### Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner. The cache owner needs to:* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute that is present. Otherwise :* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information.. **Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**. Alternatively:* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by Seabiscuit7 and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache. *Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches. Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.Thank youBalayang -GeoffCommunity Reviewer
No luck here after a thorough search. Potential muggle situation wethinks. Thanks for the hunt!
Parking was easy but school was on its lunch break so I had to keep a low profile while looking for the cache.Eventually I found it. It blends in well with the grasses and other plants
Find 19 of 35 with three DNFs on a 40km mountain bike ride from Beckenham, through Thornlie and Maddington and out to Huntingdale, then back again. Perfect temperatures and lots of sunshine, good paths along the river to get away from the traffic and an excellent refuelling lunch stop at one of our new favourite places, The Roastery. The log is a bit scrappy, could do with a proper one. All good otherwise.TFTC Seabiscuit7!
Quick find here!! Couldn’t get the log out, whoops should of read the description before coming TFTC
Found this one but the log book is missing.
We hadn’t been up this way for a while and today seemed like as good a time as any to collect the caches on offer. This was also the first geo adventure for our Cavoodle puppy! Cheers and TFTC.

Pretty sure we've found the spot, but no cache in sight. Hope it's still here somewhere!

B12 was driving this trip and we made good time here but not quick enough on this one
Out and about again, a little fresh outside but no rain which is always good. Had a couple of newer caches to find around the Canning Vale area.
Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day. Generally quick finds today
Thanks to all the CO’s for the hides I found.

Convalescing at home this week after some surgery the other day I decided to get out of the house for a bit to pick up some smilies here and there.
Parked right next to GZ here but took a while to spot the hide. Eventually found it closer to the gate than the gizmo was pointing.
Seabiscuit7 I found your cache at 6:24am, this was the 2nd of 6 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 7585. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

The Better Half and I had gone to Dwellingup for some new caches and had noticed a new Adventure Lab was published back in Perth so returned and did four stages of it and was heading out to our original destination of Carmel when we saw this cache get published. Was not a pleasant drive out as there was heavy traffic and two accidents along the way. On arrival at ground zero we made a search along the fence either side of the position our devices gave and eventually found the cache some 10m north of where the devices said ground zero was. Log was signed and the cache returned as it was found. Thanks Seabiscuit7 for placing this cache for us to find.
