Loving all the Guide Related caches placed by Cat_zilla (thanks so much), this was on my list.. Slightly deceiving as I tested some possibilities whilst dodging the locals. Soon had the cache in hand and log signed. Everything is all good here.
My plan today was to explore this area as I hadnt previously been here. The cache was quickly located, the log was signed and everything returned as found. TFTC
I've been to this community building / Girl Guides hall before with the previous cache here (and it was subsequently archived with construction/renovations occurring). I arrived and walked around the building to make a quick find with thanks to the hint; The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks [Cat_zilla](https://coord.info/PRG8GFN) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------Today, I headed west to Brookfield and Pullendale area and targeted the *axe and pick* geoart series that were accessible from the road (or short walks).I started in Kenmore and Kenmore Hills, and then ventured north to Brookfield where I walked/jogged some of the trails in Gold Creek Reserve. It was then time to pick up the *axe and pick* geoart series in Upper Brookfield and Pullendale, and then another enjoyable walk in Moggill Conservation Park. My remaining time was then utilised to visit Bellbowrie and Moggill for a few last geocaches. A terrific winter blue sky day!
We managed to time this perfectly to keep out of sight of the kids playing in the playground. All good. TFTC
We chose this lovely little park for our lunch shop today and it had everything you could possibly need. A popular spot for the kids who were already on school holidays, they were enjoying the playground and riding their bikes as we ate. We made our move when they had moved as a group towards the rear tables where there parents were sitting. The hint lead us nicely to GZ where the nicely hidden cache was discovered after a short search. Thanks Cat_zilla
Yet another cracking morning in South East Queensland. Heading out west today to pick up a few caches that have been on the radar for awhile and will help with a few challenge caches Im currently working on. Arrived at the suggested parking location and quickly made my way to ground zero. I soon had the cache in hand and extracted the log. Mark made and safely returned to its hiding place ready for the next cacher.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found by like minded individuals.Cheers
Found a nicely hidden cache tucked away that blends on nicely in its surrounds. Filling in some time during jobs today. Tftc
Thanks for the placement and smiley. We pulled into the carpark and I announced I would wait in the car as I'd done this one. Well a quick check and the icon was green. Who am I to argue; out I got and a quick find followed. The search was minimal compared with my first visit when signage of monitoring and a bit of GPS bounce resulted in a more prolonged and timid search.
This was a quick find in a familiar location. I can recall searching for a cache in this area several years ago. Thanks for bringing me back to this pleasant park. Thanks for the cache and
Today T-Tech and I headed to Kenmore and Moggil to collect a few smileys.I was a Brownie and a Guide back in the 1970s in Sydney, so it was a pleasure to visit this place today. I can recall singing Night Time Taps at the end of our weekly meetings We had no trouble finding GZ and T-Tech spotted the well-concealed hide. TFTC, Cat_zilla.
Out with IolantheK for an afternoon of caching Nice easy find in a great spot TFTC Cat_zilla
Great first find for kids, no room left of paper to record names. But still fun
Only one car in the car park when I showed up and they were busy not paying attention to me. Cool park for the family although some of it is behind construction fencing at the moment. This didnt impact the search at all. Nice and easy find. Container is in good condition but would do with a new log being placed inside. TFTC.
Out for the day with the crew. Peppa, PirateLinda and giraffe18. Stopped for breakfast then went for a drive around Moggill. Signed the log as Munna Culla Snack Ninjas quick find.. tftf
Found with the Munna Culla Snack Ninjas. First Friday out all together with the crew in ages. So many nice parks on this area
The Munna Culla Snack Ninjas are back Its been a long time since the Snack Ninjas went a-caching after having food nearby where the staff forgot about us there was still time before heading back to the Deep SouthOur final caching stop and it was a super quick findThanks Cat_zilla
Out and about with Munna Culla Snack Ninjas. Getting back into the swing of things and Peppa found cache quickly and then we get to look at the river! TFTC
This one was a bit tricky! We really loved how creative it was. We weren’t able to leave a trinket because of the micro size but thanks for the challenge!
I seem to remember finding another cache near this very spot many years ago, but always happy to find another.
The only time I ever heard guides or ex-guides singing taps was at the funeral of a very dear lady who was awarded the 'Gold Kangaroo' award for 75 years of service to the Girl Guide movement. A very rare award indeed.
Found easily, and added my name. TFTC, Cattycat7177.

I found it! It actually jumped out at me. I think the magnet needs replacing. As it’s hard to put it back in a good spot. Other than that was a fun find on the way to enrich the dogs !
Needing a cache for the day, I ventured down here tonight with the dog. Torch on, I started the hunt, from one end to the other. Spotted it! I have small enough hands to carefully eek it out, and sign. Bit fiddly replacing it, but all good here! Tftc
Night time Taps reminded me of my time at California summer camp. Thanks for sparking fond memories ️
This one may need another owner check already. There has been maintenance done here and items replaced. We tried up, down, under, behind and even in with no luck.
No luck today, even with a previous finder with us. Contacted CO who will check things out during the week.
Thanks Cattycat7177

I had looked for the previous version of this cache but because of renovation works, it was behind a barrier and I couldn’t reach it.
Decided to find this new version today and when I arrived, a man in a hi-vis jacket and carrying a clipboard was walking around the building, taking notes but I managed to zip in and find the cache, sign and replace when he was on the other side. Tftc

There were lots of muggles on the playground but I made a quick find. Thanks for the fun Cattycat7177
Girls found this one, the coordinates were spot on. So nice to have some guiding history, Thanks Iluka
Also the first one we found with a cute mini pencil ️

I actually saw this the night it was published. And it was super close to me. Unfortunately there is a river between us which means it would actually take a while to drive all the way around. I decided to leave it and go look in the morning but Teamtinda beat me to it. Without the FTF motivation it has taken me 2 weeks to find the time to drive around and tick this off my closest caches list. Nice easy find in a great park. TFTC!
Had a fair idea where to find this one as we had found the previous cache that was here. TFTC
*FTF* after 6 this morning.
I woke up and saw there were still no finders so headed on down.
Seems like a popular spot for walkers but I did myself no favours by totally overlooking the cache, going literally above, below and all around it before suddenly noticing it in pretty much plain sight. D’oh!
TFTC and I hope it lasts a good while here.
