Logs
Catching up with late logs.We are traveling with Geoturtle 37, Papi4506 & The Drovers to do an assault on Bathurst and surrounds. We solved all the puzzles we could before we left home which was also an enjoyable part of this journey. We had a great time here in the Orangearea finding all types of cache sizes and hides but unfortunately we have got behind in our logging and are trying to catch up now.We can no longer remember the caches individually so we apologize for the generic log, it's certainly not meant to take anything away from our experience, it's just the old minds just ain't what they used to be.Many thanks for adding this piece to the game board for our enjoyment.
Day 3 of our Bathurst trip with Team Crackers, Geoturtle37 & Papi4506.Today we did a lot of country driving, and included Orange in our travels. The scenery was lovely with the trees turning a multitude of different colours for winter. All puzzles were solved before the trip. This is one of the caches we stopped to find along the way.A quick search and the cache was located, signed and replaced. Many thanks for placing this cache, Scenic Routers, for us and others to find.
Found it, it was a beautiful change of scenery. Beware of traffic if you park closer to the walking track!
*In the area with woolwood9. Bathurst and the caches around / near Mt. Panorama were one of the main areas of our trip - nice to be back here after 5 years.* We soon managed to get the container found here! SL *tm/ww NZ*Thanks for the reason to stop and I appreciate the effort in setting up these caches!*
Over in Canberra to attend the Easter Mega with tmann421Tons of caches done while here and this was one of them.Enjoyed the touring around and all the containers foundLog signed tm/ww NZThanks for the placement and the effort put into maintaining these hides for us to find.
Found it however last person left it open and it has been wrecked from weather
Geograndson found it. Guessed exactly where to look, getting to be a pro. Nice spot. Much warmer then the crossroads

Have been in this area for a cache a few times now, so it was time to grab this one as well. Parked in the nearby parking area, and with not a soul in sight, the cache was easily retrieved and replaced.

Bathurst trip October 2022. Day 2. I heard there was to be a Community Celebration Event in Bathurst on Tuesday, so I planned on a two day camping caching trip to join in. Rain threatened both days but only fell a few times, except overnight when it seemed to rain all night. The trip was Canberra, Cowra, Bathurst, Millthorpe, Orange, Bathurst and home again via Cowra. I managed lots of caches and enjoyed the trip away.
As I headed back to Bathurst, I stoped at a few puzzle GZs. I changed roads as I approached Bathurst so I could get two caches along Ophir road.
Thanks for the cache Scenic Routers

#14884 - 2:21:00 PM; Day two of a caching mission around the Mid West Region with Sol de lune. The major focus of our mission was to collect "History of...." and other solved puzzles around Carcoar, Blayney, Millthorpe, Orange and Bathurst and many other little towns and villages along our route. After a frosty start, we finished the day with one DNF along with 50+ cache and adventure lab finds around Bathurst with a final stop in Cowra to wrap things up as we headed for home. Logs were signed or stamped to record our visit. Many logs were damp, with a couple very soggy due to the recent extended period of wet weather. Apologies for the generic logs. TFTC opted-out user
Day two of a road trip from Canberra with LuckyL10n to the Orange and Bathurst regions to grab a few of the Joshwa27 puzzles. We headed up through Cowra, Carcoar, Blayney and Lucknow picking off the puzzles, as well as a few other multis and trads that time allowed. The weather was kind to us and it was great out and about for a while.
Finished the caches we wanted around the area so it now time to head home, via a few back roads. No issues here and the cache was soon in hand.
Thanks for another one SR.....

A chance to get away for a Canberra Long weekend was taken and so fitzy_1965 and I made plans to head to Bathurst. It was our first try at camping in the back of the GeoMover. Whilst it was chilly, it was much better than having to set up a tent in the freezing cold. Snow is definitely on the way!
It has been a while since we headed up this way as evident by the explosion of unfound caches up this way. Always good to find a Joshwa27 cache or two but turned out to be a lot more this weekend. After a cool night in the van, we were up and away quickly for another jam packed day of caching.
All caches were found quickly and easily. Many thanks to all the CO’s.

28,188. Found with minniek during a (mostly) long weekend trip up to the Oberon/Bathurst region hunting "Joshwa27" caches.
Day 2. With a huge number of new Joshwa27 puzzles being published (and solved by us), and a Canberra only long weekend, we decided to head up to the Oberon/Bathurst region for a trial run of our new Camping Van configuration. Lots of J27 caches and many other ones were the result. So much fun was had this weekend despite the nasty weather coming in on Monday. After a quick breakfast we hit the road for many more caches. This was another bonus cache along the way. Quick find once at GZ. Stamped the log, replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next one.
Thanks Scenic Routers !!
