This is our last letter, V, to find for the challenge cache of the letters of the month. We tried to find them a couple of weeks ago, but after climbing Emu Mountain on a sunny hot day, I said lets go home and do the last 2 another day. So today we went for a quick walk in Mt Ninderry Environmental Reserve and now in Peregian for the Ad Lab. Of course we had a coffee before finding this bonus cache.I liked the IPS Thanks E_Smiley for creating, placing and maintaining the cache.
We are in QLD for a quick visit mainly concentrating on Adventure Labs Earth caches and Virtuals as we don't have to worry about muggles with these types of caches. But we will look for anything else close by.We really enjoyed doing the Adventure Lab Tour and when we finished we were rewarded with a set of coordinates for this cache..We felt a little strange being a GZ but that is where the GPS wanted us.WE had a bit of a search and nothing, Diane then read some previous logs and got a hint. Happi;y it paid off and not long after we were sdding our name to the log boog,We then returned every thing as it was before heading off to the next one. Many thanks E_Smiley for the Adventure Lab and this bonus.
After the climb up Eerwah I grab this before heading to back to the Sunshine Coast. Cache signed and return to hiding place.E_Smiley thank you for placing and maintaining this cache for enjoyment of the caching community.
Week away in sunny Queensland with my fav person Bogonghazy visiting my gorgeous daughter and partner. Hoping to get a whole lot more while we are here in sunny Qld. Found with Bogonghazy and chonchicharchi. Thanks for placing the geocache
Up in Qland to escape Wintery Victoria with LittleBoss2. We've now got LB2's daughter and partner into our game, Chonchi n Chachi. Loved the lab and actually finished only 10m away. Then we all scratched our heads. Little crimson guy has a broken tail, but all good inside. Thanks E Smiley
What a fun bonus. Not what expected but was fun. Entered the wrong co ordinates at first but quickly realized my mistake. TFTH.#2982
Accio 14:55:54A great weekend away with T4mmmy, and today is too hot for being outside ... so we went chasing labs instead. Picked up all these quickly, and the bonus was handily nearby. Thanks E_Smiley for entertaining me at this location. *{Overall find #12106}*
Second visit, great hide. Was thrown off by the key hide in the garden. Thanks for the Adventure Lab & Cache
The cache was quite hard but lots of fun. Sadly it was rainy and the " Mini Vampires " ( mosquitoes ) chowed us. TFTC Personal hint: LGH
After all the points were visited, I was lucky that I didn't have to walk far back to visit the bonus. Unfortunately, I had no idea what the hint means, so it wasn't really a hint. After walking up and down a bit I saw a familiar logo and knew where to look.
Nyssaflutterby, Teamnanabombana and I were headed to the not so sunny coast for a night away for Earthcache weekend. After completing the ad lab and finding a Trad cache, we worked out the coords for the bonus and were happy to find it's location. I looked in something else and thought I had found the cache but I wasn't too far away and before long it became obvious! What a great spot. TFTC
Enjoyed this fun little AdLab. My favourite location was the community garden. Lots of quirky touches, loved the scarecrow! The garden was bursting with tasty looking veggies and pretty flowers. We were happy to have some shelter from the rain while we nutted out the final GZ. The rain passed and we soon had the funky container in hand. Thanks for the cache E_Smiley Happy to part with a FP for this AdLab.
Didn't underestimate the clue but with a little help of volunteers I made a find then got talking about my recent adventures.Started to warm up so headed to the beach...Container wet, log dryTFTc
Interesting place for the cache. No one about so no problems getting the cache. Gave this a fav. Tftc
Checker didn't work, but came and looked. After reading a few logs, kept looking and soon found the well hidden cache. Stamped log and replaced. Thanks to CO
TFTC,
Adding to our count for the HQ Solice challenge.

I’ve driven through Peregian a few times but never found a reason to stop. It always looks really busy with people fighting over car parks. Now I think about it, that’s an outrageous lie because I’ve been to the pub here half a dozen times.
What I have never seen was the village square of the street closest to the beach with all the cafes that were full today. Now I can understand why parking is tight and thankful that the lab showed me there were more places to grab a coffee than you could poke a stick at.
Off to the final I knew I was going to have to get amongst the people. There were quite a few scurrying around and in the nearby building. None of them seemed interested in me staring at my phone or tasting the produce and I had a few recipes I needed ingredients for. tftc

Gotcha !!! Enjoyed the walk around the area on the Ad Lab. Collected the numbers needed and after a quick calculation we realized we were close by already. Had a yarn with a fella working near GZ and explained what we were doing. Quick find and on to the next. Thanks for the cache and the Ad Lab. A Fav. Pt. from us today. Visited TBs and GCs
Whilst our caravan gets done work done in Coolum we set up a picnic rug near the beach.
With geodog a Peppa and geodog cat Levin settled in the shade I left PelDroedGwin with them and set out to explore town and complete the AL.
PDG got his chance to do the same once I returned.
I thoroughly enjoyed the wander as it’s a while since I’ve visited PS.
GZ was an absolute delight !
Have a FP from me.

