I am having a really good morning with my geocaching today and this one was a quick find
Had to stomp around to get the ants off me. At least they dont smell! Three multis in one day a record for me! TFTC
We stayed at Nurioopta last night to top up on lots of supplies at the Geostuff store this morning and then we are heading our way back south to Portland caching along the way. Our main targets are Adventure Labs, Virtual's and Earth caches as these don't present muggle problems and any others that are nearby. We are chasing multi's for a personal challenge so we thought that we would stop and give this one a try.It didn't take long to work out the co-ordinates from the information given here. We headed off to gz where the cache was located after a short search and after adding our name to the log we returned everything as was. Many thanks lava12 for the cache.
Found during a trip to Williamstown to clear up a cluster of caches in the area, before stopping off for lunch at the Williamstown Hotel. One of the hidden treasures of the town, not knowing this mural was here. Thanks fore the cache Lava12!
Oh! Definitely a case of first place I looked, just 2nd time around. TFTC Lava12 and confirming that I have cache blindness .
Sadly a DNF. Busy street with someone washing a 'van 4 sale. Stalked were i thought it could be but no smile for me today.
Day 6 of the trip I think, and I finally feel like I am on holiday. Out for a MTB ride this morning, then another tour around to hunt some more smileys. Or not with this one, but then again I am not keen on poking about where wasps and other stingy thingys that try to kill me might live. [B)][8]
A nice mural here, very well painted, at GZ the cache was easily found and is all goodToday Courtneyrose_ and I headed to Williamstown and Mount Crawford for a day out to find some caches unfound in the area. Thanks for the cache
Nice multi. Got the info and calculated the final.Forgot to log this one when found. Only just realising.TFTC SL
Numbers collected, checksum gave me the of approval. Then it was off to the final fir a quick find in the obvious spot. Log stamped and all returned as foundTFTC
Found it! Cleaned away a lot of cobwebs before getting my hands on this one! #381 TFTC
Morning caching around here.Interesting history around Williamstown. Thanks for bring me here and cache.
A bit of a side trip to Kersbrook and Williamstown for an afternoon of caching in the Spring sunshine. I picked up a few traditionals, multis and a couple of solved mysteries. An enjoyable time with some well maintained caches. Thanks for the cache Lava12.# # #13352 # #
Out for a day caching and ended up in Williamstown (aka Lavaland).
As a previous disciple of Lavaland before it relocated it was fun to find some more well constructed and maintained cache from the Lava factory.
All L12 caches were in good order.
Hopefully there will be many more to find.
Numbers were gathered and then off to GZ for a quick find.

A solo day caching today with a package to drop off in the Barossa we started our adventure from there and headed towards Williamstown picking up a couple in Lyndoch along the way, another little multi, collected the information made the coordinate adjustments and headed off to GZ, could only be in one place and soon had the cache in hand

It's the first of the month and I was up in Morgan after a FTF. Managed to find 2 others from the same CO while there and then went pagan and found five Used2Bs, one after the other, on the long and winding road home. The last one of these was in Eden Valley after which I kept heading north, away from home, for a puzzle letterbox that I felt I had to find after the trouble it had given me. Finally started towards home with a couple of puzzles and then a couple of Lava multis to finish a very satisfying day out.
A nicely decorated wall that I've walked past before without paying a lot of attention, this time I did. Then off to GZ which I knew immediately was the right place and where the cache was going to be.
Thanks Lava12 for putting out this cache for all to find.
Cache #13325 for me.

After an early morning event in Gawler a few of us headed out to get a cache at Warren Reservoir, then when that was done I decided to come to Williamstown to find a few Lava12 caches that had been published since my last visit to this area. [^]
Stopped off at the given coords, found what I needed and did the sums and after finding a few other caches I headed to GZ for a quick find of this one, the last of my Lava caches today.
Thanks for the cache Lava12.

After two weeks away from caching for some health issues.[xx(]
A last minute decision to go I cached my way towards The S.A. Sewer Rats next and gave her a call. Yep she was up for a few hours today. [^] I rang the Blackadders but he was unavailable. So just me and a Rat doing some caching around Kersbrook and Williamstown Two areas we had previous cleared of caches.
After following a path absolutely nowhere I stopped to admire a mural. Then off to the bakery to work out where to go next. How apt for this GZ.

Found on a trip to the north of Adelaide with Freddo.
It was a great day to be out and about and we targeted a few caches of interest - some simple drive-bys and others involving a walk or a pole.
Thanks Lava12 for the cache.

