Great view. Felt like I was on someone's drive, but quickly signed, replaced and gone. TFTC
M, J, and G mini adventure to Auckland. Looking for a couple P&G caches while the baby slept. TFTC
Thanks for my first find! Heaps of fun and felt like a treasure hunt. Recommend for anyone.
Felt a bit inconspicuous here as there was a very barky dog in the house nearest gz. Became tourists photographing the view and pointing out the maunga. Made the find then skedaddled. Tftc
Really cool cache, had heaps of roadworks blocking it off for a while but theyre gone and cache is still able to be found in a fun place
Currently all fenced of due to massive earthworks rebuilding the bank.
Visiting my son and his girlfriend. We lice in Washington State! Greetings. TFTC!
Visiting family nearby, yea!! Out for a walk to keep our vacation find streak going, and this was the stop. Glad I don't live near the slip. SL TNLN TFTC!
My first cache in NZ, May there be many more in the next 90 days. My last cache in SA was at Danger Point Lighthouse at the spot the Birkenhead sank.T4TC
Found the cache and a very friendly cat at gz. I came from the carpark below and wouldnt have taken this trail if it hadnt been on the Cachly app Im using, it feels like you are on someones property. Great view. TFTC
**19,248**Located this cache out in the open so replaced in the hole where we believe it was supposed to be. TFTC
Up this way with KGD and EyespyBen we decided to go over the bridge todayThis was our lunch stop Amazing viewKGD got this easy find Thanks
Up and over the bridge with ABCDF4 and eyespyben. After lunch at the water it was a walk up to this one. Found the cache but lost my breath getting to it. Good view though. Thank you for the placement.
Nearly missed it but in the end my dad just spotted it. Not in the place I was looking. Thanks
I like the hidey hole and view, although I did feel like I was walking up a private driveway.
Road was closed so parked and took quick walked to GZ due to erosion. Views of the Auckland Harbour Bridge at this historical point. We had lunch at the Birkenhead Ferry Terminal nearby. Thanks for bringing us here and TFGC. Found with Lis's Crew.
The plan this weekend was to head to Auckland Friday evening with Yvettetb. Saturday we had a lovely day caching around the Northcoate area with great Harbour Bridge views from all over the place. Sunday we went geocaching in the Riverhead/Kumeū area before heading north again.
After a nice lunch at the ferry terminal below we continued on our caching day. I saw the path up from below but decided to park higher up and walk the flat path to gz. A lot of damage to the road here with slips. A quick find. Thanks for your hide here

Wow that is a bit of a slip. I guess that white house now has an amazing view.
At first I looked down too far but after admiring the view again I was on the correct eye level.

While work is still yet to commence in reopening the Terrace to vehicles it is still possible to access by foot. GZ is now beautifully marked with bright orange tape making things look quite ominous but is rock solid. You'll get a good view now that some of the trees have gone.
Due to the current weather conditions the rain has made Hinemoa Terrace unstable and the current slip is likely to increase. Vector are also keeping an eye on the power poles along the ridge so I've retrieved the cache unless the worst happens.
Cool hidden pathway, love the historic facts and a beautiful friendly cat to greet us at the cache site.
Kiwiscot clan out and about enjoying the sunny afternoon. Nice quick find here. all good. TFTC
Parked not far away and went for a wander along the upper road. Nice quick find once at GZ, thanks.
I've been delaying reenabling the cache hoping that local muggle interest will die down. Replacement cache about ready to be installed.
We initially tried to find a path from below but realising there wasn’t one we parked at the end of the road and walked up what felt like a private driveway. Thankfully not many people around and we made a quick find. Great views and some nice houses up here
Didn't expect to find this shockingly good hide immediately, but I did, before RicoSpeed even saw it. Tftc
Ooops...parked in a dodgy place..
but luckily I was only there for a moment....
Congratulations on placing your first geocache!

Parked up the road a bit to walk back to this one. Lovely views between the trees and a nice little cache to find. TFTC
Out and about giving the elder future finder another driving lesson on this Sunday afternoon. I planned a route that took us past a select few caches to kill, as they say, two birds with one stone. We parked up on the lower road and took the path mentioned on the cache page up to GZ. A shirt but sharp little climb. Took a minute but we soon spotted the hide. I wasted no time signing in as a passing shower hit. We jogged, carefully, back down the path to the waiting auto. Cheers for the cache placement!
What else would I be doing on a cold rainy windy day than racing off for a chance for a FTF? Very familiar with this wee road. Congratulations Larphs on your first cache. Thanks FTF#5
