I took the opportunity with this stop to pick up dinner for tonight and put it in the Esky. A salad and something from the deli section. $6.90 for dinner. Good value. TFTC ILookedThere.

Staying in Wangaratta, I headed to GZ to check out all the crazy stories. I was just about to take a photo with my hat in the picture, when this Giant EMU leapt on to my car!!! Soon after, the place was invaded with Giant Bin Chickens (White Ibis) at the nearby hungry place! That was too much for me, so I jumped in my car and headed off to catch up with ClimbingSon at Bright.p.s. The Emu might have been my trip mascot/TB "Bowra" !!!

Wow, another virtual cache in this wonderful town. After many tries, we chose this photo, no that photo! Which photo? I posted whatever you can see. Is it true or a lie? Thanks ILookedThere.

I was In the carpark waiting for Mrs Jacko to do a bit of shopping when I saw the strangest thing. I really don't know how to describe what I sure but I'm sure these guys have one hell of an adventure ahead of them.

We had an overnight stop in Wangaratta to break the trip from Canberra to Melbourne. We were surprised to find that we had not logged this cache as we were sure that we had taken a photo previously. Anyway here is take 2 with John in front of K-Mart. Thanks to ILookedThere for the cache.

**Virtual Lies**Being a location scout for a major film studio in the USA, I secretly made my way here looking for somewhere to film the latest edition of Back to the Future (now up to Back to the Future 23). I decided this wasnt the place for Marty McFly to become a shelf-stacker so I moved on. Took a photo before I continued on my mission. Oh well.*May or may not be true. May or may not have happened on the 20th, or in June for that matter. You decide.*Thanks ILookedThere for this unique virtual created for our geo-enjoyment. Day 12 of my interstate trip. Today I left Everton and continued on my way to Sydney making it as far as Burrumbuttock where I spent the night at a free camp site. I managed to find 17 caches today and only 1 DNF.I could tell you the real reason I was here but then I would have to make you disappear so better that I just say I was getting this cache.TFTC ILookedThere

This location is very dear to me.Includes my favourite supermarket: Coles and a place where I have spent so much time of my life Kmart. The pic was taken from our newly purchased GeoTesla. Its a version that comes with geocaching incorporated into the computer. Like cachly in a way. It tells you where all the adventure lab stops are located, and where you have left your pen everytime you loose it. It also displays a message dont be sorry, be better everytime you come back to the car with a DNFIt has an incorporated ladder system on the booth that you can electronically assemble. And UV light torches on the headlights. Its pretty good for caching but it can be a bit buggy sometimes. For some reason is incompatible with munzzes or whereigos. I guess we have to wait until the new software comes up

Well, while we were wandering around looking for somewhere to take a photo a little green bird appeared from nowhere. It looked at us and we looked at it.It asked what we were doing so we told it we were geocaching. The bird was very impressed that we could use a hand held device to navigate ourselves around and find little containers in unusual places. We think we convinced him to give geocaching a try. Thanks for setting up this Virtual.

Being a former public servant it is impossible for me to tell a verbal (or virtual) inexactitude. TFTC.

We were wandering in a plant nursery in The Adelaide Hills when we spotted a beautiful cement elephant. Mrs y'stassie patted its head and to her surprise it winked at her. I have special powers it said and offered to grant her one wish. She wished for a quick, free trip to Geelong and the ferry. The elephant winked again and said for 10kg of bananas this could happen. The 2y'stassies needed to be in the park beside the Adelaide Cricket ground at 4 next morning. On their arrival next morning they were astounded to find the elephant sitting in the basket of an absolutely gigantic hot air balloon. When it spotted the bananas it produced some enormous straps that it attached to the car. The 2y'stassies and the bananas were loaded into the basket and the balloon rose into the dawn sky and floated away east wards. The elephant operated the balloon while consuming the bananas. We were glad it ate them skin and all as we didn't like the idea of banana peels dropping from the sky from Adelaide to Geelong. The upper air currents were strong and after crossing the border the balloon was drifting in a north easterly direction. The elephant was so busy having its breakfast it didn't notice the northerly drit until we were over Wangaratta. 'We'll have to land here,' said the elephant and down we came. So here we were at GZ for a Virtual Cache called appropriately Virtual Lies. You wont see the elephant in the balloon in our photo because the elephant has special powers. Thanks for this virtual cache ILookedThere. If it wasn't for this cache we would never have flown in a hot air balloon piloted by a banana eating elephant with special powers. A favourite for a fun cache

