All caches found quickly and easily unless otherwise mentioned.

32,312. Found with minniek during an afternoon wander around Googong.

With minniek having a couple of hours early mark from work, we headed out this way to grab some great caches. The numbers of caches out this way have grown yet again, so we decided to make a dent in out non-found list. The BBL series was a primary aim for today. We both watch the BBL every year - great fun. We parked in the car park and off we went carrying a TOTT for some caches near the end. We were soon at this cache for a quick find. Stamped the log, replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next cache.

Thanks Toy Hunters !!

What a beautiful day to be out caching with friends - Tankengine and Aquilus1. The weather was perfect for a walk and I know I need the exercise, so the BBL series was what we were mainly aiming for. The scenery was lovely, the lake still and reflective. These are the days you appreciate being out in nature. This cache: The first in the series and I must say I really enjoyed the lot. From start to finish. The caches were all in great condition, the coords were spot on and it was nice following a great trail and having caches right there rather than another 60-100m off into the bush unnecessarily The only sad part was I wish I knew to bring our TOTT with us. Should have been more prepared. It would have been a perfect circuit then. But oh well. Will come back another day to walk back up the hill and down again. Tftc!!!

Out at googong with dty73 and Tankengine for a spot of caching and maintenance. Such a lovely day to be out and walking in the area, with the BBL series the primary target. Really enjoyed this series, it is easy walking on the trail with all caches just a short distance from it, good coordinates and easy to locate. We made the trail a circuit, a shame to walk past a few we didn't have the TOTT for but enjoyed the walk and the exercise and will be nice to return. The lake was really smooth with the calm day and a few other people out enjoying the area on this warm sunny winters day. Thanks for the cache and the series ToyHunters!

At last the weekend rolled around and I was keen to join in the activities that were on offer this weekend. There was no event today, but I was able to get a small car load to head out to Googong Dam to go on a short walk. Our group was Kitty Katch, Joolay, Isopeda and albida33. We started with a multi which was a little difficult to understand in placed and then onto three tree fishing caches, just in case they are not kept much longer. The final section of the walk was the BBL series and the final cache, and lo and behold, we were back at the tree fishing caches again. While we were here we took a dramatic detour to collect the information for a final challenging multi which ended up being a nice collection on the way home. This was a great day on a chilly but clear and sunny day.

I had done the final five of these before, but went along for the walk and the final cache. Each is still in great condition.

Thanks for the cache Toy Hunters

This proved to me the most beautiful walk this morning. We did not start too early as the temperatures are rather cool at the moment.
However, the sky was blue, and the wind almost non-existent in the morning.
What a perfect place and fire trail upon which to create this series. Each hide and journey to the next cache was lovely, and we could not fathom why a trail had not been placed here previously.
Great spotting Toy Hunters for such a great location for your trail. We think we’ll bring the family back here!
The theme here was also lovely, and despite the fact we’ve never watched or seen one of these particular game series, we enjoyed collecting the numbers, and putting them together to make our final way to the end.
A FP added to the Bonus Hide for this awesome series.
Many thanks

An early morning walk with DSD, starting just after the gates opened at 8am and with the temperature only 3 degrees! Started with multiple layers but took them off as the sun started to warm us up!

An excellent track for a series! Easy parking and accessible for all levels of walkers which is nice to see! The cache finds were straight forward with great coordinates and hints also which was appreciated! All of the caches were in perfect condition and returned as found.

I don't really know anything about the BBL and can't say I have watched a full game either, but it's cool to see the teams spread across almost all the states.....definitely need a Canberra team by the looks of it though! Razz

Many thanks Toy Hunters, a favourite point has been awarded to the final cache in the series.

An evening wander to top up my find numbers for this calendar day. Cache easily found. TFTC.

Currently out at Googong for survey work for ACT Parks. After finishing work this morning I stayed on to bag a few caches. This was the last one of the morning only because I had walked to No 2 and forgot to get this one and the clue, which made solving the puzzle a bit more difficult. A pleasant walk. TFTC.

This is a great series and highly recommended. Don't forget to collect the clues as you progress. As a bonus, for those who have not been out this way, there are other interesting caches nearby. Enjoyable afternoon of mild exercise and great views. A favourite for the series. TFTC

We enjoyed an afternoon eMTB ride around this excellent little series on a warm, but not overly hot, day. All caches were quickly found at GZ thanks to spot-on coordinates, and it's obvious a lot of effort has gone into the preparation and placement of each hide here.

We gathered the clues for the final along our journey, which gets progressively more interesting as the views to the dam open up on the higher ground, and once we had all the numbers we easily calculated GZ and collected on the way back to the cars.

This is a very good series, Toy Hunters - 10/10 would recommend! Thanks for the fun.
