Some weeks ago we were heading home and had to drive through thick smoke in this area. It was clear that they were doing a big burn off.Uh-oh ..driving up the road we see that the burn off was in this exact location. There is nothing to show here except a very burnt stump. Not even a patch of melted plastic .

The Car is the second find for me in this Monopoly series …doing the series one day at a time to maximise my chances of getting a souvenir for this months Challenge Wheel. Luckily I live near by so perfect for this challenge. A quick find at an obvious location. Took longer to drive up the road and find a turning spot than finding the cache. Turned around near the next cache site but resisted the urge to find it. It will have to wait for another day. Thanks Budgietas.

Found while doing a detour on my way to attend an event on the Tasman Peninsular. Having found this cache I now suspect I know what the possum ate of the previous find. A nice drive along an area I have never been to before..

We decided that we better get around to finding some caches before the end of the month and we haven’t been down this way for awhile so there seems to be plenty of caches for us to pick up!

Another great themed cache container and the clues are well done too.

TFTC and fun.

Zozetta and I headed down to Dunalley this morning with the aim of finding a few caches. A great day out with good a total of 21 finds and some new locations discovered. We started with a solved puzzle before moving onto the new series on Blackman Bay road then heading back towards town, via the scenic lookout, then detoured to Forcett on the way home to quickly grab a multi.

This was an excellent series with well themed containers and good views as well. We enjoyed collecting the numbers for the final and then working it out too. Each container and log book was dry and well themed, it’s a good thing that the caches are named after monopoly pieces not editions as there are more than 3,500 of those!

Thanks for a great series Budgietas!

Today we decided to tackle the caches in the Tasman Peninsula that have been published since our last visit and this was one of them.

An interesting series based on a well known game and nicely themed. Cache and contents were in excellent condition.

Thanks Budgietas for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Hi Budge
The day started early with me discovering a new AdLab Series and its bonus cache
Got dressed and headed for the nearest AdLab and then on to complete the series
Went home and had breakfast and completed my ablutions before heading off to look for the Bonus.
It was found and Sainted at 1200 hours
Lunch was had at the Dunalley Fish Shop near the bridge
Once our hunger was sated, this series was next on the agenda
The whole series was brilliant
The views were terrific
Each cache was well constructed but the boat has come off its moorings (and needs some maintenance)
This cache was Sainted at 1352 hours
Totally enjoyed the whole experience Will give the bonus a favourite point for the series
Thanks and cheers

This was always my favourite piece in the game - caring around the board with a (fake) loud screech of tires. Thanks a bloody big stump!
Another well themed surprise.
Thanks Budgietas

I was very pleased and impressed with the great detail that had gone into this series of cache with all the little touches making a difference, the whole series gets fav points as this is what good caches are.

With today's weather we came out this way to get this new series of caches that Budgies put out in the hope of getting them found before we got too wet, as it was we just about got away with it, the bad rain only arrived as we were driving to get lunch and drive home, so a bit of a win, I also pulled in a couple of puzzles I had overlooked before.

Thanks for the cache.

Found on 04/02/2023 thanks to Budgietas for placing this cache for me to find.

I only just notice this new series as i looked abroad on my map and decided i'd make a day of it and go grab them and a couple of others aswell.
It's been a while since i was down here last so i was looking forward to it.

Parked up off the road and made my way over to GZ. A quick find of a cache that made me smile. I'm loving this series already, the work gone into these caches and log books is awesome Cool

The key number was noted for the Final Mystery Cache and the log was signed at 11:34 on TGIF 20 January 2023.

We came to the Tasman Peninsula today to look for some caches to meet some challenges we have embarked on and to find other caches that have been placed in the area since we last visited. Our first group was the Monopoly series.

We were impressed with the thought and care that had gone into the design of the series, to the presentation of each cache and to the selection of the hides. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find in each instance and the cache and contents were in good condition. We were certainly going to give a favourite for the final but on reflection that seemed inadequate and we decided to give a favourite for each cache in the series.

Thanks Budgietas for an excellent series.
