Nice easy find this morning. Lots of bull ants scurrying around making nest holes in the ground on the way to GZ. The humidity must make them productive.

Took some time before we found the cache, in spite of given hints. As already mentioned, the log book was wet, and could probably do with a replacement.

This is my first cache found! YAY! Couldn't sign the log as it was wet. Quick, fun find.

Caching around Bella Vista with morty8888 today. Parking was at a premium around here this morning. Once at gz it was a quick find with the generous hint. TFTC

Headed NW to Bella Vista area with Oldmorty on a beautiful day. Perfect caching weather. This one was soon swooped on by Oldmorty whilst I kept lookout. TFTC!

Found with shaneo58, We came down from Newcastle to Do the Metro adventure Lab and picking up some along the way. Missed it even with the hint but Shaneo came good.

Just picking up some caches that are more local and had a good morning with ilook4geo. Found what we wanted here, signed the log with both names and finished just as we heard some muggles approaching. They didn't even notice us. Thanks for placing this cache go to Rainbow Bears and YolkieB.

I made a detour to this industrial area on today's travels where I left the geomobile and walked through the rain to the GZ location.
Looking at google satellite view it looks like this might be a nice walk for locals.

I used the hint to speed up the find so I didn't get too wet as of course my umbrella was back in the geomobile.

Found while I was being asked if I was looking for snakes. Worked in the area for 15 years, never know this bridge was here.

A nice easy find at the start of my geo-pathway for the morning.

Today we headed out to Bella Vista Farm for their monthly (first Sunday of the month) open day, and to have a go at all the new caches that have appeared around the farm and along the walk from Bella Vista Metro Station since our previous farm visit back in April. We have wanted to get to one of these open days ever since that April visit (only the outer grounds were open on that occasion), but every time the date came around something always seemed to block it, either geodad was working, the Metro wasn’t running, or the weather was really bad (very wet). But today everything fell into place, catching a 280 bus to Chatswood and a Metro train to Bella Vista Station, then a walk down to the farm. This was the 6th of 7 finds for the day.

On our way back to the Bella Vista Metro Station we stopped off at this cache, and it was a nice quick find on arrival at GZ. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC Rainbow Bears and YolkieB.

#9239 (3 of 3 today)I am gradually catching up with my logging - I'm missing two months worth or so. And that's over 100 caches! At least my most recent finds are up to date - just need to fill in the gap!To be honest, while I still find searching for caches fun, I'm finding logging less so. But I have to log to get me stats and souvenirs, so...Only a few Adventure Labs and my First2Finds have been written up in a timely manner - don't want people racing out when it's already been snaffled.Nevertheless, I have kept up with my 2022 goal of 16 finds per caching day. In fact, for the most part my modus operandi has been to actually aim for 20. So far I've only failed on that a few times, and only by 1 find. Amazingly I'm on track for 19 finds per day, I just have to put my mind to my future goals... 25 per day? Owwww.Thanks to all the CO's who have made it possible to keep my goal in sight. While my Snuggle-Muggle was at rehab for a session following her hip replacement op, I went on the hunt for some nearby caches. What a lovely area this is. The hint helped me narrow down where to search and I soon spotted the attachment device. Now this bloke is not as young as he used to be so getting down, retrieving the cache and getting up again was a bit of a challenge. Then there was the return procedure following the log signing. Thankfully, no one passing by today to watch the shenanigans. All good here. No slithery things seen either, phew!!!! Thanks for the geo-fun Rainbow Bears and YolkieB.
