We've traveled from Waikanae Beach today to compete in the dog obedience competition with geo dog Southridge Laird of Kinlochaline (Lochie) in Test C while Flying High at Aquila (Flynn) is having his second outing in Novice. I wasn't confident about this cache as the previous log was a DNF, but found the spot, checked the hint, and quickly had the cache in hand. Unfortunately, it was too small to relocate a travel bug, so I will have to find another cache nearby for that. TFTC. PS - Flynn placed 2nd in his second outing in Novice.

Popped in here after a walk along the walkway. Only one car here when I arrived but there was about 10 fluffy pooches running around! Luckily the sole person was too busy with her charges that she took no notice of me finding and signing this cache. Log a little wet from the dew but managed to scribble on it. TFTC

I am up in new Plymouth for a week and between doing tasks etc for mum in law and i am hoping to pick up a few of the caches that i still have not found in new Plymouth and the surrounding area .
Today we needed to go the Valley shopping complex for a few odd things and i then drove up the hill to this park to locate this cache . the cache was easily located thanks to very specific hint and it was soon signed and replaced . there were two work men sitting behind their vans eating lunch but they did seem to interested in their own discussions etc to pay any attention to me- well i hope so ! I had not been to this park before. the cache was in good order and i took nothing and left nothing .
thank you for this newer cache .

Remembered the old cache here had been replaced, so after visiting "the dump", braced myself to revisit. No longer in the care of a fur-friend but their TB Spirits had a run around too. Thanks MIOW for the cache.

I had a little time this morning so I brought JrGun9 & MiddleGun9 here for a quick play (while the dogs watched) and then found this cache when the cold wind got the better of me. Two dogs turned up for a play as we left too.

Arrived with only a few muggles around. Unfortunately some were parked very close to GZ and held a long conversation while I waited patiently about fifteen minutes in the car. Once they went off to exercise their dogs a brief time gap allowed me time to quickly find and sign the log before some others arrived. Tftc MIOW4

wow I was very surprised to claim this {FTF}
I was eating breakfast at the Tahurangi lodge on Mt Taranaki when published about to descend from the lodge I checked and seen it still unfound, once I made it to the intersection of egmont rd and SH3 I rechecked and yup still available so shot across SH3 and carried on to GZ, Nobody in sight at GZ coord's were a tad off of but I had already read the hint and knew roughly what I was looking for so a quick find there and now off for a spa.
