Interesting find. Had to walk abt 800 meters from my parked car. Nice easy walk but did encounter a snake on the way back along the path.
Just so happened to be with smallwombat on his maintenance run to sign this one. As if I, his mother, has any idea how to solve his puzzles when he has a cryptic mind! We were not on our bikes here. Walking forward no sign of wildlife, but on the way back there was a very large eastern brown snake lying on the grass beside pathway! They do not always hibernate. That was it for me. Homeward Bound. Tftc smallwombat. Give you a
Out with Muggle65 and Brislions for a Mystery day today. Thank you for the fun
Out for an event today on the not so Sunny Coast. In the meantime we are out finding Puzzles. Quick find at GZ.
This was the reason I drove up from Brisbane today. I didn't think to check the logs beforehand and didn't have a replacement with me. I have sent a photo of GZ to the CO. I hope that is sufficient or my drive up here has been wasted
Oh no, that's tragic.
I won't be able to replace anytime soon as i'm actually in New Zealand, so in the meantime, i'll totally accept messages showing solved workings and/or a photo of the tree at gz.
If any future finder wants to replace it, by all means, it was a small ziptied bison very high up.

Tried to reach Gibberish a few months ago but failed. Today I came back with a TOTT only to find the cache is now missing, all that was left was the broken zip tie. Looked on the ground but no joy, contacted the CO and explained the situation and he gave me permission to log a find. TFTC smallwombat
I was up on the Sunshine Coast 4 targeted caches today. I did a event earlier. May have stayed a bit to long at the BBQ after the paddle. So now was the rush to get these 4. This one was third on the list. Now back down to the coast.
Cache found log signed and then returned.
Smallwombat thank you for placing and maintaining this cache for my enjoyment.

What to say about this cache? I had looked at it several times and was nowhere near a solve. I reached out to a previous finder for a hint, and received a starting point. I felt confident that with that information I would be able to solve the puzzle. After spending a bit of time, I then felt pretty sure that I had what I needed. Nope. So I tried again. Nope. Okay, how about this change? Nope. After numerous attempts, I gave up and PAF’d. On receiving the coords, and thinking that I could reverse-engineer the puzzle to see where I went wrong, I can honestly say that I still have no idea how the coords were obtained, even with the information that I had. I think his might be one of those puzzle caches where you need to be inside the CO’s head to know how to solve. I still have no idea.
Today, I met said ‘previous finder’ for a caching sesh. I needed a TOTT plus a buddy to get to where I needed to be but being a Monkey, at least I was able to retrieve and sign the cache. All in good condition here.

This cache took quite a while to spot however once spotted there were no problems retrieving it and signing the log. Signature is in the log but a bit shaky due to my position whilst signing it. TFTC.
I was lucky to be with E_Smiley today as I haven't solved the puzzle. I looked at it a few times but always put it back to the unsolved pile
After a bit of a longer walk and a nice chat the cache was quickly spotted and the tree climbed.

We had a big help eventually getting the final coords that the checker agreed with. At GZ we spotted the cache up there and decided we needed to use our TOTT! I reached the cache and signed the log up there and with just a branch to lean it on the signature is a bit scratchy but it is there! Thanks for the cache smallwombat.
I met up with Mr Wesso today and after parking nearby enjoyed a brisk walk to GZ. The cache was soon spotted and after a short climb the log was in hand, signed and returned as found.

Had this one solved ages ago and today it was time to turn it into a smiley.
Met up with Konie and had a nice little walk to GZ, where we made a quick find.
Once the log was signed everything was replaced as found.

Just to note for future finders..
The only physical tool of the trade ever required for this cache is arms, legs and a desire to climb trees.
The puzzle itself like any others of mine, always feel free to nudge a hint or questions regarding them.
Enjoy!

A few hours out caching with DoratheExplorer! After finding a nearby cache, we continued our walk to this one. My caching buddy made quick work of the tree climb (no TotT required). With our names added to the log, we continued on our way. TFTC

**With At The Lake House**
ATLH messaged me and said she perservered with this one to the end...
Getting past a few issues with the solve and then having a solve.
With an injury and no tree climber available she messaged me to come to the rescue...
Which I am always happy to oblige.
I met ATLHs at GZ after skateboarding from where I parked.
The skateboard came in handy to give me a little boost.
Thanks smallwombat for creating a rare DT combo cache on the sunny coast and real hard puzzle to boot.
**FP to encourage my sunny coast hiders in hiding some more good stuff**
**One for my FTF grid also...only aware of that fact today**
Thanks smallwombat

A kidney infection had me on bed rest for a few days, so what better to do with the time than solve some puzzles. This one had me so stuck for ages until the hint clicked and away I went. Then one little error in the code had me sitting on the brink of the answer, unable to complete. Thankfully the CO worked it through and for reals I did a happy dance when the checker agreed. I was content just to have the First to Solve only as I’m nursing a sprained wrist and torn shoulder tendon and knew I couldn’t do a tree climb to fetch the log. But then we teamed up with another cacher who’d also been working on the puzzle. Yay!! So it was a group effort that meant we were able to claim {FTF} with The Bug yesterday. GZ was a busy location, but then it was a beautiful winters day to be out, and it was the weekend too. Thanks for the challenging puzzle Dylan, it rescued me from hours of boredom and gave the grey matter a good workout ️. Keep it up!
