Teamed up with Snickersallan, Grannysmith 1947 and chamad on the hunt for the Multis, Jigsaw, Wherigos and whatever took our fancy whilst out on our travels within the Logan Shire. What a fantastic selection of caches and containers on offer for the GC Logan event . It was great to be with my usual buddies and delightful to meet up with new ones and strengthening our ties. Thanks so much do the HC Logan team for arranging events and placing caches for our enjoyment.
After a super quick planting job at the nearby Spring Mountain CITO, had time to look for a few more caches in the area before heading back to an event in Daisy Hill. A nice quick find in the hint location. TFTC
On completion of the tree planting CITO, a small group of us decided to grab a few local caches before heading off for our next event.Nice quick find for us here at GZ.Thanks, pominaus, for placing this cache for our benefit.
TFTC smile20696 Out and about on a Sunny day grabing a cache to try and keep a challenge going signed as GS1947 on small logs With geofriends having a great time lots of walking Thank you pominaus for placing this cache for our enjoyment
Started searching in the incorrect location with a group attending GCLogan when it was noticed that the coordinates had been updated. After an extensive search in the new GZ cache was located.
Sorry to those who have been having issues finding this, sorry about the muggling - Please find the new coords: S 27 44.252' E 152 58.183'.
I have been past the area quite a few times since I found the others in this series and today I was with NobbysNuts with time to spare to finish off the rest.
After checking out the nearby object I soon spotted another hiding spot and found the cache there.

We really enjoyed this series of caches. All were easy and fun to complete and we finished all six relatively quickly.
Not being a chess player it was good to learn a little along the way too
As we were signing this log a man strode purposefully towards us asking if we were ok. We started to just answer in the afirmative but something in his manner made us realise he needed answers, so we explained the game to put his mind at ease. We think we succeeded
He had been concerned as he's seen people driving past pointing (he thought) at his house.
All is well, as we left he was chatting to his neighbour across the road.

Quick find with mnance101 today. The neighbours across asked us if we found it. Tftc
New Car Day! And we "christened" with a new find just 10 minutes from collecting it from our wonderful Seller.

With some time available today, I decided it was time to make my way around this circuit.
I have been good at chess on and off over my life. Right now I would say I’m not at my peak, but that’s OK.
I was hoping this cache will be safe from rolling or washing away. TFTC where all is fine inside.

Have driven up and down this road and never once noticed this spot! Good one. Thank you!

After visiting a friend who lives at Spring Mountain/Greenbank, I am on my way home and checked the map and found a cache I haven't found in the area.
A quick u-turn and back down the road to GZ. Spied something that points me to where to search. Found the container but it's missing the lid, so after signing the log, placed it back in its hide, hopefully so it won't fill up with water. Love the cute animal in the cache.

Quick stop on our way home. Live local and excited to see some new caches in the area. Quick find. TFTC!
New Years Day caching with NurseyJulie, the newish caches in this area were the focus. We pulled up a little further down the road and before checking the GPS, I feared the container would be 'there' and approaching could be awkward.
Fortunately, not the case and with a short walk, the container was soon in hand and our names added to the log. [^]
Cheers pominaus.

A fairly quick park and grab. Not much traffic to notice us and hidden from view. Tftc
Having returned a visiting dog to Jimboomba, I made a detour on the way home to collect this new series…
There was more than one park out here that wasn’t on my map which just added to the challenge… Thank goodness for Geepers as all the streets out here look very same same…

With a spare moment, I sat in front of the computer, looking at what caches I need as I still have my challenges and target items to continue on with. Just then a new cache was published and then another and so on. Hmm, this looks interesting, so I checked out the area and saw it had possibilities. I got up this morning and saw that the FTF’s were still available and thought why not, so off I went. In all I got in the six new *FTF* caches and a couple extra caches as I drove around.
This was my first cache, an easy spot and grab here. I did not make the connection until I put all the pieces together. I signed the log and replaced all as found. thanks for the cache and the hide here.
