Logs
In Perth for the test match. This one was in the direction of my morning walk. Thanks for placing this cache proton_856 #3077
During our city tour through Perth today, we were able to find and log this cache. Thanks and greets!Taureau
Taking advantage of free public transport, for Mr dimor as I already get it, so after Mr dimor's sister-in-law left this morning we were straight to the bus stop and into the city.I had plans of what I wanted to do today but he's like "Oh lets do this one, oh there's another one around the corner" and it went on and on so my full plans never eventuated but it was still a fun day traipsing around the City and on the ferry, finally ending up in Burswood with Mr dimor wanting to do some around there. All I can say is after walking over 11km today (my Ortho Specialist would be proud) I'm glad we are heading out of town tomorrow .This one was about 250m from where we were so off we went. After a few minutes I located the cache and accidentally knocked it a little north, eventually found a stick to bring it south. Duties done and cache replaced.TFTC** Lid fell off the cache so will need a new container.
Super hard but lots of fun amazing camouflage but you really need to feel around
Found after a short search, it certainly blended in well. Thanks for the cache proton _856
Finally located the cache, signed log and returned it.Our last few hours in Perth before we fly home.Greetings from Adelaide TFTC
Thanks for the cache proton - 856 . A quick find. Walked past a crowd of law students being admitted to the bar. Ran into an old friend from London days 38 years ago. What are the chances?

Had to wait for the council worker to finish emptying the bins before we could properly look. Nice quick find once he left. TFTC
Over from Brisbane for work and waking early it was time to head out pick up a few caches and collect waypoint info for the citys multi caches. It didnt take long until I had the cache in hand and log extracted. Made my mark and quickly returned it to its hiding place for the next lucky cacher to findOff on the next adventureA big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found by like minded individuals.Cheers
Took a little bit of looking, and Geowife stepping in, before it was found! TFTC
Plenty of office muggles walking, a short downpour plus a tricky find made this one fun.tftc

Coords about 4 m out. Took a little searching. Log damp. Managed to sign sort of. TFTC
Coming in the city to take the Geo kids to lunch at Milky Lane. We thought we'd quickly grab a cache while we were parking up the car. We got to ground Zero quickly and the cache was quickly in hand. With a quick look through my handbag, I found an old list that I managed to make a makeshift new log out of. So we got rid of the old soggy log - she had seen better days! The plastic bag could do with replacing though. Thanks for the quick find and another smile for our map!
TFTC we actually found it on the the 25/05/24 but the wife forgot to log it. What can I say she had, ONE JOB.
Phew, this one was a challenge, but after searching both yesterday and then for nearly an hour today, I finally found it. The key to unlocking its location was in two words mentioned in other logs. The words have a double meaning. I found it by touch before sight. This was also the first time I've run into other geocachers. Try again if you have time. It's there where you first arrived. Dropped off a PathTag that I had mistaken for a trackable when I picked it up in Bali. It gets logged on a completely different site. TFTC
WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 66 - Swan Valley Perth Day 11. I took another train ride into the city today. I set myself a new list of caches to get to, starting in Northridge and then doing the Perth Sculpture Labs across the main part of the city and getting to the Elizabeth Quay area. It turned out I needed to take the ferry over the river for a cache too, so that was a bonus. I wanted to try a different train, so I went down to Bull Creek for a short walk before heading home for the day. great day with a bit more walking than I had in mind.Things have changed a bit since the image on the cache page, but the cache is still there, even if I tried not to see it for quite awhile. A few gardeners passing on the path in mowers and trucks. Thanks for the cache proton_85648165.5 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & 500 Finds Achievement A#66**Albida**
First cache in Perth city itself! And nice park. Took awhile to figure out but after looking low, I took a step back and spotted it. No pen on me, so hope a photo log is acceptable. Stuff inside is pretty wet. TFTC!
We journeyed on down this way looking for a place to eat and stopped by here for a look for this one. It took a few moments before finally spotting it in the encroaching gloom and with the log signed at 17:30 to mark our **5900th** traditional find, it was off to grab some tucker. TNLNSL, although a few of our geocoins had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks proton_856.
Found with the stamstarsDespite being behind bars Played a bit hard to getAs the logbook is wet!
Pretty sure we did a precursor here a few years ago... Both logs were drenched. Tipped excess water out, dried off as best as we could and added a new log paper. Tftfun anyway and greetings from down south
Sunday, and all seems to be quiet in this area. Through the fence we can see some incredibly beautiful gardens and so we enjoyed having a look in. Then onto the task of finding the Hide which proved to not be too difficult. Our name is in the log. Back to the job of exploring Perth today, as we are visiting this city as tourists for a few days. Thanks proton_856Domsky
After some searching high and low, here and there, with ones hand, I snagged the cache. Thank you for the fun and the !!
In Perth again. Always great to be able to grab a cache or two. Nearly gave up. Took a step back and peered through. Many thanks
I had tried for that so often. Bumped into another catcher, but finally found it myself. TFTC
Quick find here with Rodja. Got to enjoy a bit of the Buddhist festival and some live music nearby as well. Tftc!
Nice park to check out, we were lucky enough to have a festival on while we were here. TFTC!

This was a tricky little cache and I didn't make it any easier by attempting it at 5pm! After forgetting I was in Australia and randomly started sticking my fingers blindly into places I shouldn't have I managed to get my hands on the cache. I tried to leave a TB here but he just wouldn't fit. After being here on holiday for a week, I know the feeling TFTC & Greetings from Aotearoa New Zealand.
