Find#2915A glorious day out and about which is exactly what I needed after seeing the quak this morning. I parked close by hoping to target these two caches. The views here were absolutely stunning and well worth the walk. I had a quick sit and the coordinates had me at 0m. For some reason I wondered off and searched around unsuccessfully. Even phoned a friend who had found it. Went back to the original spot and saw something that grabbed my eye and soon had CIH. Log and cache in good condition TFTC
Trying to clear a few caches off my map while up visiting family in Newcastle and Lake Mac. TFTC C_Swiss
No too far off the track and with Kaz444 found the cache, enjoyed the spectacular views of Lake Macquarie up here. TFTC
Out hiking on Munibung Hill with Gaynor56 when we realised there were some caches up here. Well of course we had to have a look. A little bit of searching and there it was - where I thought I'd already looked. TFTC
Avenged!I think the geo-gods simply wanted me to return to enjoy the spectacular view.I still had to fossick around a bit, but when I eventually found it, I had that familiar of course feeling. I came up today from Hillview Cres, for something different. Lets just say that the path on the map is either aspirational or long since forgotten , but I got there in the end! TFTH and the return visit!
We noticed that this cache had a few DNF's and decided to go for a walk to see if it was still there, Very overgrown but still in its place
Ill join you, kcreek in a DNF here today.I hadnt planned to come this far (on a rainy-no-view day) but passing by M Cave, I decided that wasnt the right one to do today with little dog in tow.I searched the area fairly well put my hands in a few places that native Aussies would cringe at, lifted a lot of litter, but no dice. The rain set in too hard to make it enjoyable anymore, so I shall return!
For my second attempt, I still couldn't find it. I admit that the other Munibung cache had taken a lot out of me and I had already done a two-hour ice skating show practice. I didn't look for too long because I was exhausted and I felt very uncomfortable with the young teenage muggles around who were on the top of the hill. Also I did roll my ankle on the flat coming up to GZ. With my ice skating show coming up very soon it might be a while before I return for a third attempt to get my smilie here. Just wish I could understand how others said this one is easy!!!
After climbing the hill and looking for a nearby cache I gave up on that one, instead, I decided to go for this one. I found GZ and attempted to search for the cache. I struggled with finding the cache, I got a hint for this cache from the CO of the nearby cache I was originally looking for when I was talking to them about their cache. Not long after I realised I was running late for dinner and needed to leave as I still had the hike back down the hill to my car. So really it was more a time issue as to why I logged the DNF. I loved the view - I can't wait to log it as my locationless cache as well. Even though I live fairly close by I never really knew the place. Go to love where Geocaching takes you.
Great way to ease the muscles after yesterdays bush bash hike. Thats a pretty decent ascent. Though it seemed shorter than last time i was up here. Glorious views up here this morning, to nearly all popints of the compass. A quick find in a likely spot. TFTC. Pinch and a punch.
Found it second time around. Had to get some help. Mind you when I found it I wondered why I had so much trouble. It wasn’t that hard. Maybe it’s a new medical condition. Cache blindness- you are sure you’ve looked there so ignore it on the 2nd , 3rd etc round. Nice day today with lovely views
Great views on the walk there and back, when we found the container it had a bit of water in it, so we added a new bag to put the log into. Hopefully this will make it a little more waterproof, we signed the log, added a sticker and also added a pencil tftf
After a struggle to find a multi down the road this morning we were keen for an ‘easy’ one. Oops. Instead, we walked up here, took on the lantana and long grass and rotting bark, and after what felt like ‘too long’ we made a find.
Still, the views are tops, the exercise was a plus, and all is well that ends in a smiley. Nice to have the kids logging a few on their own accounts now too. TNLN TFTC

No luck today. Poked around everywhere for a good while but drew a blank. Logs and hint of no help either. At least the view was good and the walk up (though hot) was fun. Maybe another day
Out for a relaxing caching day today . I think this is my fourth walk and this hill and I am not sure if it is getting any easier , although today was about 30 degrees so I did ok to make it up there . Gosh the flowers in bloom look amazing and the view is spectacular. At GZ I searched for a little while before picking up the camo not realising the cache was under it . Thanks for the cache tnln replaced as found sl
After a walk over the hill doing this series, I finally got the last one. Never knew this place existed. Some great views. Found after a little while.
I parked the car on Quarry Rd and made my way up the hill and across to GZ.
A bit of poking about and the cache was in hand.
A beautiful place up here, with some excellent views. TFTC

2TF. I Took a trail off the main track and ended up half way down into a bunch of Lantana. Not happy. Once I finally got back onto the main Ridge line track, it was quite a nice stroll to cache site. Met Team737 on there way back. Nice views. TFTC.

It was a bit of a lazy Sunday morning here when new cache notifications started sounding off.... Central Coast, Central Coast - ohh Munibung! We flew out the door, parked in out usual spot and trekked up and across Munibing. I actually dislodged the cache from its hide without seeing it, Samuel spotted it 5 minutes later! A nice fresh log sheet to sign too... TFTC!
This is actually still a micro too - its bigger than a nano/bison, but still actually a micro....
