I found this one easily enough but I was feeling very stiff with all the biking so although I got to it and signed the log I needed M's help to get out again.

We are from Abilene, Texas, USA and have come to New Zealand to visit with a friend. We plan on going after different Cache Types while here. We will also find geocaches while going sight seeing.
Thank you, Bitsprayer for placing this cache for all to find. We sign log sheets either as Love Cachers or LCers.
Driving over 50 miles to have...
Rusty barbed wire ripping through your clothes...
Curious rattlesnakes that come out of nowhere...
Itchy mosquito bites on every inch of your body...
A 40 mph wind gust blowing sand into your ears, nose and mouth...
Cactus needles getting stuck deep in your hands, arms and legs...
Thorny Mesquite trees scratching you up from head to toe...
Some or all of these things on a hike through 101° heat...
To sign your name or trade a toy...
SOUND LIKE FUN TO YOU?

#22192. Another quick walk by. Just one more to find before we turn around. TFTC.
StreetWalkerNZ and I had never been to Bortons Pond before, but now there are heaps of caches here, it was a must do while we are staying in the area.
Between this cache and #6, I discovered some large ripe blackberries, so the walk took a little longer than it should have . Cache was a quick find and in pristine order - no wonder as I see it has been recently replaced. TFTC.

We looked all over the place and under rocks. Despite several devices saying zero at the same spot we could not find the cache.
On the road with NZ_B, graciesGPSfun and Nosynel. This has been a fun trip finding all the Borton Pond caches but we failed to find this one.
A nice quick find. Parking in the middle of the track is fine, there is noone else around. Thanks for placing your cache.
Ms_KR and I are off on a wee drive to Invercargill and back. Today we made it as far as Oamaru. It was overcast all day.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

The number of caches here has grown since I last visited, couldn't resist coming back especially with a rare weekend off. TFTC!