Out and about at dawn this morning for a few hours of caching fun before I fly back to the cold later this morning. Some ALs and miscellaneous others along the way that were can easily access.
This was a quick and easy find here at GZ today. Very cute!
Thanks so much E_Smiley for getting me out and about and enjoying this area

After a long spell at home, it was time to get out again in the caravan and see if the leak was fixed. As per usual as we drove out the heavens opened up, we were planning on going a little further down the hwy, but here was far enough with the road conditions. Setup the van in the eumundi showgrounds and popped across here for some caching and lunch. 'NO LEAK AS YET'
We did the Lab, in between showers and settled in at the pub for lunch before walking back across to here. Cache OK.

Came back this arvo to claim the final cache.
Great location, even if it felt a bit private.
Thank you E for hiding this one

Today I was in the area gate crashing family while on their holiday. While little spud had her nearly 2 year old eyes closed, I took the opportunity to explore Peregian.
It's been years since my last visit and that would have been as an ignorant teenager looking for an open session at the local brew house. It was with some restraint that I walked past this brew house on route to the village and thus this final.
I now understand what the CO means with the latest log. Cute!! TFTC and Lab Adventure E_Smiley.

With two days left before dropping off our campervan we were travelling south again. Lovely weather, gorgeous beaches, it was almost un effort to go geocaching...
The gate was closed and GZ clearly inside, so we were hesitating about what to do. Luckily, a friendly guy working there told us to come in and have a look. Cute cache.
Thanks E_Smiley for the labadventures and the bonus.

We found Visit the Village - Peregian Beach Ad Lab Bonus while out and about on a wet spring day.
A quick find once I worked out where we needed to be.
Thanks E_Smiley for hiding this cache so that we could come and enjoy ourselves

Found while staying at daughters house. Did the stroll around town checking out the places in the AL then made the final find. Tricky place to be hiding. Signed log and replaced thanks for the cache and Adventure Lab.
12:06:00 PM. Looks like we did the AL the wrong way around. Anyway it was a nice day for a walk but we drove back to GZ after gaining the numbers we needed. The better half made the find in the end. Log signed. Thanks for the exercise. Thanks for the cache E_Smiley.
Found while road tripping with mezza74 and a muggle mother visiting family up at the Sunshine Coast. Between us we had a few targeted caches we wanted to get including this one.
Muggle mother wanted to pop up to Noosa for the day so took the opportunity to get off the motorway and break the drive to grab the cache. So glad we did such a lovely little spot we grabbed the required information and determined the final while enjoying a coffee.
Thanks E Smiley

Well what do you know I just happened to sit very nearby the location of this bonus as I completed the adventure lab so a quick find, and a most entertaining stroll around. TFTC E_Smiley
E_Smiley I found your cache Visit the Village - Peregian Beach Ad Lab Bonus on 24/7/2022, 2:15 pm. This is my find 3822 and find # 10 today. Got the coordinates from the adventure lab. Arrived at GZ but wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Reread some previous logs which gave me a hint. Very clever. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Headed to GZ after completing the AL and made a quick find. Log signed and all returned as found.

Had a nice time wandering around Peregian Beach. Thanks for bringing us to this nice little spot and for the cache and Adventure Lab. Fave point from me. TFTC
On the coast for the morning and of course some caching needed to be done. After a walk down memory lane cruising around Peregian collecting numbers, barb2e and I headed to this one. Being a new convert to growing veggies, this place excited me! Lots of muggles around so some stealth was required to retrieve this one. Thanks for bringing us here E, a great cache - FP coming your way! TFTC!
Out on the Sunshine Coast for the morning with krcamber and collecting a few caches. Nice little stroll around a village that has definitely grown since last visit. Nice hide. Tftc
It is nice to receive a bonus after completing the adventure cache. Thanks E Smiley for your efforts.
After completing the AL and getting the coords for this bonus I was back at my car. What a lovely place this is! Cache was retrieved, log signed and replaced as found. Favourite from me. Thanks E_Smiley.
Out on a Monday gettogether with daughter A, I picked her up at Coolum and headed up to Peregian for a wander around. We parked near the beach and strolled around town visiting the AL locations, some being a bit familiar from previous caching visits especially the garden. Ended at the lookout and added up our numbers to figure out where this final bonus was to be. Then we grabbed some lunch from the bakery and visited the always interesting bookshop and found a nice spot in the beach park to eat. Off to another spot in town again and A soon spied something that she thought was pointing to the cache. We had to try to be sneaky as some muggles were unloading things nearby. A's hunch proved correct and we soon had the container with its cute guardian in hand.
Always interesting things to find in Peregian Beach. Great place for an AL.
We then set off on a 6km walk from Marcus to Castaways Beach and back which was nice despite the overcast and windy weather, and several washouts to cross.

