Finally we are on our way to Canberra for the GeoBash. We set up camp in Coota for 4 nights and visited the town and some of the outlying places. This morning we headed to Wallendbeen and then onto Harden where we met up with Robmc for a tour around Galong.A nice hide - luckily we collected this one our way into the cemetery as there was a motor bike parked here when we left. Thanks for contributing to our holiday TheBountyHolters

With a day off and a trip to Young planned meant I could finally get to about finding these caches. They certainly have been on the to-find-list for far too long and I am glad to have ticked them off the list. A couple of quick finds, one that took longer then it should of and unfortunately a DNF as well. However, it was a great day out full of must needed shopping, lunch and Geocaching. TB visit. A big thanks to the CO for adding this cache to game for the Geocaching community to enjoy. Big Grin TFTCs Big GrinAfter shopping and lunch in Young, I decided on a detour to Wallendbeen to try and find the two caches I hadn't found yet. This was the second one I attempted. It took much longer then it should have, to find. I finally found it after receiving a small hint from a past finder. So nice to have finally it as a Smile. Thanks for bringing me here and now, its time to head home.

It was fitzy_1965's birthday this weekend, so we decided to head out west for a bit of caching.Great weather and great company lead to a great couple of days caching. This one took a bit, but fitzy eventually found the sneaky hide. All caches were found quickly and easily unless otherwise mentioned.

33,685. Found with minniek during a lovely country run this weekend celebrating another trip around the sun for me.After being away a month it was great to get out and do a country caching run with minniek again. We chose the Binalong / Harden / Wallendbeen / Cootamundra / Young / Boorowa circle to do. Our aim was also to enjoy a nice Pub dinner in Wallendbeen and to camp in Cootamundra after hopefully gaining revenge on a previous DNF down that way (which we did). This was the next find of the day. A fairly quick find once at GZ. It seems like I've found a lot of caches on cattle grids lately ! Stamped the log, replaced the cache as found, then continued on our journey to the next cache on our list. Thanks TheBountyHolters !!

Phrasing back to Weddin Mountains for a banding trip so keeping the streak alive. GPS had me wandering but eventually looked closer at the obvious spot and the cache was found. Worried was a throw down but seems log has been replaced.

With the week4end past, I was searching for places to go again. I selected a loop from Yass, to Young, via Boorowa and back via Harden & Binalong. It was a cold clear day that was great for caching. The first two I visited seem to have been taken by guard rail replacement work. I stay in Young was short but fun and included breakfast and the Japanese gardens. On the way back I did most of my caching around Wallendbeen and then a final cache in Binalong before heading home. Mind you it seems I need to go back Young to get my coat, oh well.

I found this one out in the open, and there was no log in the container, so I put one in and hid it away.

Thanks for the cache TheBountyHolters

#20939. Day 1 of a short holiday over the border in NSW with Robmc and the geodoggies. After an extremely chilly night (and yes, we were expecting cold nights) we started the caching day in Cootamundra before making slow tracks via caches to Cowra where we are staying for 2 nights.

Pleased that we were able to turn left and so avoid the roadworks at the bridge. A nice hide and we quickly spied the telltale signs after visiting the Kookaburra cache. Added our names to the log sheet and continued on our way to visit the Cemetery.

Thanks TheBountyHolters

#3854 With a planned trip via Harden to Wallendbeen today we touched base with the CO’s to see if they were interested in tagging along and they took us up on the offer. Meeting up in Harden before tackling theirs.
What better way to attend to some OM than to send DeadThief and I in as guinea pigs. Testing our searching abilities amid bouts of laughter and cheeky giggles.
At least we can say all found safe and well and we saved face. At least until next time.
Another one of those hides that has you poking around in a number of places and getting down low. Eventually got the slightest touch and the cache was revealed safe and well.
Thanks BountyHolters for the caches and for joining us today.
