Footy building was burnt in a fire. No one should be going to search. May need to move cache location but unsure right now.
We were heading to Wilson's Prom today for a day out to enjoy the last of the nice weather for a while and decided to stop here for a short break and grab a couple of caches. As we started to zero in on the GC I spotted this "anomaly" almost straight away so headed straight to it and sure enough after a bit of fiddling managed to retrieve the log. In a way this was dj vu for us as the cache "puzzle" was very similar to those set up around the Kilsyth Sports Complex by JuzzMagic which we just happened to do a week or so ago. Like those I guess this one fit the bill as far as being added to my favourites.TFTC
The pair of us honed in on this one quite quickly as we were both in the zone of these type of caches. Great hide on this lovely day visiting the area and Wilsons Prom.A fav from me of course.
Something different. Different is always good bMice work
Thanks for the challenge

We were on the way to Wilson's Prom after sadly bidding farewell to Phillip Island this morning (though WP was also great!) and stopped in Fish Creek for lunch and pee. Of course that also meant the ladies would do a little shopping, giving me a chance to sneak off and do some caching.
This one took me a bit, but finally I figured it out. And I even had time to squeeze in the other cache in the park! When I got back...you guessed it...the ladies were still shopping.

In town for a brief stop and not all that interested in art or shopping so came up to find the slightly tricky cache. Finally got to the log and signed in. Thanks
Nice cache despite being surrounded by the bins. Soon figured out how to retrieve. Greetings from Edinburgh. TFTC
Out with and others travelling over to Port Franklin from Cape Patterson. Interesting to get to it. We approached it from the wrong way but got to GZ easy fine but how do we access this thing now good fun one case in excellent condition. Thanks for bringing is here.
Great little hide this one, I was fairly certain I knew what I was looking for but it still took me a few moments.
Very well constructed and good camo too. Signed and replaced.
Happy to report that the cache is in good condition and the log nice and dry.

With a few DNF’s not to far away we happy to finally find some caches in Fish Creek and quality ones at that. This was a well constructed hide that blends in well with its environment. A favourite point added.
Thanks Lidogger for the clever placement.

#20733. Well here we are back in Fish Creek - our last visit was back in June 2020 in the short window of opportunity during the COVID pandemic.
This was our first find for the afternoon. A good little hide after a bit of a search around. Added our names to the log and headed off to the rail trail.
Thanks Lidogger

Down to Fish Creek to visit some friends, and BettyBoo3747, the geodoggies and I squeezed in a bit of time on the deadly treadlies to have a look at the SC to FC series.
We did some on the Saturday afternoon, and most of the rest on the Monday.
Lovely weather for a ride and cache.
Our friends live in Fish Creek and this one was just behind their house.
Several car at the Bowls club, but no one in sight. No one on the oval or in this building.
Nice hide to start our weekend.
Thanks for this series, Robmc.

After completing the new trail we had a couple in Fish Creek to find, this was one of them, the cache was soon spotted and the log retrieved, I am giving this one a FAV.
Found by Omegaman1971
After finishing the nearby series and having a pleasant lunch, we decided to tackle this cache and a few more nearby.
Cheers for the cache

Circled the nearby structure before locking onto GZ. From there it was a quick find and retrieval.
At Rebel Act's Community Celebration Event in Warragul recently there was much talk about a new series of caches on the rail trail between Stony Creek and Fish Creek. Till then we had been unaware of their release so after a quick look we hatched a plan to visit the area today and try our luck.
None of us had been on bikes in recent times, but there was plenty of enthusiasm and an air of anticipation. New caches seem to be rare anywhere near our area.
The trail has flat areas and undulations but is in great condition for riding, but most of us did have sore bums by the time we made it to Fish Creek.
This is a great series with plenty of good-sized caches and hides thought out. The field puzzles were a treat and although we took quite some time on a few really added to the experience. Great fun!
Congratulations and well done to kbucky for an excellent well thought out series.
As usual we teamed up with our good mate Rebel Acts, but also had Omegaman71 joined us which added further to the usual banter and ribbing that adds to the hunt. Great people to cache with!
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache Lidogger.

Very clever hide. Found with Bogonghazy. Thanks Lidogger for placing the geocache
Found with LittleBoss2 on a short trip down here from Bendigo. Very creative, always appreciated some effort. Fave added, thanks lidogger
This one was great! We had to be extra stealthly as there was a function on at the clubhouse tonight. Pretty quickly spotted something not quite right, and soon revealed the clever hide. Thanks lidogger, worthy of a favourite point ️
Easy and straightforward. Thanks for giving some additional info in the description! Luckily no one around! Thanks for a great cache!
I Found this cache on our East Coast Trip Day 1 in company of Bazzars. A really nice build here. Thanks from D B-A
Following my 1st FTF I noticed that this cache wasn't far away so in I went to GZ not sure what to expect. Actually for some reason I wasn't expecting much maybe it was the weird location. But upon inspection of GZ I saw what I thought was the cache and to my surprise upon investigation I uncovered that it was... but I didn't quite know how...this took abit more investigation...Wow OMG ...log eventually obtained and signed another fav...a very fun cache.
Very nicely done! Another fun cache from Lidogger. Thank you for always making your hides interesting
On my way back from little Mt Nicoll and just had to stop here for this one and found & figured it out pretty quickly congrats on the effort put into this cache thoroughly enjoyed it... TFTC lidogger
FTF - woohoo!
Mrs team mackler said there's a new cache and we couldn't have been in the car quick enough, off to fish creek, footy training must have just finished because there was muggles using their phone lights to get to cars, we couldn't contain our excitement and rushed to the gz as soon as it went dark, a quick look around and we figured it out, very clever cache and well hidden.
Thanks for our first FTF