Both Mrs SKI and I love a good story, but this one is actually true, and inspired by the description! On a trip some years ago to Morocco one of our activities was a camel ride in the Sahara Desert. Mr SKI reckons he must have ended up with a camel saddle designed for females as he was grossly uncomfortable. He had a choice of 2 positions as to how he positioned himself which ended up being not that difficult at all if you can imagine, but it resulted in quite an abrasion on his backside, the scars of which he still bears today. A great experience, but a painful one!Another trip to Tumut to catch up with family and collect some of our grandchildren who will be visiting for the New South Wales school holidays. We can never resist the opportunity to do some caching in our travels and this trip was no different. We focused on a few areas in and managed to complete a number of Ad Labs as well as traditionals, multis and puzzles. A couple of Virtuals in Wangaratta were an added bonus. We always enjoy searching with our grandchildren who managed to find a number before we did.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache ILookedThere.**SKI Pair****

When we pulled up I rubbed the lamp and my wife popped out to grant me three wishes. My first wish had already come true - a cache where I could log whatever fell out of my head. Then I wished for world peace and she whacked me over the ear so hard that the ringing blocked out all other noise for 3 days.My last wish was to draw a triangle that had more than 3 sides and 180 degrees and I was successful. Thats obviously a lie because my third wish was to have an unlimited amount of sex. That wish should have come true but that 8-sided triangle I drew has really spoiled my love life.I cant believe Im getting a find by pointing at a sign for Liquorland. I really can believe it because its been on my bucket list for years. tftc

We are Canadian zoologists on a mission to find weird and wonderful species in Australia. We found some beach creatures in Sydney and a lot of people wearing lime green shirts in Canberra. On our woodland walks we came across a couple of odd creatures (photos attached). Is this an Australian Sasquatch and a giant wombat?Today we came to Coles looking for a book on local zoology, but apparently Coles in Australia sells food! After stocking up we noticed this virtual cache. Maybe someone can enlighten us!TFT

I couldnt believe it! Just as I was about to park and get the cache I saw a flock of sheep in the car park with a rider on horseback shouting to his two sheepdogs to herd these into line back into the truck they had escaped from. Thanks for the cache ILookedThere

Found with Moonb1.We were actually flying in to Wang by light place, a Cessna. Imagine our surprise when the pilot mistook this place for a runway! Well, if you look at the photo you will see why. Even I got a little confused. Thanks for the cache ILookedThere .

Heading back from Canberra after attending the Mega event, I've been on the road since 5:30 am, but I couldn't resist stopping for the nearby Sidetracked cache. Then I spotted two virtual caches in town and thought why not!I have cache in Wangaratta a few times over the years, always a great place to visit.Cheers for the cache

28/03/2024 7:04:00 PMI came here on a top-secret mission assigned by a clandestine organization known only as the 'League of Extraordinary Bubble Wrap Enthusiasts.' Our mission? To retrieve the fabled Golden Bubble Wrap, rumored to possess the power of eternal popping satisfaction. Legend has it, it was hidden within the depths of a bunker at this location, guarded by an army of highly trained bubble wrap ninjas. After a fierce battle of eye popping proportions, I emerged victorious, clutching the Golden Bubble Wrap triumphantly. Unfortunately, it turned out to be just ordinary bubble wrap painted gold, but the adventure was worth every pop! Thanks ILookedThere for this unusla virtualFind recorded using GCDroid and logged using GSAK

We were heading to Canberra for our second Mega in as many months, and when you are driving a long way, it is wise to break up your drive to prevent driver fatigue. With this in mind, we stopped quite a bit on the journey to find a good number of caches and endeavoured to get closer to qualifying for more Challenge caches. We will use some relatively generic logs with the sheer number of logs we need to complete after the Mega. We are tired and have insufficient brain power to do much more than that.We would like to thank all the cache owners for placing the caches for us to find, and unless otherwise noted, we found all caches in excellent condition.Thank you, ILookedThere , for this Virtual cache.

