On a Tasmanian sebaticle, and after an overnight trip on the Spirit, meandered our way across the top of Tassie on our way to Binalong bay. I had not planned any caches along the way, only looking in places we decided to take a break or a little look. After taking a long look at the amazing sculpture nearby, I checked to see that there was a hide nearby. My device as usual was misleading me until it was pointing somewhere I was a little concerned with. Nonetheless eventually tracked down and performed required duties.
Relatively quick find of another Angus hide. The wood carvings here are pretty cool TFTC Angus
On a maintenance circuit from Launceston to Launceston via Low Head, Bridport and Scottsdale, Angus visits Low Head was furnished with a fresh log.
Exploring this section of coast, how beautiful it is to while away the afternoon.
Found it quickly once we worked out which side. Thanks for putting a cache here, the coords were accurate and it's in good condition.
A quick find with frmen1. Another Angus cache. I like them...the co-ords are usually good and the finds easy. We enjoyed the sculptures nearby. TFTC
Staying at the East beach TP. Nice one Angus. The wind is howling. Not sure if the fence is holding the trees up or the other way round.
DNF.. first time caching, no caches under the belt. Will return with fresh eyes
Went back with fresh eyes after missing it the first time! Got distracted by the big scary bushes the first time. TFTC, excited to get my first cache!
Wow Angus, so many trees to choose from in this space, hope you used them all to good advantage. We found your cache and SL at 4.54pm well away from the crowds. #10,595 TFTC Angus88
#384We ventured to the beach and noticed a cache close by and figured it would be worth it. It was! Tricky find but grateful to have it in the bag now.Tftc!
Thanks Angus! We have followed you around a little bit and enjoyed your caches in Tasmania. This one is all good and pretty obvious once you know where it is but tricky to spot TFTC
Thanks took as longer then it should have great hide and every thing in perfect condition TFTC

Another nice hide and a place to stretch my pups paws
The local penguins pointed me in the right direction to find this cache.

Today we travelled down the east Tamar Highway to Low Head with Nana Nel & Wazza9 in their Riley and returned via Beaconsfield collecting caches along the way and this was one of them.
What a great day out, we enjoyed the company and had a great day out in their Riley!
A tricky hide, but got there in the end. Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Up this way again to drop off a mate to pick up his Motor-Home from Low Head.
With that done i was free to grab Caches (Mainly targeting Old Caches and those with high FP's) between here and Launceston where i "had" planned to stay tonight but the place is near on booked out so in hindsight, i found as many as i could then made a dash for home in HBA, later in the afternoon.
Parked nearby on a Grassy Carpark then walked over to make a swift find and sign @ 10:58 on Tuesday 21 March 2023.
(Today it was "bluewrentit" visits Low Head )
The cache and contents are all good and dry.
Replaced it with no Muggles about.

Bush Track and I had a joint day out caching in the area, it was enjoyable to spend the time together. We had 25 Finds, 1 DNF, and 1 we had to leave due to a Snake!
An Easy Find thanks for taking us to these great Carvings
Thanks, Angus88 for placing this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment

Unfortunately we were unable to find the cache in the obvious location. We enjoyed the nearby sculptures though.
Day 2 of our Tasmanian Odyssey… The plan is to attend Grumbligrot’s Celebration Event in Georgetown and target some oldies before and after… that and anything else that grabs my attention or I happen to step over, in the area…
I wasn’t expecting to collect this cache today, but other caching business brought me close by…
A quick find… tftc…

Today we found Angus visits Low Head on our travels. We are on another visit from Melbourne just because…well, maybe it’s all those puzzles we solved during those many lockdowns! Having the opportunity to sign some actual logs is exciting!
Thanks Angus88 for being part of our geocaching fun.

Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Angus88 for the cache and the series.
This cache was on yesterday's list but as we spent too much time visiting friends and relatives in Beauty Point yesterday we didn't get to it.
Instead it became the first one found today after stopping the night at the caravan park on the way to Low Head. What a lovely clean park with new facilities.
Realised as I was walking over to this one that I didn't have the GPS but with the generous clue I didn't need it.
A nice quick muggle free find early in the morning.
Thanks Angus88.

On a caching maintenance run around our caches before hitting the mainland. So pick this up along the way.
Found this one while staying at the near by caravan park for Easter. Decided to go for a evening geocacuing walk and this was the last one on my list and another yellow smilely face. Thanks for placing this cache
So excited that I was third to find this!! Awesome little spot but beware of muggles haha
Good co-ordinates and hint made this a quick find. Viewing the tree carvings is a bonus associated with this cache.
