I thought the seat would collapse when I sat on it.Thankyou for the cache#1015
Lovely stop enroute to Mpua. Gorgeous day to be out n about. TFTC. SoStephOh made the find. Tweezers not needed, but we had some at hand.
On our way back to Mpua after brunch. Beautiful day to be cacheing. Found with IndianaJill and Seattles Best. Noticing the community seats now.
Found it but don't have tweezers to sign. Will have to come back with car. TFTC
TFTC it was a great cache i had to pretend to be tired so muggles didnt suspect what I was doing. From Elsa aged 10.
Merry Xmas. Staying in the area with family and friends. Found after breakfast and needed a reason for a walk, while everyone else got sorted for the day. Knew what I was looking for and found after a small search. Thanks for the cache and the direction for my walk this morning.
Out with busy paws we spent quiet some time checked any and every metal bit that magnetic could attach to. Nothing found.
Found and as always with these little containers, easier to find than to extract the log..
Managed after some trying, signed and rolled up neatly again.

I must say I found the seat and its placement rather underwhelming. I wouldn't trust it to hold my weight or for me to be able to get up again if I sat on it. Still, it might be just what someone needs one day. A great place for a cache though so I'm not complaining. Thanks for the hide .
Out for a drive this morning making a few finds.
That's a dinky wee seat.
I didn't dare plonk my body onto it to do the paperwork.

We found this cache a while ago but had left out TOTT at home and nothing in tge car that helped so today came prepared and soon had the log in hand. Thanks andy.gail

Paddle chick and I headed to Marahau to get a few caches we had been to do this cache another time and found we couldn't dislodged the log so returned today with the right tools signed and returned to its safe place. Thanks andy.gailfor this cache
Parked a little up the road and wandered back. Searched by feel while sitting and the wee fella was soon found and signed.
Thanks very much!

With a new challenge it was an added incentive to get out and enjoy the superb autumn day and start finding some caches to earn a souvenir or two.
When I first saw this before looking at the map I assumed it was in a more populated area but that assumption was soon dispelled when we arrived at GZ. I immediately spotted the cache from above so after signing left it hidden out of sight.
Thank you andy.gail.

Thank you andy.gail.
Another beautiful autumn day presented itself and the accumulated new placements together with the odd stray around Mapua had us go for a drive. Puzzles, multis and trads all featured in a wonderfully relaxed afternoon caching. Thank you andy.gail
Quick find while out and about to have a celebratory anniversary lunch in Mapua. Thanks for the cache.
Last wander from the Mapua campground around the beach and streets… and a chance to grab a couple more caches. Definitely need an extra tool for this one. TFTC
Located with Ricardinho
I was on lookout while RNZ grabbed this one. It was surprisingly quiet today, but I did joke about a nudey dash to distract muggles if required
Today we were heading to Motueka for lunch with Richards family at the Smoking Barrel & then on to Mapua for some relaxing time. Last day of my holiday...boo hoo!!

Penultimate find of the day, and a pretty quick one. RG72 positioned the car to shield from most of the traffic, but there was no real need. All good with this one, although it was a bit fiddly. TFTC Andy.gail.
Back over the Marble Mountain again today. I had some time to myself after dropping some people off at NSN. Took the long way home. No worries here. TFTC
Found with no.13 on a sunny morning. Odd walkers with or without dogs along here. Tftc
Self imposed challenge here as we hadn't read the listing. An instant find of the cache but slow retrieval of the log as we didn't have tweezers with us. They are in the caching bag at home. Still managed to extract the log and sign. One of 2 found after checking the market. Thanks.
SJT_NZ and I were in the Mapua area so picked up these two trads as we were going past. Thanks andy.gail for the cache, nicely concealed.
Found with Tregearp. Log has absorbed water and jammed in its nano. Photo of GZ to come as evidence of our visit.
After lunch I headed to Mapua to catch up with a friend for a coffee. On the way, I stopped to find a couple of caches. I walked around from the other nearby newish cache and found this one exactly where it was supposed to be. TFTC, Biggles.
Nice close parking. I'm not sure how legal it was, but no one came by and complained. There were other things of interest that I had to examine before I got down to business and searched in earnest. TFTC.
I couldn't help but wonder how many people actually sit here on the side of this usually busy road. No trouble with spotting the cache but I did have a lot of trouble getting the log out - not even the tweezers could do it. In the end a toothpick did the trick and then there was the job of rolling it back up tightly enough to fit back in without damaging it. Job done! TFTC # 18,695
found with kjj162. we started our search but was soon interupted by the owner of the home this seat is out side of wondering what we were up to. I had explain that there is a geocache here and what geocaching is and not to worry if he sees others snooping about. tftc
