Driving back to Canberra after only 36 hours in Melbourne, I stopped to grab this geocache along the way. This was the cutest little bison tube that Ive ever seen!Thanks for the cache, QueenOfThorns

Managed to find time in the couple days Im home to check this cache out after recent logs.Outcome: cache missing now replaced with a new one

Found lots spiders here but definitely no cache.

We looked and looked, and expanded our search area, but no cache. We did find a zip tie on a branch right at our indicated GZ, but there wasn't a bison (or anything else) attached. Our thanks anyway to QueenOfThorns.

We were cruising through Victoria from the MEGA in Adelaide to the MEGA in Canberra .We stopped for places, we hadn't been before, refreshed our memories and found some caches.This was one of the finds and we signed the log. Tftc Queen of Thorns

Walked through a massive spider web, 3 huge (and I mean HUGE) black leggy bois hanging out in it together terrifying to experience but cache is so cute and tiny great find, signed and bolted away

#21245. Doing a little loop drive and neither of us had done this one so we pulled in for a look. Once we added our names the log sheets is now full but we didn't have a spare for this strange-sized container. Needs replacement urgently now. TFTC

We rarely drive this section of the highway.
Luckily a muggle was just leaving as we arrived so we had the place to ourselves.

The OSHFAM clan are up here in our shack in Porepunkah. No one wanted to join me to attend the Rutherglen MEGA today so i set off in the jallopy Tarago and found some caches along the way.

I pulled over here and made a quick grab before heading to Rutherglen.

Adjacent tree had about 50 large spiders and webs! Saw cache easily.

I got a few hours spare this afternoon and it was warm (but not as hot as yesterday) so I headed down to Winton Wetlands to do some birding and also get a few caches. Was surprised how many cars were out and about enjoying the summer weather.

This one was collected on my way home - had been on my radar for a while. Car park was busy but I could sign easily enough. O-ring has rotted away so log may get wet.

Whittlesea day 3 with fitzy_1965

Last full day of caching before heading home.

Throughout the weekend we signed as fitzy & minniek, F65 & MK, MAFS, WCCG or similar depending on who we were with at the time.

Today we cached the TWC with our friends from Canberra. Unless otherwise mentioned, all caches were found quickly and easily.

We made it back to the Farewell event in time. After the formalities, we said our goodbyes and headed back up the highway towards home....caching along the way, of course!

29,020. Found with minniek during our Whittlesea Mega Adventure Trip. Alternatively signed as fitzy & minniek, F65 & MK, MAFS, WCCG or similar depending on who we were with at the time.

Day 4 of our Mega Trip. After three great days of our trip this was to be the biggest day plus heading home. The Canberra Region Cachers gathered for coffee and food before heading out to tackle the TWC, Letterboxes, Beginner Puzzles and anything else along the way (and there were a lot). Next cache of the day. We were now doing the long haul home, but still time for a few caches. A quick find at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next one.