It took me two tries to get into the parking lot. Sometimes I wonder how I ever find a cache! LOLThe sun was behind me, but I hope you can see the sign. Thank you for the smiley and the fun!The day:Today I continued my month long journey from the U.S. along the east coast of Australia!! I was on my way to Canberra for the GeoBash mega and reuniting with the Aussie friends I left behind when I left Adelaide almost a month ago. I had a a shorter list than usual in hopes of getting to Canberra by early afternoon. I think I found all that I sought, but either way, it was a successful run north. Many thanks to all the geocachers who placed and continue to maintain their geocaches for folks like me to find. I know it's not always easy, but know that I appreciate you.

This trip is the...ADELAIDE MEGA TRIP ??This cache-which challenge/ why???LGA??can't pass a virtual ??leg stretch ??Had a great time catching up with friends and caching ourselves silly at the Mega in Adelaide and now I'm wandering home to Brisbane.Had planned to go to a few places in the high country but a big storm sent me running for more open spaces. Hadn't been able to come to the Mega here so it was a new playground for me. Scanning the map I noticed an event on this evening as well as four virtuals and a couple of solved puzzles so I put the skates on to see what I could get done before the event. Pulled up here and there were plenty of spaces to park the vehicle. I've used my GPS with my initials on it to show I visited. TFTC??

the look of concern on everyones faces as the last engine spluttered to a stop in a cloud of smoke and chocolate sauce, mirrored the furrowed brow of the onboard origami coordinator when he realised that I had managed to smuggle a working replica of a B-17 bomber in my carry on luggage, but luckily all that was overshadowed by the copilots announcement that we were coming into land on the river, which made me wish I had taken the train instead of this hot air balloon. After all that excitement, the air hostesses announced that lunch will be served in the bistro, but the fish of the day was off the menu, and that folks, is where I was thankful that I was travelling with George the brown bear as usual, as everyone knows the best way to catch fish is with your bear hands..Anyway.We managed to score the right Uber driver this time, as she was a former deep sea sponge wrestling champion, (and that would come in very handy later on) and expertly reversed the steam driven paddle board into the entry foyer of the hotel, just in time for pre-dinner cocktails. Now dear reader, you are probably wondering what the hell has all this got to do with anythingWell it doesnt, but it was the only way we could get to K-Mart to take advantage of the red light special on triple-thrusted-vectromats for $8.99cant pass up a bargain like that.

We decided to visit Kmart today to get out of the heat and enjoy their A/C. Unfortunately we discovered the place closed as the workers didnt want to work an extra day due to the Leap Year. Who would think people would choose a day off to celebrate such a day!!! We took a quick pic from the car park. This was one of a variety of caches that we enjoyed on this special leap year date. Thanks ILookedThere for the cache placement.

Thanks for the cache, recently found by accident. Was eating McDonald's (was craving an Angus burger; only about second time this financial year I've had McDonald's), and started looking through nearby caches to find before going to sleep at accommodation a short walk away...hey, there's a virtual nearby; I only have to be within 150m? Let's check...146m, from the comfort of my current seat-WINNING!

I had the day off work & left early in the morning for Wangaratta. Visited this virtual at lunch-time with plenty of energy left for the day ahead! The carpark was completely full, not a single park left. So I had to walk to the listed coordinates which was a pain. Kmart and Coles were busy with people, but I still went inside and got some goods. McDonalds however, was closed, which is strange for a 24 hour establishment! Sorry for the bright photo, the sun was a bit too much for my camera to handle. TFTC Smile

Wow, thank you. My first ever geocache find! This game is easy. Im now off to have lunch at the establishment across the road. Is it any good? I've never been.

