I'm guessing this one has been picked up by the gardener, so I am placing a new one slightly different location to avoid spiky plants!

Out in the peel region peeling off a few caches.

Fixed up a few Dee Enn Effs tonight which was good.

Loooong search here

Out on a peel region night caching run with the Cockburn Crew.

Horrible prickly bush to search and the cache was in such a nondescript location. Glad to have this finally knocked off, last time we were here I dropped my phone in the mud. Cheers

Out and about with the Cockburn Crew down in the Mandurah-Pinjarra area, cleaning up newer hides and the Lab Adventure. No FTFs tonight.

Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day. Generally quick finds today

Thanks to all the CO’s for the hides I found.

G’day Jelm-explorers, unfortunately I wasn’t able to find your cache today (Monday 22/8/2022). Cheers for the hunt anyway!

No dice

18-Aug-22
All a bit damp which is not surprising after recent rains and the trip it took in the Creek! We put it in a waterproof bag. Hope that helps keep the log book dry. TFTC Jelm-explorers

Time to hang around Mandurah for a bit with a few detours for LGAs. TFTC.
A bit of a long find for such a bright container.

Out with Ooh Yeh today, this cache took us forever to find. About to give up, when we spotted it floating in the creek. Phoned a friend and they told us where it should be.
Log signed and cache replaced as found.

After searching for a while we ended up PAF and as we were talking we spotted the cache floating in the creek. Placed it back where we were told it should be TFTC

Found it. Took a bit longer than we thought and a prickly recovery but got there in the end TFTC

Poked around for 30 minutes with no sign looking around ground zero lots of spikes and plants. But nothing around that even resembles a cache. Will come back when the rain clears

We were heading down this way to take on an old nemesis but Leega spotted a new cache on the maps so we changed plans and headed to this one. We arrived near gz and walked over and started our search. After a few minutes searching PollyMichele arrived and joined in the search as we chatted away. We looked all over the place and learnt to avoid the prickly bush but with no luck. So we set off down this way to remove a blue sad face off our map only now to have to add another one. TFTC Jelm-explorers.

Have checked on this one and the coordinates were out by about 1m, have moved to where GZ is, so hopefully shouldn't be an issue now fingers crossed

Headed this way with axell33 this morning to turn a blue sad into a yellow smile and as I refreshed my page see a new cache up for grabs, so we took the detour and started our search as it drizzled with rain. Soon after PollyMichele joined us. We searched high and low as we chattered about our craft but ended up empty handed and a bit miffed! I didn’t get an opportunity to log the sad face before we were making our way back to relook as no one had found this one yet. It did not take long this time before we found the cache! Thanks for the hide, it was a good one that had a few scratching our heads!

Wahoo *FTF* with Leega. We searched for this one this morning with no luck and after grabbing a few nearby caches headed home. Later I checked to see if it had been found and noticed you had checked it and it was definitely there. So we had a chat and decided to do another run down to try a second time. After a few minutes searching Leega spotted the prize this time, we opened it up to find a blank log. So we signed your log and claimed the FTF at 1612 and returned your cache back to where we found it. TFTC Jelm-explorers.

Unfortunately I was unable to locate this cache today. I will add it to my list and hopefully return soon to claim the prize.

Have spent 30 minutes wandering all around GZ scratching about getting spiked by plants and reeds so calling it for tonight. Maybe daylight will assist.
