Fantastic trapline work around here - no wonder the birds sing so happily. Delighted to find a cache big enough to put a TB in. Cache is all good . TFTC
Didn't have a good caching day today. Need the hints quite often. But nevertheless a nice walkTFTC #878
This was one of my easiest finds. Wonder how many people have walk past this and not seen it. Lol. Tftc.
I love the precise hints that you have given. To me, it meant I was able to sign the log and continue on my merry way. Thanks for this series, Geckoh.
A small group of us from team SEAC (Keylev, Stik-a-crane & Uncle Sam) came down this way for the weekend. Neat to have walks like this so close to town. With intel from the campground owner about walking times we decided we could easily do this before dusk. A good hint made this easy. Signed SEAC to save space. TFTC.
A couple of spots this could have been located.....once the hint was read, the find soon followed....Was down this way with Keylev, HeMaLuDy, and UncleSamNZ, for a quick 2day trip to the Galatea foot hills, we had an earlyish, start from Auckland, our little group decided to take another stop here to continue the cache finding.Signed in as SEAC to save logbook space.TFTC.
A quick weekend adventure away with some of the Team SEAC crew..ahhh its been so long since we did this!!Quick find using the hint on this one. Thanks for the cache.
521. Found with ease. We almost passed it luckily we turned around at got it. TFTC
My niece had been pestering me all week to take her walking. She wanted to do a good walk - One that would snap a particular body part in half (according to her)! I knew the exact place to bring her…
The Bird Walk - with just the right amount of hill climbing and steps - should do the trick… The track was just beginning to climb when the iPhone gps began to vibrate. Still no mobile coverage. I was about to venture off the path to look for Vs, but my niece had already found the cache. She’s a machine! Thanks Geckoh. TFTC.

Nice straightforward find here cache all good signed and replaced as found thanks Geckho for your efforts
Still no coverage, but again where one would expect this to be. The track is in quire good condition but according to Bev, showing signs of excessive waterlogging and silt build up. Thanks for the placement geckoh Snug
Mr rattll headed out for a run early this morning, trying to get one in before the rain started.
There's some nice glow worms around here.
Its also very peaceful at this time of the morning with no muggles to contend with.
Thanks for setting this up

Back in town for work. After a longer than usual drive from the other side of the island it was nice to get out and stretch the legs. Bonus a nice bush walk and caches. Great hint and the cache was quickly located. TFTC
Noticed this new series while passing through Whakatane. Dropped off Mr Rubbishparty at the top while Mrs Rubbishparty parked near the bottom. Happy that between us we found all ten. Quick find with the helpful hint. Thanks geckoh for the smiley
Woke up to a lovely morning after days of rain
Decided a good walk was needed and I wasn’t disappointed. The bird walk is a beautiful walk, yes lots of steps buts lots of bird song and beautiful bush. Going down and quickly had this one signed and back in place TFTC

6 January 2023 15:39 TFTC Geckoh for placing this cache, number 12224 for me.
Day 8 of the holiday trip. Hopefully we have avoided the worst of the deluge ... A walk after lunch. Parked at the top and headed down. Finally one of these I could find!

FTF) 10/10 What a walk, thought it was going to be a breeze, but not so. Very excited to get all 10 as FTF’s. Gap had to do the one off the beaten track while I sat and got my breath back from climbing all those stairs., and detour bridge had me a little confused but found it okay. All cache locations and descriptions all good. Amazing bird life here, even said hello to a weka. SLYFTCaches
