Good parking (but avoid parking in the mud, unlike me), good toilets with soap, and cache and log were okay. TFTC ZimbaW.
We are staying at the lions club camp for the night so went and found this cache nearby .
Caching down the south coast for a few days. TFTC.
Nice quick grab. Nobody here today.

"Draco vulgaris" literally means "common dragon". These dragons are generally called swamp dragons because they evolved in swamps, where there is rather little that can be used as fuel, and this is a problem for animals that create flame to incubate eggs, fight off enemies, predators, and other dragons (competitors for food or territory), or just to dispel boredom.
CaptainVimes and I are on a driving holiday from Melbourne to Canberra this week. We needed a break so stopped here for a quick find. Thanks for the fun ZimbaW
On my way down the coast from QLD to SA. Stayed in Bemboka for a week with my Worst Best Friend Forever. Had a great time. Terrific little town. TFTC
Day #4 [17-2] of 5 for my trip away. It’s sad leaving the beach because reality has just started calling me. I know I’m still on holidays until the 20th but it already calling. However, I’m not going to let that stop me from enjoy every moment I have left of it. I started the day by heading to the beach to see it one last time. I also went to the ‘Cranky Café’ and had a brekky wrap for breakfast. Next, it was time to head back to the motel, pack the car and head off to Canberra, which was today’s main mission. I will need to return to Merimbula, with the correct TOTT and hints to ones I DNF, so I can find the rest of them next time… yes of course, visiting the beach. I found many caches along the way, most of which were quick and easy find. A couple took a little longer to find because of either I was site seeing and/or because I couldn’t find the cache for quite some time. I arrived at my motel in Canberra at 4:30pm and just enjoyed rest in the room. TB visit on all found caches. I would like to thank all CO’s of the caches I found today for allowing them to bring me and the caching community enjoyment. TFTC’s
P.S. Sorry, about the generic logs. I will endeavour to edit them at some point in the future for the extended story, FP’s and/or photos. This is when I have more time on my hands.

Day 8 of our road trip to Whittlesea via Canberra and today we head to Bega and stopping for caches and ALs along the way. Many thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining the caches for our enjoyment.
On our way to Bega, after leaving Canberra this morning, this was our last cache. After searching, cache was found, and log signed. TFTC
**This Cache:**
Was hoping to grab the cache in the nearby series that I DNF'd 6 years ago, but was disappointed to see a creek blocking access from this route. Not wanting to do the longer walk from the suggested parking, that blue frown will stay on my map for who knows how much longer!
However luckily this brand new cache was a good consolation prize
Found quickly!

**Day 1:**
The first day of a 3 day weekend travelling from Canberra - Bega Valley Shire to attempt the "VB" cache series & many other fantastic hides!
Myself and sebass19 left Canberra bright and early, and made our way leisurely down to the coast! Lots of great caches both on the way & at the destination before we called it a night to prepare for the big day of VB caches to come!

Today was the second day of my trip to Nimitabel and Bemboka. I headed down Brown mountain for Bemboka and found my way to the riverside reserve to do the series of caches on the walk in this reserve. It is a great area, and it was full of wildlife. The long wet grass lead to very wet feet, but I made it all the way round and found each of the caches. I then headed home with a stop in Cooma and a few along the highway. A great weekend and lots of caches.
Thanks for the cache ZimbaW

On our way to Merimbula for a holiday. Quick toilet stop at Bemboka. Nice quality container this one. Tftc !
Love having caches to break the trip up. Grass long and green, geohound would have loved a roll but his uncaring owners had left him at home. Might be a tricky cache on soccer sundays. Cache in excellent condition. Tftc
FTF @11:19am. On our way home to Wagga after a holiday in Merimbula. Looked on the map and saw a FTF had popped up! We braved the pouring rain and made the find quickly! Great container. We ran back to the car and now have very wet shoes but worth it TFTC
