Well my trip up to QOGM has officially started and I’m taking the very indirect route up to outback QLD to get there.
It has been a while since I have driven up the Hume to Sydney and some people say that it is a very boring drive but I enjoy it.
So after spending a couple of nights in Lane Cove it was time to hit the M1 and A1 and head north to the last of my target caches The Frying Pan which I need so I can finish my Ausmer Grid.
I had no idea which way to go but that is what google is for.
Headed to stretch the legs and a couple of handy caches came up so in I went.
Nice easy caches to spot and well done on your first hides.
Found the first one and the second then soon appeared.
Thanks Team Breaker TFTC.

Visiting scenic Seaham today. A quick find just like its counterpart nearby but GPS was spot on TFTC.
Headed to Dungog, and took a side trip to find a cache in Port Stephens Council Area, which is needed for some Challenge caches. Attempting to find caches in as many council areas as possible. Added finds in four more council areas today; including this one.
Good coordinates for both these caches, and cache and log are good. Your first caches; congratulations for having such good coordinates. I was alone here, except for a man working on the lights; apt (for finding a cache for a council challenge) from The Port Stephens Council; his vehicle displayed. TFTC Chockid7.

Found today while on a public holiday cache drive, found a few caches and had a nice time!
Even though it was a nice quick find it was a very sloppy walk in due to the recent rain TFTC

We held off until mid afternoon and managed to dodge the rain today, although the ground underfoot was pretty squelchy. We mushed our way across, then around to the right side, where a little geotrail is forming. Easy find, felt a little de ja vu? TFTC....

I considered heading out the other night, but decided to give this one a try today. A nice quick and easy find after finding the one on the other side of the park.
Thanks Chockid7 for the cache.

As I was leaving the pub after watching a few bands, I noticed a couple of new caches. So a detour home from Newcastle rewarded me with a quick FTF. TFTC