Went for a drive to an area I haven't cached in before I have often driven through but have never had the time to stop, so today was a purpose caching day here with the geo pup Douglas, very well maintained TYFTC
That is quite a ride on equipment that would be way to heavy on roads that would be bone shaking.
Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun.

The name we gave to today, while out caching with ilook4geo, was Mostly Multi Monday. This was because our focus was to be on multi caches again. The aim is to gather a collection of at least 1000 multi caches so we can log a challenge cache.
This multi was a nice easy one to locate and two more names were stamped on the log page.
Thanks go to Lava12 for placing this cache.

Had a run through the countryside today with goingplaces2 and found a good selection of mostly multi caches with some trads in the mix. All logs were signed and then put back into place. TFTC.
Found together with Chris,Val, while out and about and attending a nearby event. Easily found, and Log is in good condition. TFTC
Quickly sorted and quickly found with Bindi the geo pooch as we headed to the event at the Whispering Wall !! Thanks Lava12 for the hide!!
A great mural with so much to look at. After a short drive the cache was in hand. TFTC
Nice and straightforward cache! We ended up parking near the listed coordinates and walking to GZ via a couple of other local caches. Found with jambochicken and moxie, tftc
We were only just metres from the initial WP eating lunch about 20 minutes ago , so were a bit surprised to be back here so soon .
Sorted the numbers and it was off to GZ for a quick find .

Thanks again Lava12.

An adhoc Thursday public holiday where respect to Elizabeth II comes in many forms. For me it was a day dedicated to caching, and finding new paths with old friends while Charles III gets settled in. The plan was hatched, after a good breakfast it was off to the den to pick up the Rat. We enjoyed the great sunshine traveling from town to town, gathering smileys and clearing our game board as we went. A super day which included trads, puzzles, multi’s and 3 AdLabs, I even managed some maintenance along the way.
Thanks for the cache Lava12, I hope you enjoying being out this side of the big smoke. Find #7360 at 10.55am. Great little multi, the art work here is super.

What to do on a lovely sunny Public Holiday, go caching of course.
A plan was hatched between a Rat and OzGrumpy.
OzGrumpy picked the Rat up from the Rat's den.
We headed to Williamstown and beyond, to gather smileys and do maintenance.
This was a great day out and about.
We came to admire the mural, and gather our info and do our calculations.
Then off to GZ for a quick and stealthy find. Tftc

Easy find and a nice walk from the original waypoint. We followed the GPS a little and our nose a little to find a nice walking track. Thanks Lava12, you've done lots of great work.
A casual afternoon drive with her who must be obeyed and with the promise of a bakery visit she allowed me to seek out plastic containers using multi million dollar technology.
All caches were in good condition unless noted otherwise.
A stop at the nearby bakery as promised then to gather the required information. The simple math was sorted and a look at the map to discover that we had to backtrack to where we had passed. A short wait at GZ for a few muggles to wander by then the quick find and sign made.
Thank you for the cache Lava12 Find Number 9970 on 26/08/2022

Another day, another cache to find...
Nothing new in the Tour Down Under !!!
Appreciation to Lava12 for placing and maintaining this cache on our SA geo-map

Hunting around searching, spotting and signing cache logs using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S21u, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just plain old dumb luck Plenty of that luck stuff actually !!!
*Logs are composed and published with love using GSAK of course.*

Caching is a very hazardous activity!
Watch out for sand traps, snakes, surprise cliffs, boxing roos, wombats, things falling from trees, bulldust, and floods, and sharp rocks in your tyres
try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall off your ladder...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- but especially lookout for germs and bugs !!! . [xx(]
Make Travel Bugs the Only bugs you share and pass on
Now that there are no real restrictions - even more important to sanitise and safely distance!!!
Heaps good of all those placing quality caches out and about around the countryside areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game safe, fun, and interesting
Thanks so much for reading all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, apparently! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Maybe if I worked out where I could do it and go back to normal logs again !

One of two caches in Williamstown by Lava12 that I have chosen for today. As a result of a series of events, geocaching has been pushed back to late in the day, and so time to dip into some of the caches close to home. I’ve done a number of Lava12 caches in the southern suburbs, and I’m sure I have still got a fair few to go, but I don’t get down that way all that often. It’s a delight to see her new caches turning up at this end of the hills all of a sudden. Thank you, and I hope there will be more.
Seeing some of Williamstown that we don't normally see.
Thank you for adding some more caches to the area.