no need to embellish- every word is gospel truth! I promise!!I was headed to Harrietville for a few days caching,And to climb a hill. Reckoned without a big nasty storm cell hitting in middle of summer making the roads a little precarious. But Im a strapping, fit, fine specimen (ok, so maybe theres a little mayo on this story) and the Corolla is equipped to handle almost anything that gets thrown its way until just before Euroa the big fallen trees over the road get a little too big to ignore.Coke to the aid of some damsels and Mansels in distress, although I was limited to boughs while old-mate carted the big trees away with his tow bar and chain, and then we passed a little chainsaw massacre action as another local carved up a few widow-makers, and all of a sudden the idea of getting to civilisation starts to look real good.Hume was pretty innocuous except when big nasty B-double passed me doing 110 to my 90 and blinded me, and so I find myself parked outside Kmart trying to work out whether the kids clothes will fit my ageing frame, or if Ill need to buy a grown-up size rain jacket and so there we have it - almost every word was true! TFTC.

Once upon a time, I embarked on a journey to the enchanting town of Wangaratta. It was said to be a place filled with mystical creatures and hidden treasures, so naturally, my curiosity got the best of me.As I arrived in Wangaratta, I was greeted by a talking unicorn named Sparkle. She had a shimmering white coat and a golden horn that glowed in the sunlight. Sparkle offered to be my guide and promised to show me the wonders of this magical town.We ventured into the heart of Wangaratta, where we stumbled upon a secret underground tunnel. Sparkle assured me that it led to a hidden realm where fairies and goblins coexisted. Intrigued, I followed her into the tunnel, and to my amazement, we emerged in a world straight out of a fairy tale. The fairies fluttered around us, leaving trails of sparkling dust in their wake. They invited us to their grand ball, where we danced under a moonlit sky. The goblins, on the other hand, were mischievous but harmless. They played pranks on unsuspecting visitors, turning their hair into colorful ribbons and their shoes into hopping frogs. In this magical realm, I discovered a treasure chest filled with gold coins and precious gems. Sparkle explained that these treasures were gifts from the mystical creatures to those who believed in their existence. Overwhelmed with joy, I filled my pockets with the riches, knowing that I had stumbled upon something truly extraordinary. But alas, all good things must come to an end. As the sun began to set, Sparkle led me back through the tunnel to the real world. I bid farewell to the fairies and goblins, promising to keep their secret safe.Returning to reality, I realized that my adventure in Wangaratta had been nothing more than a vivid dream. There were no talking unicorns, hidden realms, or magical creatures. It was all a figment of my imagination, a tale spun by my desire for adventure and wonder.Nonetheless, the memory of my fantastical journey to Wangaratta will forever remain in my heart, reminding me that sometimes, the most extraordinary experiences can be found within the depths of our own imagination. Thanks ILookedThere for the cache.

Joint FTF with catnap777 and old "mate" Dave Ulmer..... Well, it would have been if our plans hadn't gone slightly askew. You see, our trio really wanted FTF on this one but Jamin Appleford beat us to it and Dave jokingly said "The only way we can get FTF now is with a time machine." Cat' and I looked at each other and figured it was worth a try, so we built one.The best we could do on short notice was a single seater, so we all agreed to take it in turns to go back in time to the caches publication date and meet up together at posted coords to pre-empt the FTFer and log a joint pic of our own.Cat' went first, reset the dials and sent the machine back to us for my turn. Just before I too left for the past, Dave mentioned something about "bigger fish to fry" and "inventing the game" or something like that. After my successful journey back in time, I foolishly sent the time machine back to him and that was the last we saw of either of them.We would have been stranded there if The Tardis Trio hadn't materialised out of thin air with exactly the same idea of claiming FTF for themselves with their machine which was a lot bigger on the inside than ours was.So catnap777 and I scored a free lift back to today on proviso we don't claim FTF.We promised not to.So thanks ILookedThere for the cache. Thanks The Tardis Trio for the lift home. And Dave, if you ever read this log, congratulations on "inventing" Geocaching and all, but can we please have our time machine back now.

