Logs
Pipe construction work has destroyed the hiding spot. Will have to look somewhere else to place a cache near here.
Make note to myself.
Don't attempt on a nice Saturday morning as fishermen out numbered the fish at this point and I got back in the car and moved on but will be back when the weather is lousy.

I am gradually catching up with my logging - am currently only a month and a bit behind. But that's still over 100 caches!
To be honest, while I still find searching for caches fun, I'm finding logging less so. But I have to log to get me stats and souvenirs, so...
Only a few Adventure Labs and my First2Finds have been written up in a timely manner - don't want people racing out when it's already been snaffled.
Nevertheless, I have kept up with my 2022 goal of 16 finds per caching day. In fact, for the most part my modus operandi has been to actually aim for 20. So far I've only failed on that a few times, and only by 1 find. Amazingly I'm on track for 19 finds per day, but somehow I expect that will eventually prove too hard as I have to travel a good distance if I want more than a cache a day.
Thanks to all the CO's who have made it possible to keep my goal in sight. Most of the finds have been Traditionals, but a few Puzzle series and the odd other cache type have been grabbed where possible.
Sorry the logs are very generic, but I'll never catch back up otherwise.
###END OF GENERIC ABJECT GROVELLING SECTION###
Need two finds tody to appease the Caching Calendar Gods, but why go small when you can go LARGE! So, of course, I grabbed eleven.
Thought a nice walk would do me today, so I drove up to Caves Beach and hit the *Ridge Firetrail* series - my there are a few up and downs on that one. Snaffled a number of those but the odd DNF raised its ugly head as well.
Finally, a few Park & Grabs on the way back to the motorway home.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Any cache specific comments will be added here.
If none, then it was a good cache and easily found.
Signed, replaced and away to my next target.

This one also took 10 seconds lol didn't know what way was west to we just guessed
Driving home after an unsuccessful day in Newcastle I saw this location was finally free of fisherfolk so called in. Parking quite close to GZ, I walked over and collected the container to log in the car. Thanks for another hide on the bison trail.
Find No: 8378. "Blue Switch Day" got shaneo58 and I out to Swansea, anything for a souvenir, thanks for the cache colleda!!
Found today with my dad while out here on a little cache drive. Had a really nice time caching around Gwandalan and Swansea getting 5 finds, 1 DNF and 2 trigs. Did 2 really nice walks and a few park and grabs as well...
After seeing these ones getting published last month, we headed out here today to grab this one. Its been a long time since we originally found this series and it was nice to come back and grab 2 more!

With our 'Blue Switch' souvenir in our sights, we headed south into familiar caching grounds to pick up some new caches and some stragglers we just have never got around to... 6 finds plus a pair of trigs, and some leads on new placements as well, all in glorious autumn weather (for once!)....
It was 6 years ago we first geared up the bikes for our run down the Bison Trail, it was our first reasonable length ride, Samuel on his fairly new bike at the time - good times! We drove today, parked and started searching - Samuel got down lower and came up with the cache. TFTC!

FTF @ 08:50
I saw this one published last night and planned on going for an early morning bike ride to get it. However it was overcast and threatening rain so decided to go for a drive. A quick find whilst watching the fisherman in the rain. TFTC

Arrived on high tide this arvo after sleeping in and missing the FTF (my fault for not going last night when it popped up). Congrats to Orrsome.
Anyway, high tide in the late arvo is peak angler time but even so we were able to be discrete and stayed and watched a few people do their best to jag a kingy off the rocks. One guy got a little bream, but sadly not much else happening.
Good to see the CO active again. TNLN TFTC
