After having walked up the hill and down my legs were feeling like jelly so I was really hoping this would be an easy find. There were two possibilities and both proved unsuccessful at first. Then I thought, it's probably hidden like... and at that point I saw it.. Thanks!
Another amazing places in New Zealand. Today it looked only one day with good weather in Taranaki region and we decided to have a trip to this place. Thanks for the cache..Greetings from Slovakia.
A lovely walk in the sun to GZ. Very glad there are toilets nearby. I can see part of the Taranaki plain and there is mist forming over it. Glad I got photos of the mountain earlier, even though it is still clear at the moment.
After having a rest after yesterday afternoon (i.e. sleep) we are raring to cache today. The sun is out and we are happy.
Out and about with LNM1961 revisiting Taranaki and collecting caches.
Kia ora rawa atu for the cache MIOW4.

Found before we headed back to the car to have a coffee & bit to eat. Nice spot to have a wander here.
The EBIT team walked to the Pouakai Tarn yesterday and enjoyed the view of the Taranaki. We stayed in a cabin nearby and was excited to see a cache just 200m away. Off we went in the morning to find it. Hint: it hurts to find the cache after a 4 hour walk the day before

Whilst on a mission to the Naki with ABCDF4, Squirrel Nutcase and Fap ( Fap & Gap), found this cache, i think the others have said it all.TFTC.
With ABCDF4, eyespyben, and Gap (of Fap and Gap)... A planned expedition into the Taranaki region. All logs were signed with our individual handles, or Team HRP (Huntly, Rotorua, Papamoa) depending on who accessed the logbook first...
King's Birthday Sunday: It rained heavily overnight, and today was marginally better… Pushing on with the Kiwiana trail today - A fairly busy spot with hikers and visitors converging. The cache was well positioned, out of view mostly. We worried that this might take some time to find, but it was no trouble for the team. Thanks MIOW4. TFTC.

A short stroll from the carpark to GZ and then another a faster return trip to collect the GPS that had been left there. Mrs Geckoh gave Mr Geckoh quite a telling off about that. TFTC

Just finish chasing the milkyway up at the tarn and back down. Had to grab this cache on the way out. Quick find in the dark. TFTC
This one had us foxed and had all of us tiding up the fence line trayc.g had the presence to call miow for a hint and after a bit of redirection call up with the goods woo hoo another {FTF}=
Up and down we went until a quick change of direction and we found it easily after that. A joint (FTF) with all 4 of us! TFTC
This series popped up soon after the CITO was finishing, so off we went to see some of the backroads between New Plymouth and the Pouakai Range. Thank you MIOW4 for your well timed placements. There was quite a reasonable amount of driving between caches at times but the series was completed in plenty of time well before dark.
A couple of caches had us looking hard so coords had to be reconfigured, but certainly a great effort from the CO. A {FTF}= with the rest of the CITO crew.
My apologies for the cut and paste.
Met up with GiGiEV and tracy.g and had to call the CO after a lengthy search.

After a good run so far this is where we had to get off the train and have a good search! Luckily TT & JB turned up to help too. A quick message to the CO and we we’re back on track soon enough. Great teamwork by all soon had us all with a (FTF)
