I'm very close to certain that this cache is not in place. The CO has not responded to Needs Maintenance logs and appears to not to have been online for over two months.
Probably time for this one to be removed from our available to be found map.

After so many DNFs decided to drop by to have a look.
There was a tree down nearby and where cache was is now partially covered by a dead bush. No sign of the original, nice, very hard to miss cache. Had a look around but could not find any sign of a different style replacement cache.
I'm hoping the CO will check to see if this one is still available.

Did a big search for this one. Nothing 20m up and down the river bank.
Thanks for placing the cache
But think like the other few searches and logs, that it is no longer here.

Yay time for a Tuesday Trekking, For a trio of Geo animals.
The Starfish picked up the Rat from the Rat's nest.
We then made our to pick up the Snake from the Snake Pit.
Then changed cars, in to the snake mobile.
Our goal for today was to pick up any solved puzzles and anything that popped up on the map.
We made our way to Bobland,
The Snake parked the Snake mobile.
Followed the GPSr, but no luck for us today.

That weekly Tuesday Trek with the Befuddled came around again. A Starfish, Adder and the Rat once more targeted the North Eastern suburbs with the plan to seek more of the letterbox hides however, as usual, things don't go to plan. With many others around including a few high terrain prizes to get we did not find as many of the said letter boxes as we had liked.
All caches were is good condition unless stated otherwise.
We had no luck whatsoever with this one spending way too much time than, according to previous logs, we should have needed to.
A look at a couple of previous posts and this should have been a very quick find. Even a PAF to confirm what we were seeking.
Still nothing

The Tuesday Trekking for members of the Befuddled Puzzle Solving group came around quickly and as usual the group set off in search of solved puzzles and anything else coming into view. I picked up S.A. Sewer Rat from the rat's nest, then on to Blackadders den where we jumped into the Viper Mobile. [^] The it was off towards the Golden Northeast suburbs for a wander. Not all of us required every cache so here are the caches I was able to put my name in the log.
about 30 minutes searching and a few PAFs we knew what we were supposed to find and where it should be but no luck today.
**Thanks MURPHz for the search anyway. **

Found the cache in the last place we looked. At present it is about 11m south of GZ in a spot that matches the cache description. Interesting hide.

Not sure if this one is there or if the cache owner has it.
Spoke to a previous founder and from what they told me in pretty sure it's not there.

The first Geocache for the New Year 2023.
Therefore BFE made the New Year Honours List.
Thanks to MURPHz for the placement of this cache with a superb hiding method that has been tapped a little hard the rear cap has unstuck.
At the moment it is OK but could have that little bit of TLC.
It's Fine Elsewhere on the hottest day of 2023.

A quick cache found after visiting my dad in Modbury and getting last minute provisions. Quite an easy find. Thanks for this hide MURPHz. Merry Christmas!
This afternoon I needed to head up to golden grove to finish the last of my christmas shopping, 2 new caches in the area so stopped by them both, a short stop here today to make a nice and easy find.

Was out on a last-minute shopping run and saw this cache was not too far off the track, so made the detour in and parked close by, and wandered over to GZ. As I approached the area, I spotted the hide and put the GPS away. Signed the log and then replaced all as found.

Found during a couple of hours on a caching tour around the northern suburbs. Thanks for the cache MURPHz!
Fun day out with JJ52 and Allisterw hitting the bad lands for some dejavú finds, and many letterboxes and then onto the Northern suburbs to make a dent in our combined unfound caches there.
It was a perfect day for caching no scary critters and only 1 dnf. 40 finds for me which was a good haul.
Great team effort today!
Interesting hide, Allister drew blood here ?? TFTC

A day out had been organised with Michells&hound and allister w heading out north for some letterboxes and newer caches that none of us had found. It was a good day for caching although did get a bit warm in the afternoon. We had a fun day and covered quite a bit of ground and only had one DNF which was good. [^]
Not what I was expecting, but Allister quickly made the find.
Thanks for the cache MURPHz.

A great day with Michells&hound and JJ52. Someone once said Team Work makes the Dream Work. Today was the Dream Work. I had a fun time driving around the Northern suburbs and stopping to find caches. Listening to the cricket( Aussies beat South Africa in 2 days at the Gabba) while we traveled between caches. Beautiful weather.
{STF} with PrincessJuzzy, CodyGamer19 and LogieSaurus. TFTC, this is cool, quiet lake, and we are sure to be back here again!