dalerious, young mate Dave Ulmer and I missed out on ftf; bummer!........Hang on a minute, no we didn't. Dave had this bloody awesome idea. He told of a story which entailed meeting up with this witch that resides at a KMart in the land that time forgot. She has a broom stick that can take you wherever you want to go. This broom stick has enough room for 2, so we would have to split up and meet at our required destination separately. dalerious and I went first and since it would look pretty weird seeing 2 people on a broom stick, the witch changed our crafts appearance to make it fit into our environment. With a spell or two we were back to December 2022; the ftf was ours, we just had to send the broom stick back to Dave and wait for him to arrive to get the formality shot of the 3 of us together at GZ.We waited for a good 3 seconds and thought, bugger it, we will claim ftf for ourselves. What does Dave Ulmer know about Geocaching anyway. It isn't like he invented the game or anything! So ftf honours go to catnap777 and dalerious. Our clever plan worked a trick or treat.Thank you ILOOKEDTHERE we are so happy to claim ftf on this Letterbox Hybrid cache.Dave Ulmer and the magical broom stick were never to be seen again.Dave probably got a better offer elsewhere! Hey, have you heard about this awesome game called GEOCACHING? People hide Tupperware in the bush, and..............

Gather 'round, my fellow geocachers, for I shall regale you with the tale of how I conquered the highest of caches.

I, the intrepid geocacher, stood before the last piece of the amazing Ned Kelly’s Helmet Geoart puzzle, my destiny hanging in the balance. As I approached ground zero, my heart raced with anticipation. Little did I know, this cache had ambitions grander than any I'd encountered in the series to date.
As I looked around, there it was, perched atop a tree that could only be described as "vertigo-inducing", towering higher than my optimism of completing the series.

I contemplated my predicament. Clearly, this cache had been binge-watching Tarzan and decided to embrace its inner tree-dwelling, jungle-loving self. I mean, I could get all the others, but then there is this!

First, I reached for my ladder, but alas, it was too short. No matter, I thought, I have a secret weapon – the determination of a thousand geocachers! I surveyed the tree, I considered various methods of ascent, from building a human ladder of fellow geocachers to launching myself from a homemade catapult.
Ultimately, I decided on the most foolproof strategy: I would attempt to climb the tree like a koala seeking its eucalyptus fix. Don't laugh; necessity is the mother of invention in the geocaching world.
With the agility of a circus acrobat and the grace of a ballerina, I began my ascent. After what felt like an eternity and more scratches than a cat in a briar patch, I reached the coveted prize, signed the log and victory was mine!

And so, that's how I triumphed over that final cache. In the world of geocaching, there are no obstacles too high or trees too tall – just a lot of good-natured laughter and unforgettable adventures!

Here are some potential truths or lies:
#1 we came at Xmas time, signed the log and are only just posting now,
#2 we are time travellers and have not yet reached this place, however we have the ability to write a log in advance,
#3 we have not yet and will not visit this place and have screenshot this photo from another cacher.....
Which one will you choose??

This was an easy fun activity to do. Thanks for this virtual cache ILookedThere.

When I was a child I was taken to the beach and was very eager to have a swim. but my family decided they wanted to walk the full length of the pier first.
Not able to wait any longer I jumped off the pier, but misjudged the edge of the platform below and managed to break my leg……… NO swim, very short visit
I may or may not be lying about the story, or the date of logging or being here at all !!!
Thanks for the fun virtual ILookedThere.

Day 2… We’re spending the weekend caching way through Kelly Country, aiming to fill in needed DTs, do some fun climbs and generally have a good time.
We’re caching between Glenrowan and Beechworth with a list we want to fill, we’ll call it a day when we run out of light!
We need a virtual for the souvenir… this will do!

Today is the shortest drive of the trip, so that means lots of caching! We spent most of our day out grabbing particular caches at the NKH, around Wangaratta and of course, Beechworth… Lots to do and not enough time, so we’re just grabbing cache types, DTs and oldies!

A quick pull up and snap at the APCO.

Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache ILookedThere!

Given the current souvenir challenge & having cleared out my local area, I thought I'd better attempt to find a few different cache types while going through Wang today. This one seemed perfect, as my driver prefers not to stop for caches... this time he did! ...well long enough for me to focus the camera for a quick snap! Great idea for a virtual. Tftc

First geocache find by my muggle friend, I'm sure she will be hooked now (not really but one day)

Visiting Wang for the weekend with my muggle friend, had read the requirements in our accommodation, and although she is a card carrying muggle I convinced her to take the snap while passing by.

