After spending a few days in Gawler it was time for to drive my mums (well my car now) from Gawler back to Perth. This was day four travelling from Norseman to Coolgardie via Kalgoorlie on a 5 day 3,100km adventure. There are hundreds of signs saying do not drive tired so geocaching helped with that.I trucked on across the beautiful scenery grabbing many caches. After 3 incidents the day before, 800km and 13hrs on the road my third incident was the motel had booked me on the wrong night. Thankfully i was able to get the last room at the pub at about 1930. Grabbed a pizza and a couple of drinks and up to my room.It was a nice cool beautiful morning and i knew i only had about 250 kms driving so i was happy especially after the day before..I grabbed the caches around Norsemen, did some sightseeing and then headed north to Kambalda and Kalgoorlie. This cache was a quick find and interesting little bit of history. Thanks for the cache Morgo the geo.
Day 5 of Geotrakka and my road-trip around the Kalgoorlie area. Most of our group has departed, so Geotrakka and I are hoping to get quite a few more smilies around town.
Some logs signed as N2O.
This is my 10834find.
Thankyou Morgo the geo for placing and maintaining this cache

Day 5 of our road trip/ camping adventure. Many packed up and left this morning but N2O and I are here for another day of caching around Kalgoorlie. Planning a busy day to grab local caches after an epic couple of days out at Victoria Springs.
I found your cache Morgo the geo which added to my adventures. Thanks for placing it. Your cache makes my 6178 find.

Off to Rutherglen for the meha. Fifth trip over the Nullarbor in the last 12 months.
Grab a quick one before the Nullarbor. Interesting to lose a whole town here.

A quick find. I found some larger swap items along the way like scented play dough which confused me as to the size of the cache but on quick inspection of the area cache was located and as described. TFTC
Cache found on our way home from a 5 month caching tour of SA. We had a great time, but it is always nice to hit home soil again. Thanks for the cache Morgo the Geo and LighteningGEL.
Nice quick find. Young couple stopped to see if we needed help and asked how to join so maybe a convert.
Out in the goldfields collecting what’s on offer by night and working the 9-5 by day. Thanks to the CO’s for placing and maintaining the caches for our enjoyment.
Overnighting in Kal so have made a bit of a mission to cleanup the few remaining caches around town.
Thanks for the find.
Thanks for the find.

13 September 2022 11:00 am Found with Gonefishen07, THTSGLD and muggel friend Belinda on our girls nullarbor golfing trip. Thanks Morgo the geo for the cache.
Despite driving this road every day we have never stopped to find this one. Lucky, because it gave us a cache to find on international geocaching day 2022 and help the world record effort!! TFTC Morgo
When I used to travel up and down this road going to work, once upon a time, there was quite a healthy community of various types of drop bears living on this stretch of road. It seems they have left their high perches in the trees and moved off to somewhere else to live

Travelling from Kalgoorlie to Norseman on our way back to Melbourne, this cache was on the way. Muggle Husband checked out the history while I checked out the cache.
Found on a solo trip to the west.
I was planning to head to Hyden directly from Norseman today, but the road was closed. Instead I thought I’d head up to Kalgoorlie then more or less west from there, picking up a few caches of interest along the way.
I was not helped by the foul weather, with some severe cold fronts, rain and winds up to 90 kph over 3 consecutive days - apparently a ’once in a year’ event. Camping has been interesting and the fuel economy pushing into those westerlies for almost 1,500 Km has been a bit of a disaster!!
This was a quick park and grab to break up the drive.
Thanks Morgo the geo for the cache.

Heading to SA and fairly quiet on the road at present. Only one truck went past while we recorded our visit. Thanks Morgothegeo
Up in Kalgoorlie for a few days of work and some time to kill so why not grab a cache.
Heading back to Kal from Kambalda so stopped here for a quick find.
Many thanks to Morgo the geo for placing and maintaining Celebration City. I found it, I signed it, and put it back as found.

We are staying in Kalgoorlie for a couple of days and after seeing these two new caches get published yesterday we headed out early this morning to grab them. Cache was quickly found here and happy to find a blank logbook. Favourite point for taking us to a location we would not have known about if we didn’t visit this cache. TFTC morgo the geo