Horrified that I missed E’s special day, I made plans with her to have coffee and cake on the actual day. On my way I stopped to do this adlab at her event location in this little town that I love. And I got to visit the veggie village after all! Most impressed, especially with the Costa-Crow. Happy 60th Miss Smiley! So glad we caught up today, and our beach walk in the sun was great too.
Great walk around Peregian Beach collecting the coords for this one. We actually finished up where we started with the Ad Lab!! Great hide signed log and returned as found. TFTC E_Smiley
During the phantastic event, we did as as many (or all) of the others present at that party the walk to visit the AL locations.
The coords were figured out and we spotted the cute cache.

Found in the hands of the CO. Logged this one before it was placed. The CO kindly allowed me because I tested the AL for her.
Joint or Real I don't care, it is a *FTF* for me, yippie.
A drive to the sunshine coast with Willis007 and Bella (geodog) to continue collecting caches on the sunshine coast LGA. Today was to continue with the Sunshine coast LGA challenge and to support E smileys Celebration event. We worked our way around the coastal areas collecting caches and spending time at caches that were not there ?. It was a fun day and will still have to come back again to this area to finish off the challenge.
We finally made it to the event and as always it was a special event. I had a great time, meeting and chatting to fellow cachers. Thanks so much for planning the event, the new adventure lab and lab bonus, the yummy food and the raffle. I wish I could give your event a fav point. Oh and happy birthday.
What made this event even more special was the *FTF* I got with Peppa, Beardman75, willis007 and snickersallen. We completed the lab bonus and even after we took a few detours, we still came in first. Very nice lab I enjoyed it, I guess it is worthy of a favourite point , lol.

Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I travelled north to Peregian Beach to attend [E??'s Community Celebration Event](https://coord.info/GC8K1N5). We next took a walk around the beach town with assistance from the newly published *Visit The Beach - Peregian Beach* Adventure Lab, before then travelling south to Mooloolaba for lunch at The Wharf. We then took a drive around to Point Cartwright and completed the rest of our Sunshine Coast adventure with a walk around the headland completing *Zara's Walk* Adventure Lab and a Location for *Oh, the places we'll go!".
Whilst attending the CO's community celebration event, we quickly realised that an Adventure Lab was made public, and had with it an associated bonus cache. The CO publicly announced that as this cache had not been published yet, that we could only beta test it, which seemed reasonable to me.
Knowing we would be back at the Veggie Garden as the bonus cache was nearby, Team Warren took the stroller and headed out to the village/common area. The shops seemed to delight [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) while visiting the Adventure Lab's Locations entertained me. We ended up being the first to visit all five Locations, and quite an enjoyable Adventure Lab, so we decided to visit a few shops and take our time returning back to the community event.
Once we had returned, we headed to where the coordinates wanted us. Not that one, not the other, hmmm I wonder what I was missing? As it turned out, someone else was already holding the cache. So we added our names to the ever-growing list of logbook beta testers. The CO had previously announced to everyone to only log as a beta tester, but for whatever reason, FTFs were claimed, so given precedent had been set, the CO notified the event group to log as a FTF. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks E_Smiley for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. A Favourite Point from me!
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Lord Lankin is a powerful figure in the elf hierarchy, standing second only to his Queen.
He exerts more power and glamour than the lesser Elves, and like other elves, he is cruel, evil and callous. He eagerly awaits the day he can hunt freely the humans of Discworld.

An announcement was made during the COs event that there was a new Adventure and bonus cache within walking distance… but the bonus was yet to be published… did someone say First to Find…
You almost had to don sunglasses the glint from some peoples eyes was so bright… almost immediately a number of Brisbane cachers quietly disappeared from the party to begin the Adventure after the host refused to play “Hot & Cold” in search of the bonus…
I hustled to catch up, abandoning my partner in crime for the day, and enjoyed a very pleasant walk around Peregian…
I’m sure there will be many FTFs on this cache… but everyone will know who the real ones are…??
