Bridge gated updue to being unsafe- was told to get off from a shire worker may need to retire cache
WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 45 - Collie day. It rained all night and it rained on and of fall day. I spent lots of time in the car waiting for rain to ease and way too much time running back to the car as the rain got too heavy. I am rally impressed by the ground drainage, some of the dirt tracks I went on were great despite all the rain. It was a difficult day, A few more DNFs than I would have like, but I did get to visit quite a few very interesting places and the tourist drive along the river was amazing. In the end I just went home and cooked dinner and watched TV, a bit unusual for me on a trip. The bridge might be closed, but the gates have been dismantled. I walked ot to the cache area and had a good look and found the container in the last option I had before me. I saw one of these containers before and it was full of water, this one was dry and the log was signed. Thanks for the cache crabzy1147632.16 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & 2015 Jack Frost A#335**Albida**

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by crabzy11 and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Quick find on trip down south. Bag may need replacing soon has some small holes TFTC
No kids going wild today, but quite a bit of foot traffic delaying our search. Thanks crabzy11
Nice spot for a pitstop going Albany to Mandurah. Easy find. Log in good condition but container needs a lid
Wishing we had the dogs with us to run around the agility park, quick find here once at gz, these bridges scare me, I was glad to be back on solid ground tftc
Camping at Potters Gorge for a few days, we headed out for another day of adventure & this was another cache found on our journey... Found ourselves on the bridge & quickly found the prize, even with the kids jumping up & down & side to side
TFTC crabzy11 [^] Logbook & lid were missing... We replaced the logbook however we are not to sure how long it will last before it blows out? Sorry but we didn't have anything suitable to put in its place.

Headed out with the MICKS (Meme28, I C Nothing,Cirrus_WA, Kapalua and me SirFancy) crew and Burns345.
We got a lot done and headed to the CITO event then got a few more before lunch, after lunch we jumped in to different peoples FWDs and headed out as a much larger group, there was mud and fun.
Ended the day with good food surrounded by good people.
Cache in good condition.
This is my 3209 find.
Thank you crabzy11 for placing and maintaining this cache.
Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!
(I’m not a geologist I just like puns)

On a very chilly and drizzly day travelling through Collie on the way to Bunbury. Fortunately made a quick find here. Thanks crabzy11
Not sure about whether there was something like this bridge here back in the Sixties but this is a great area so thanks crabzy11 for bringing us here. All in good nick on what can only be called a “brisk” morning. Fantastic nevertheless.
Quick find. Great spot. Log was a bit wet, dried it out and returned to it's spot
Quick find and first time showing my master 2 the bridge which he loved.
Swing bridges are scary, especially when Muggle Husband jumps up and down when you are in the middle. I put my phone away and just searched. After much silly business it was Muggle Husband who found this one. Nice hide.
Day 4 of caching our way around Bunbury and surrounds for WAGB22. Ive enjoyed the variety of hides down here. Thank you to the COs for placing these caches out here for others to enjoy. Apologies for the generic logs.

Day 4 Of our WAGB22 adventures: A great start to the day- a scenic country drive although a bit bumpy along a 4WD track. Cito event in Collie. Several more caches found and lots of laughs . What a full day . Thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining their caches for others to find , tftc
A quick find here with Deefa71 on Day 3 of the WAGB22 weekend. Thanks to all the COs who've placed and maintained these hides. Tftc
What a lovely old bridge. You can really get a swing on.. if you bounce a bit. Cache was missing the lid and was full of water. Luckily the waterproof paper is doing its job. TFTC
Second visit after someone was eating their sarnies looking directly at the bridge last time. Had it all to myself this time but that doesn’t make it any less stressful when you’ve found the cache and juggling all the bits. With no lid it’s pretty wet inside but the log paper is holding up ok. TFTC!
Took a bit of searching on the wobbly bridge but cache was eventually spotted. Have informed the CO of my mishap with the lid OOPS favourite point for this one TFTC crabzy11
