We are on a caravanning trip around Australia seeing the sights and finding a few caches along the way. We arrived in town and got the bikes out to have a look around. That was a nice quick find. Wasn't sure if it is where it is supposed to be but I put it back where I found it.Thanks for the cache
A few days stay at nearby Robe, and a Day trip to Beachport. thanks for bringing me here. tftc
I was very lucky to see this one quickly Heading to Geelong from Adelaide to see our mates daughter from WA play footy and tick off another Victorian parkrun. Finding a few caches along the way.*owner_name|*, I found Front beach today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.
Another delightful day of caching in the Millicent area. It was a mild day with cloud and at occasionally some very light drizzle, but mostly fine. This was the afternoon part of our day out.We saw some wonderful coutryside, lots of birds, plenty of cattle and sheep and even a wombat late in the day up close near Beachport. The ocean looked great this afternoon,We found some terrific caches. Thanks to geocaching_SA for this hide. there was a nice small swell coming in today.
In Millicent for a few days, off to Beachport today for an International Geocaching day event. TFTC
I stopped here to get some lunch across the road, lots of people around the day and this took a bit to find, cache found though signed and replacedThis weekend Courtneyrose_ and I headed to Mount Gambier for Morgo the Geos 500th Parkrun. Today being solo heading home I made my way from Millicent to Adelaide finding unfound caches around the SE. Thanks for the cache
We had a surprise couple of days free so we decided to head across the border in an attempt to find our 10,000th South Australian cache. Happily we achieved that yesterday and today we are doing a few more around the Millicent area before heading to Beachport for the night. We have looked at this one on previous visits but were muggled out each time. Today was totally different with the weather being a little bit wet and on the cold side we had the entire area to ourselves with not a muggle insight anywhere.Happily the cache was located in the second place we looked and after adding our name to the log we returned everything as it was. Thanks Naracache for the hide.
Travelling with iluvtrekking from our home state of WA on a SA caching foray. Staying in Millicent for a few days to grab some finds placed for the ill fated Mega 2020. There have been some newer caches and puzzles collected too. Thanks for the hide. LNCU
Travelling with richlink on our Annual Caravan Geocaching road trip, using geocaching as our guide. We are staying at Millicent for the week and caching in Beachport for the day. Thanks for the cache. LNCU
Found on our travel through the town before a stroll on the jetty. Thanks for the cache.
Took a rest after a walk to the anchor to check out the jetty. We were a little confused by the description until we found it .We're staying at the Harbour Master's house just on the other side of the park .No pencil so we didn't sign the log.Thanks.
Found at 2:03 PM GAFF3.Well now - are we looking for a cache that can hold 3 TB's in this location? After the area was cleared of muggles having a late lunch, we started looking for a sizeable container, but couldn't locate a small box that could hold 3 TB's. So we started to look for something smaller and there it was - a nice tube. Thanks to Geocaching_SAFeedback: Those 3 TB's are not in the container - believe me
Easy find, although Im not too sure the difficulty is justified. Anyways TFTC! #116
Found after a leisurely walk along the jetty and some shopping. A fave point for you for the great hide which took a while and the position. Well done.
Nice spot. Definitely had to use stealth to get it cause there are people around
Nice hide.. great spot to stop for a rest or bite to eat while watching the waves.
On a road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide. Our first visit to South Australia.Driving from Millicent to Robe today. We came by to check out the town and grab some caches. We missed this cache when finding the AdLabs but I spotted its existence just before we left town. A not so quick find.TFTC
A relatively easy find while we enjoyed lunch on top of it! Found on our yearly trip to Robe TFTC!
Great find, down on holidays with the Family. My 3 year old loved finding the "treasure" unfortunately I didn't have a pen to log as it was spontaneous pull the app app and just have a look but photo attached for context
An easy find here, when it's super late, and only fishermen's the jetty.Nice spot for lunch.Last time I was here I braved the wind and rain to do the walk on jetty... much different today!TNLNSL Thanks
Super easy find at 630am with a gorgeous sunrise over the bay waiting for the cafe to open for the morning brew before packing up the tent and heading back to reality.Finding and retrieving the hide are 2 different things here in Beachport in the busy season. I found the cache a few days ago but the muggle activity prevented me being able to log the find.Tftc
HAPPY 7000th cache! We had planned our 7000th with a cache that completes our DT loop for the first time! However the remaining couple we had made DNfs and confirmed missing. So decided to ring in the new year, with a cache at midnight! Stunning fireworks the town put on at 9:30 and 12am. Despite the weather it was. Great occasion and so good to be able to watch them so close! Like last year we ran in the new year with a cache! Thanks to the town! PS the donuts from the Lions club are really awesome!
Would be a tough one on a busy day. We had to loiter until a couple of muggles vacated so we could grab the cache and then enjoy the view and sunshine with a good coffee from across the road. Beautiful location
The weather is a bit windy, but at least not wet and wild storms like so many other states are dealing with ATM.. Dealing with my not sugar and spice MIL, a bit of time out for me. I brought Walter, my newish pup. He lacks some social skills being a rescue and the new experiences are good for him. We're good company for each other, both a bit broken. He was good cover and the cache soon spotted and signed. TFTC.
This would be very tricky on a busy summers day. Today however on our return to the car the tables were empty (Im sure these werent here on our last visit) and a nice quick find was made. Nicely repurposed item.Sadly the jetty is currently closed we had hoped to walk it today . TFTC
off on a jaunt to the south east and enjoying its beautiful scenery and experiencedtoday the weather is glorious - fine and calm, just perfect for viewing the beachport coastlines tftc and bringing me to this specific spot a great place to sit and enjoy the jetty and cray boats
Sitting, waiting for muggles to leave. Turn my back for one second and hubby produces said cache right under my nose. Fair to say this was an easy find for him!!What gorgeous views on our annual pilgrimage to robe. Beautiful here, tftc
What a lovely spot to visit! Took us longer to extract the cache container than it took to find it. Easy find with yummy a eats Tftc
We headed over the border with Robmc, the campers and the bikes for 4 days of caching. We had a coupe of days of fabulous weather and the rain held off for most of it.
Day 2 we left our camp at Tantanoola and spent the morning the pines and then headed to Beachport to do the AdLabs and tour around. We were thwarted by pier repairs and the lack of a fish and chip shop but it was a sunny afternoon and all caches were in good condition and except for one, readily found. This was th eonly one thst gave us grief but after taking a break we came back and found it almost straight away this time. A nice tricky hide.
Thanks for contributing to a great few days of caching.

