Parked up the road and got the scooters out for a quick ride. Nice path- good variety of finds. Thanks. *The generic bit for this trip*We are on now on our way south after heading north for warmer weather. From Cooktown back to Notth East Victoria, weaving inland and to the coast, caching as we go. No real plans, just taking each day as it comes and enjoying the adventure in our converted ambulance. Thanks to all COs for placing and maintaining caches for our enjoyment.
Found it SL. Enjoying a caching holiday in Townsville with mackay_geocaching. Thanks to the COs for the puzzles that they have created and brain strain to solve them. Puzzles mostly been solved prior to this visit with alphag_25 and mackay_geocaching team effort. Brought the GEOPUNT up this time to tackle more of the T5 caches and Challenges on the water. Also prepared fir the task with the Segway Scooter and Paddleboard. Merry Christmas and Happy Caching from Mackay.*Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
Spotted well above the highway run off this morning, thanks for another cache.
Caching in the area we pick up a few caches along the way and this was one of them.
Enjoyed exploring the area, cache and contents were in good condition.
Many thanks for placing this cache and adding to our geocaching experience today.

We are making our way along the trail easier than we thought, got GZ ,and My geo wife soon found what we were after.. Off to the one. All good here. Tftc.
On a nice bike road on this trail and decided to get this series of caches. I Haven’t had the chance to go caching in a while so it is good that I am getting back into it. TFTC.
With a new year new souvenir on offer and this being the lone hide I’ve yet to find on this trail I came down to finish this trail off for a fresh new 2023.
With this, I join Burgo and Dr Diver in completing this trail which was pretty instrumental in bringing up an awesome string of FTFs. With any luck the new year will be just as awesome
Thanks BlackPearl26 for this hide GC9RCYA Ring Road Ride #11 and giving back to our local caching community. Hope you have a Happy New Year.
Souvenir number 92 and counting… Ha Ha. Amusingly as I post this I received a notification that Crooked Pete just claimed A Souvenir Challenge.

Another after midnight log to make these finds a little more manageable, or not, who knows. Back to this trail. I only have one more of these left after this and have had a look at the GZ and don’t think it is possible for me to sign so this one was the only choice. Want to find it one way only to find the sheddings of the local wildlife. The owner wasn’t readily noticeable so ai went back to searching for the hide. Coordinates zeroed out at the cache so signing duties followed. Thanks for the cache BlackPearl26
Great Northern escape 2022 Day 86. Townsville to Tully. With rain threatening, I packed up the van and headed to the bypass road bike trail to get my scooter out. I managed all but one. I could not quite get up the second bit of the tree. A great way to stat the morning after the dismal start yesterday. On the drive North I stopped one or two times, but mostly had a smooth drive with a mango smoothie along the way.
Thanks for the cache BlackPearl26

After the mega was over, we spent a couple of days caching around Townsville, and disappeared off to Charters Towers and Bowen.
We still had some unfinished business in Townsville, and this series looked very enticing.
At this point we did not have bicycles, so the walk was done by foot.
A couple of difficult things along the way. First of all we had to find the right point to park the car to get ourselves along the Trail.
And then, there were definitely a couple of tricky hides with rocks hidden in rocks.
All up, we found them all, bar one.
The one we chose not to attempt, was a tree climb, since we were just not equipped on the day to manage this one.
This series is a great addition to geocaching here in Townsville.
Thanks BlackPearl26. A lovely walk for us in the late afternoon.

Today we were out to get around to the Ring Road and grab those caches scattered along the road and those that were close by riding past. Car still in the Toyota workshop, but we are one step closer to getting it fixed.
Thanks BlackPearl26 for the caches.

We thought we'd finished caching for the day when DisSister's FTF notifications started coming through - and the new caches were nearby! We leapt into the car and navigated our way to GZ while a few more notifications came through, finding a parking spot a bit further down the road only to see another car just pulling up up the road. Dahumbug and bella at waggy joined us from the other directions for a couple of joint FTFs. An unexpected and welcome end to our Mega trip Found while exploring lovely Townsville and surrounds during the CacheQld Townsville Mega, with DisSister and Dragonsky. TFTC, BlackPearl26. =^.^=
Found this cache and #13 with burgo78 just after midnight marking the 50th day of the [FTF] streak. Thanks for the great series. Quite a number of trips we did out here.
{*FTF*} with GC_Diver 18/04/22. 12:20am
Well, we end the streak today but it doesn't mean we can't claim more than one
Couldn't resist just one more. We'll leave the other 2 for others.
Another easy find in the dark without coords.
Its not hard when theyre evenly spaced and there's limited hiding spots.
Might not even bother with the phone for the final two. Too easy!

We were chilling at our accommodation when the notifications started coming through of some new caches nearby. We jumped in the car and found our way to the start while the phone pinged a couple more times, to see another car just pulled up. Jumping out we joined dahumbug and bella at waggy to claim {FTF} after publication. Thanks BlackPearl26