Thanks For The Cache

Favourite point for tricking my muggle friend into her first find.

Out on a cold winters day, can’t say the sun is out, drizzling going drive just to stay warm

So, I was getting tired of my life in the US and was offered the chance to go into the witness protection program...and was moved out here to Australia. While here, under my new identity, I discovered that there were people here who were impersonating my old self. Looking into a bit more I found there were 100's of people doing it. So, I thought I had nothing to lose and dragged out a few old costumes and started to impersonate myself. Not realising how popular this was, I decided to continue the masquerade and now make a nice living...at the ripe old age of 88. If only the folk watching knew who they were actually watching....

Thank you very muuuuuch.....and see you in Parkes in January, you just won't know which one is actually me.

I was in the area quite a while ago and just found my photo proof still on my phone. If I recall correctly, we had gone into the grocery store and then looked for nearby caches once we got back to the car. Low and behold we were sitting Odin the exact right spot. Thanks for the virtual.

Feeling a bit hungry I thought I’d stop for a bit of tucker, knowing that there was a 5 star restaurant nearby seemed to be the go

Yeah, I managed to teleport here to take a photo. I have no clue how that happened, but it did. Anyway, pic attached. TFTC, a nice virtual idea!

I had a few minutes to spare as our nearby heist was taking place today. Being known to my closest associates as "the racer" I'd been selected as the get away driver. My other professional associates being known as Bonnie and Clyde were off making a little withdrawal at the local Kay world. Ended up being a super haul.
Gota give them credit for the big load of premium multi packs of black business socks. Kt36 sneakers and even 10 pairs of Dunlop volleys.
Tell us what will be walking proud tomorrow.

Logging today to claim the latest souvenir - 20 caches done in 20 days.
The lie here? I certainly wasn’t in Wangaratta today but have the photo as proof.

On my way up to the NorthEast today I dropped into Wang to take Randolph to this cache.
He reckons it was way too wet to ride in, and anyway I was driving past!
He assured me it was not because he didn't have any cache to find for this month's challenge.
It is just that he would not be caught doing power trails, just to get a souvenir that he does not collect anyway!
He would much prefer to do interesting caches like this Virtual.
Thanks, Robmc.

#21034. Another cache saved for a rainy day - well today isn't raining but you can see how sunny it is through the windscreen of the car. It was taken a few months ago when the area I was parked at actually had a building on it (now completely demolished).

Thanks ILookedThere

I came here to dig up the gold I buried back in the 70s but Kmart cracked it when I pulled out my Jack hammer. Might have gotten away with it if I’d been in the car park but they wouldn’t allow me to dig up the floor in the middle of womens clothing.
Thanks

A story about something stupid that happened on the way to south Australia. We were parked on the side of the street and a truck backed up into us while we were parked. The driver managed to speed after them and actually drive in front of them forcing them to pull over. It was a scary experience I remember my mums scream.

Two frollicking fossils were cruising along in their bright orange leotards. Whilst riding e-scooters.
When we spotted a big red and blue letters and being Tasmanian's where things take a while to get too, we had to investigate. We stood below and had an argument with our second head what these letters represented. We finally lost concentration and left still not knowing what it was all about.

In the dark of the night my daughter, Roxy dog and I were hanging out in Wang when we got the munchies. Apco reportedly had a good selection on offer to satisfy our hunger.

As my daughter casually looked into the distant sky with Roxy beside her looking the least bit interested in the view, suddenly out of nowhere a UFO beam of light comes towards us. The object then hovers above us. I thought we were going to get sucked in. But alas I had my new Geocaching Victoria hoodie on which protected us reflecting the beam back into the UFO who were startled and quickly left back into the dark distant sky.

If you look real close you can just see a speck of light in the photo of the UFO making it’s getaway.

