After dropping my son at Paintball nearby I headed here for a wander through the bushland. Great place for a walk, only saw one other person while here. All hides found pretty quickly. TFTC

I saw that there was a nice day in between the showery ones so decided to have a go at these. Apologies for the generic log. All caches found in great condition unless otherwise stated. Thank you for the work that went into placing these. TFTC Ooh this one was nasty!!

The geocaching plan for Taurus Six and I today was to head up to Metro to undertake a good walk while collecting a series of geocaches . We chose a cluster of caches that we were going to focus on in the Wellard area . As has become our tradition as we headed up the highway we stopped at the Crooked Carrot for a lovely brunch before continuing our journey . Once nearing our destination which was the Kwinana Loop Trail Banksia Woodland we were not seeing an obvious entrance so in the end we parked up and climbed the fence , once we did this we quickly spotted an entrance .We really enjoyed the walk , the bush was quite dry but beautiful nonetheless and there were several banksias just coming into flower . We were blessed with the amount of bird life around us and the odd lizard or too . We were very glad that it was lizards and not snakes that were around. We appreciate the two different geocachers who had placed these caches giving us a great excuse to visit this area. The caches were a really good variety of types and difficulties which addd to the adventure . All in all we collected 22 traditional caches in this area and only one dnf. We then collected one puzzle cache and one element of an Adventure Lab in the Mandurah area on the way back to Bunbury . Thanks for hiding and maintaining these caches

For the first time in quite a while I found the time to go caching for an afternoon. Decided to clear some caches that have been around for a while in the Wellard area.

This was my Find 21 for today out of a Total number of 37 Finds and 0 DNF for for this Caching Outing. The cache was found in Good Condition and I signed the log and returned the cache as I found it.

This find brings my total number of Finds to 5766.

A lovely day for some damp bushwalking. Quick find here tftc.

I may have crapped myself

Out clearing up a few isolated caches on this beautiful night. We searched for a few minutes before hitting on the right spot and had a bit of a chuckle when we did. We signed your log book and returned your cache back to where it resides. Favourite point coming up when I get a fresh batch for the chuckle. TFTC OOH YEH.

Some night caching on a very pleasant evening with axell33 as we pick off a few of these caches. A few critters about as we make our way along the tracks. TYFTC.

Achilles had a great day adventuring both with and without his family on the day Trojans specify as an extra day of rest (to celebrate them earning more days of rest apparently). This was the one failure from what ended up being our hero's best day of treasure hunting in terms of numbers. It should be noted he couldn't look for long as he had Briseis and baby Pyrrhus in tow and had to keep moving, so very possible he simply overlooked something.

Hmm lucky a bit of this one was poking out so I could get a good look at it before uncovering the whole thing.. phew!

Out for an afternoon walk with the geo-twins and decided that these caches needed to be cleared off the map.
Mr Z took the lead into this one and after our initial search turned up nothing had a look at some photos that had us adjusting where we were looking.
Once at the new search zone the cache host was spotted quickly and we were adding our names to the log.

The Better Half and I had an appointment in Mandurah today and called in to Wellard on the way to visit family. After we did a small walk down to this cache.

We took up Geocaching on 3 March 2013 and this cache brings our total find count to - 13762.

Headed south of the river today after being granted a visa. . The sun is shining, on a winters day ,so a great day to be out and about grabbing cache’s . That was a little bit of a heart starter Thanks to the COs for placing and maintaining their for others to find .

May not have approached this cache in the most orthodox way but happy to have a smiley here.

Missed out on the FTF by minutes, after meeting the cacher on the way back to the car. We searched for a few minutes and Cravo said didn't you guys look here. Everyone said nup. Signed log and headed out to Byford to do the new series and Ad Labs (and got my 9000th find).

The Cockburn boys had a planned NOR outing planned for tonight which was thrown upside down when these new caches were published in Byford.

We were about to meet up and then a new one popped up in Kwinana so we had a crack there and we’re beaten by a local team before continuing into Byford for the new trail and the two lab sets.

A night out was planned with the Cockburn Crew, meetup time was the usual so we were around 15 minutes behind the publications tonight.

Managed a find and the quickest way to the cache was taken. TFTH