Headed down to our dear friends birthday weekend. Decided to head out and cache for a couple of hours before the evenings festivities. This was way more difficult than it should have been becasue of the muggle hanging around. Sat here drinking my coffee and by the time Meggs had come back with lunch from across the road, the muggle had moved on and we soon had the cache in hand! TFTC
Our final day of our long weekend getaway to Beachport. Time for a couple more local caches, before an event then the journey home. We joined up with Mogni and Sir_Spectre to find this one. It was cold and windy so not many muggles around to interfere with our search. Mogni was fairly quick to find this nicely tucked away. TFTC Naracache.
Finally the weather allowed us to do this - very few Muggles out on a Sunday morning - TFTC
found before the Birthday Brunch event. Found after doing the adventure lab stages here. We joined some vic cachers to find this cache.
Out with Mogni for a extended weekend. We came down to Mount Gambier for Friday night and then Beachport for the second night. We came down for hevwalker's 60 th birthday. We cached our way down on the Friday and placed a few as well. We made it to Penola before the rain started non stop, up until then it was on and off. Saturday was worse in the day but the weather improved by night time. Sunday was easily the best day of the 3 days.

A quick three day weekend down to Beachport for an event meant a few caches found and quite a few Adventure labs done. [^]
Day 1: A leisurely drive down through the Coorong only stopping for lunch and some new caches in Meningie.
Here is what we found today.
We were staying just along the fore shore a little so this was a must do. But at first attempt there was a family hanging around GZ so I gave it a miss. But then on the way home after being out it was dark and nobody was about so I stopped again. [^] The cache was soon located and stamped. Very nice hide.

Cute container! The really terrible weather was helpful here as noone else was crazy enough to be out! Thanks for the adventure!
Lots of nooks and crannies but found it. So many muggles around. A lovely lady out walking had a big grin on her face on her way past saying, I know where it is! Thanks
Well that was a bit tricky. Staying only 100m away so a must do cache.
Muggles stop at all times here.
Novel container too.
Thanks

Away for a couple of days with Featherwaite.
We concentrated on Kingston, Robe, Cape Jaffa, Beachport and Southend.
We mainly found all the cache we were looking for.
A neat hide. Not a nice day at all today.

Found during a trip to the SE with Team Waldron targeting Kingston, Robe, Beachport and Southend, with a few other cache finds along the way. Thanks for the cache Naracache!
Looked with a fine toothed comb. Shifted sand, poked holes. Nothing looked like a torch.
Found with lots of muggles around. Hopefully none that spotted us. Great hiding spot.
Well it was at the front and there was a beach. Ncie.
Found out and about on the 2023 trip for the Rutherglen Mega. A massive fun experience with endeavour3. Thanks to Geocaching_SA and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet! [^]

A different direction, down SE for a change with Jack, Purrfect Di and the froghoppin folk.
Not a lot of caches, but a lot of fun. Sunshine, snakes and smilies
This took longer than it should have, but eventually got my paws on it
Appreciation for the cache placement Geocaching_SA , and ongoing maintenance

Do please take care out there,
it's a dangerous world filled with rusty old mint tins and objects falling from trees
...... but a cache a day still keeps the boredom away
--------
Most of our caches are logged using the resources of gsak, garmin, and androids.
No apples or other fruit needed An apple a day doesn't keep the doctor away, we've tried that
----------
Make sure that Travel Bugs are the Only bugs you share and pass on (Covid cancels caching!)
Keep a safe distance - clean and cache the countryside
It's awesome of all those placing quality caches out and about around our country areas,
in sensible safe places and containers especially! - it keeps our game fun, and interesting
Of course we do appreciate if you actually did read all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, or so we've been told! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Maybe if I worked out where it is I could do it and go back to normal logs again ! If you find the challenge let me know and perhaps we can put an end to these long logs !!!

It took some time and perseverance before this cache was located. We finally found it when one if us looked from just the right angle. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Narracache fir a well hidden cache - it earns a favourite from us.
Found quickly whilst waiting for Hevwalker's pizza cooked. A lovely day to grab a cache. Muggles had just left so was lucky no muggles nearby. TFTC Naracache
Came down to the beach and saw the cache. Didn’t have a pen so I have a photo for proof. Really good find. TFTC
A very quick find after watching qandjack whilst eating our lunch. It made our job so easy! TFTC
