With the WA Day public holiday fast approaching, the call went out to the team to see who would be up for a day out. SirFancy, I C Nothing, and monkeywand were available to join me, and we decided to head down south towards Donnybrook. There was plenty of cache variety for the adults and a decent playground and bakery for lunch for the junior members of the team.We met up early in the day in Baldivis. With the ping of a new cache, we piled back into the cars and headed for Lakelands. After a quick find, we hit the road and headed to our caching area of operations. We started out by collecting a bunch of caches around Donnybrook before stopping for lunch and letting the kids have a run around. After lunch, we cleaned up the last few in town before winding our way through Boyanup, Dardanup, and Brunswick Junction. We arrived home just as the sun was going down, having been on the road for nearly 10 hours, covering close to 400 km, and collecting 41 finds, 5 adventure labs, and 8 DNFs.Thanks go to Diadem for placing and maintaining the Traditional cache Water Tower @Dardanup for me and others to find.I added my name to the log at 15:49 on 3/6/2024.This is find number 9006 for me.

Another road trip with the Mics team finding caches that have been on our list for awhile or just been seen as we pass by. Thanks for placing to add to the enjoyment of today. Signed Mics.

Continuing our drive and exploration of this area, we stopped in this small town. Mindful that the children were in the playground nearby, we made a very quick find as we were able to park very close to GZ. Then time to disappear from the area and continue our journey today. Thanks Diadem and TaurusSixDomsky
Had a little giggle when I thought it was raining and realised the tanks leaks thank you, needed that TFTC SL
Quick find, enjoying the soothing sounds of the water dripping from the water tower. TFTCCaching with Krissy_94

We have now replaced this cache. Given it has been muggled many times we have moved it about 11 metres and provided a different container. We have changed the hint accordingly.
Cache is now enabled again. We have moved it about 11 metres from original gz and changed the container . We have also updated hint so hopefully it does not get muggled again.

When Bunadoorian and I arrived here we interrupted a local boy riding around on his bike. We found the cache in good condition. TFTC and for bringing us here - Diadem and TaurusSix
Grub62 and I found the cache without too much trouble. Grub62 was a bit disappointed that the water tower did not have a mural but another smiley face went a long way to fix that. TFTC.
We have replaced the cache , a smaller version so hopefully less likely to be muggled. It is good to go again.

This cache was simpler than the last two we had encountered, which was good as we really needed to start to head back to Collie. Good spot for a cache.

Cheers Diadem!
I’ve been planning a Bunbury run for some time to cleanup all of the new green dots that keep appearing on the map.
With yesterdays plan thrown out the window I made arrangements with a group to get down here and cleanup. The icing on the cake came in the way of a bunch of FTFs appearing late last night.
A very unsociable start time was agreed and we made good on the caches, had a couple of DNFs, which means we will have something to find on the next trip.
Thanks to the COs for a great day out.

Well it was all ready a big week without the new injection of hinds to the Bunbury area on the Thursday morning. Then Thursday afternoon had us convinced to head to Bunbury earlier than planned!!
A bid day out finding caches through the Bunbury area ahead of next weekends event.