Thank you for the fun Virtual here ILookedThere we give it a fav point

My name is Dave Ulmer. Almost 23 years ago now I placed the first ever geocache at Beavercreek, Oregon..
Five years later I fled the states as the life of a celebrity was overwhelming, being mobbed at events, autograph hunters and selfie snaps.
I migrated to Oz, changed my name and gender and reemerged in the caching world as feathertop.
I have chosen this cache as my 33,000th find as Wangaratta is the sister city of Beavercreek. I could not ignore the connection.
This story has now been told.... please let me live my remaining years in peace...

Cache find #100,000!!!! Yes we did it!!! and what a journey. Yep we are the first in oz to crack 6 figures in finds. Our apologies Liz and Bruce. Yes we are behind in logging , but we just need to log all our finds around Rutherglen from the last few days to catch up. Time to duck into the nearby IGA to grab our favourite vegan tofu sausages and kumbucha cherry plum drink to celebrate this unbelievable achievemennt. TFTC piuquet.

Well the taking of the photo was the easy part of this cache. Here I am with the trolleys at the trolley return! It reminds of my many adventures with shopping trolleys in dreams and reality. But which is which? Put a trolley with a dodgy wheel and try to control it full of heavy shopping down a steep and winding ramp to a car park with a very expensive car at the bottom and a mother surrounded by young children in front of it. Of course there’s an incident involving a trip, losing control of the trolley or something similar involved. I never knew what happened because I ended up in hospital with amnesia, or was woken up to break my hysteria. I’ll leave you to decide which happened.

Came here on a perfectly hot and sunny day. Suffered from heat stroke trying to locate the container.

Once the container was located, we dropped off a dozen Travel Bugs, 19 Path Tags and left a $100 note.

I found your D1.0/T1.0 Virtual Virtual called Virtual Lies on 12 April 2023. It was find #18245 for me. Thank you ILookedThere for placing this cache for our enjoyment in the wonderful state of Victoria.

Rutherglen Mega Trip. [^] Day 10 - Let the journey back home begin. [^] It was a horrible drizzly rain sort of day but that didn't stop up find a few caches anyway. Wink We had solved quite a few puzzles before coming over so we just had to go and find a few. Cool

Our crew for the week for the mega was:
Bushfire
Anymules
Brisal5
6Hinemoa2
BAB6 for short and to save space in logs. Cool We stayed together for a few caches until we split and then it was just myself and Anymules. We took a targeted way down to Bendigo finding these along the way. Big Grin

This took some time.:
I assembled the interesting attribute list of geo-tools not thinking I would need them all...How wrong I was. Twisted Each was on the page for a specific reason and I needed each one to get even close to the cache and then access it. But where was the warning about the LEPER [?] That serious oversight has cost me an arm and a leg already. [B)] Not deterred I continue on and lost the sight in one eye to snow blindness before the inevitable alien abduction incident. Thankfully they deposited me on top of the mountain nearby and so it was quick one legged, one pole, half blind slalom down an impossible slope to make the find. Cool
Now all me friends just call me LUCKY! Wink

Having read the description, I started thinking, what can I write?
Heading home from the Rutherglen mega gave us time to think.
Arrived at the APCO and started refueling the car.

So here we are in sunny downtown Wang, man is this a heatwave or what!
So hot the sky was melting. You know, liquid sunshine, that stuff makes you hot and sweaty on the outside. We are including a photo as proof.

Had to take the Maze trailer half way home to the Mansfield area this morning for temporary storage and then headed back to the Mega site for a couple more days.
Grabbed this in Wangaratta after a fuel stop on out way back. Then to the op shops to keep MuggleWifeDoes happy Smile

We attended the Mega event in Rutherglen, and we saw this cache and knew it had to be done. So we walked all the way here because our car was stolen by a giant spider.

On the way, we had to swim a few rivers and do a lot of bush bashing! Needless to say, some folks were not happy to have two wet strangers walk through their house! But anything to cut 20m off our trek! They will get over it!

We finally got to Wangaratta after coming across some rogue Vavanilla slice sitting beautifully atop a stump. The gnome said it was ok to eat it!

With the last 100m the Spider that stole our car actually drove up behind us! I guess it was too messy so he gave it back, so now we can continue on our adventures!

TFTC!!!!
