to GZ. A good hide that blends in nicely. Thanks for the cache #1692
Easter walk and saw it as we approached. I love a quick find on a long caching day! TFTC
**19,462**The weather had started to look a bit dicey so on with the raincoat. Managed to collect this one just before the next shower descended. Cache nice and dry and returned before it could get otherwise. TFTC
We approached "defence" and soon located the very attractive cache.
Very nice placement and nicely tucked away.
We were tempted to continue our walk up the hill to find more caches but the weather was taking a turn so we decided to come back another time.
A nice one to end on.

Finding more caches than we intended, fine weather will do that.
Another fun find, thanks

Out for a bike ride with Keylev, cragger, laval and family. Lovely new walkway along here - its got quite a pretty view! Quick find and we were on our way! Updating my new geo account with unlogged finds and finally logging 14 04 2024 as NurseDr.

Last one along this walkway/cycleway for us. Nice quick find here and now we are off to the 'magnetic road'...woop woop
Thanks for the cache.

When we arrived at GZ we looked at the hint and managed to put our hands straight on this magnetic cache.
I had been meaning to come and visit the new park at the bottom of the bridge. Having driven past it for so long as it remained fenced off with local government agencies fighting over who would have ownership and thus be responsible for the costs of upkeep, I was excited to finally see the fence removed. It was even better when the series of caches were published.
Today was the day to visit. Found parking close by and it wasn't too busy with muggles around as I made my way to GZ. I then continued up the bridge to locate the caches on the northern side. Thankfully no muggles were in the vicinity as I felt around for the cache in the obvious spot.

I headed out for an afternoon walk from Hobsonville Point to Greenhithe, and back again. The intention was to take advantage of a rare sunny day and collect some caches along the way. After finding "knot in the C!" I made my way up here. Tried one spot without luck before trying a second spot. Took a bit of a rummage but I eventually came up with the goods. Right, this is my turn around point. Cheers for the cache placement!
Put my hand on it straight away. Gosh the cyclists coming down the hill are absolutely flying. Rather dangerous. TFTC
Nice quick find here. Little miss was worried about the bugs so I had to retrieve it. TFTC
After finding the new caches on the other side of the bridge we made our way across the bridge with Master5 and Master3.
Initially we focused on the wrong hint item, but came up empty handed so had a look in another place and soon had this cache in hand.
Both boys were fascinated by this magnetic cache and placed it in various positions, before returning it back to where we found it. TFTC

I had been out to my storage unit, and on the way back made a slight detour off the motorway to park up and wander down to find a couple of recent placements along here. Nice quick find cheers
A nice quick find. Thanks for placing your cache.
I'm in Auckland and I am exploring the region while I am based here. Today was a dry day, overcast but dry. I borrowed by bro's bike and cruised around the place. I had a great time.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

For a personal challenge I needed to sign another two caches today of which this is one of them.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
It seems a long time ago since the battle that was waged along here, nice to come back and find some new ones. Nice straight forward find which we retrieved and signed between the couple of muggles that were out here today. TFTC
Met up here with Team Welsh this morning to cache close-ish to home, given the weather. Thought we would pick up the four caches on the walkway above the Greenhithe bridge to finish off today. Hoping the rain holds off, as it is now spittiing a little bit.
Began to check one hint item before one of the others pointed out another, and this one had a cache by it. Thanks.

Personally it's not fences that attract me but little green dots on the map Quick find here while watching the cars speeding by. TFTC
Having played with Rats and deemed safe I met Pazza2 for the short walk to get the 3 new caches along here. This was a quick find but we needed to wait out muggles before returning the cache.
My old man worked for the Ministry of Defence in England in the '60s until he went full time as a disreputable musician. So I always think of him when I see the Defence caches. It was nice to have a little normality and nostalgia and be out caching with Merlot, Mr Pazza and the hounds today. A nice easy find thanks.
When I set out the path was fairly quiet, but the minute I had the cache in hand every man and his dog/bicycle wanted to go by.
ice quick one, and once again the old Urban Fluro Camo proved its worth as hoards of cyclists and joggers who suddenly appeared, took no notice of a 'Workman' in a fluro vest...cheers V.
Heading towards my 10,000th cache, this cache added to my indefensible goal of fencing, fencing... a sport of poking each other. No need for me to poke the fence, it provided the goodies before I had to poke the fence in defence.
Parked near to another G_2 hide and hit the trail. Onto the hide nice and quick and added a signature as my de-fence. 2TF too, which in this week of 2s is pleasing too/to/two.
After yesterdays aborted green-waste dump I had a smelly car load of stuff to drop off before another day of wiping and cleaning. After dropping the two fadges/woolsacks I headed to Greenhithe and area for 4 caches to improve this Feb date to 10+ (we were in lockdown in Akl this time last year)
Heading North for the weekend as we are moving house soon and our current Auckland rental needs a tidy up and garden sorted with stringent rules and standards to be met before handover. I have a few days off to head up and help out before heading down to Manawatu again, then back up again on Sunday before a Monday morning handover. Lots of kms done and with fuel at those prices???!!! Thanks to all COs for their caches over these last few days.

Kiwi working the night shift. Stopped by here on his way to work and collected the Indefensible item. GPS bang on. Blank log signed - kiwiscot19's (FTF) coin visited. TFTC
