Gotcha, tried a couple of day ago but too many muggles so got it today as had too go that way again. No snakes or spiders but a lot of rubbish, also check your shoes as they are not farmers friends but the seeds must be a close relation too them as they stick to your shoe sides. TFTH
Got a litte side tracked looking for this one but then got on the right track and found it
Spent ages searching here a few months back. Updated coords had it in my hands within seconds today. No where near where I was looking last time! Happy to correct the DNF.Cheers
On the way home from work A little search around GZ & soon had cache in hand.Cheers
After spending yesterday leaping around Sydney, I'm heading to Canberra today, but I'm getting a little sidetracked along the way. A straightforward find here ... and all is well with the cacheThanks for an another addition to my SideTracked find tally Aussiebrian.
Visiting friends locally this one just down the road. Oh, all right stop for it on our way home, tho!Fortunately, found fairly quickly.Log fairly new. Nice & dry. Signed, replaced log and cache as found. Thanks for placement and maintenance.
Find number 10518A quick find her on our travels todayThanks Aussiebrian for placing this cache GCA3ZWY
SideTracked find 255After spending Christmas with relatives in Sydney, today I headed back to Canberra, caching as I went. I drove to this cache on the way to try to correct my DNF of a few days ago, especially now since the cache has been moved from the tangle of wisteria vine. I wandered about again trying to find it, but a message to the CO had a helpful reply that put me on the correct path, and soon I had the cache and pristine new log in hand. The coordinates were out, but that has now been corrected. Aussiebrian is an active CO and fast to respond. Nice to changeto. TFTC Aussiebrian, and a favourite point for the quick, helpful response.
Coordinates changed from:S 34 11.011 E 150 42.665Coordinates changed to:S 34 11.013 E 150 42.668Distance from original: 19.4 feet or 5.9 meters. With the assistance of Goldenwattle who was passing, these are the correct coordinates. I previously transcribed one digit inaccurately. The hint has also been updated.

DNF! I spent more time searching than I should have, as when I returned to the car I found I was still an hour from my destination, when I had thought 30 mins. This took far more searching than a 1.5D should need. My guess, at least 3D, but I didn't find it to confirm that. The vegetation is very green and lush, with some flowers out. MANY places to look among the vine leaves. This was to be my 250th SideTracked find, but it wasn't so. Winter would be a better time to search for this. Anyway, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, Aussiebrian.
Found It!That took a lot of searching but persistence paid off and I eventually spotted it.TFTC
Made a stop in this town as I was running super low on fuel and missed a turn to a motorway servo Tftc!
Out with Mrs "go-go" Bushies on a Camden cache raid. Our guides for the day were the amazingly generous SueDan83 duo. Awesome weather, caches and company made a perfect day. This was my first for the day. Have to say I picked the right season for a quick find... Mrs "go-go" Bushies told me it took her ages due to the natural camouflage. Thanks
Found on a quiet Sunday evening. Quiet until the train shot past...
Thanks for the Traditional Cache Aussiebrian

Back in the game after my earlier brush with the blackberry and this was a much easier find.

GZ area identified/confirmed on arrival by the presence of another car with what I initially suspected may also be cachers however, once they moved off and I had the cache in hand, noticed no other names for today’s date so either they were a dnf or trainspotting muggles. Either way, glad they didn’t hang around long enough to prevent my smiley. Arrow and a geotrail slightly misleading but backtracking, quickly caught sight of an easy find.
Passing thru and decided to grab another sidetracked hide. This had me looking, looking. AAHHHHHH there you are you little trick. A couple of quick trains went roaring thru.
Thanks Aussiebrian for the hide.
Thanks Aussiebrian for the hide.
Early morning start for a parkrun at cowpasture and an event in Camden. Only time for a few caches on the way in and back.

(6 of 6 today)Down to the Wollondilly for today's finds. Decided on a few choice finds, including an interesting puzzle (or two) and finishing with a previous DNF.Got some going down the highway, and some coming back.###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###Just catching up with a few unlogged finds from earlier this year. My apologies - it is in no way a reflection on the caches not logged. It's not you, it's me!###END OF ABJECT GROVELLING SECTION###Due to my late start it was getting dark when I arrived here.Having seen it had been replaced since my DNF I was hoping for a quick find. And even though I broke out the torch, it was indeed only a minute or two before I spotted it - where nothing had been last time.DNF expunged!Added my ink to the log, replaced and headed home.Good to have added another *SideTracked* cache to my found pile.SLTNLNTFTC
What a pretty drive!
This is where I want to live, with those views!
After a successful day caching in the Southern Highlands I decided to take the detour to this SideTracked cache. Probably not a great idea in hindsight because the return trip took 3 hours and should have only taken an hour and twenty.
Still it was so picturesque.
Trains came through a few times while I was here. It's such a nice little station.
I had no success but having noticed last night that the cache had been replaced last week I thought I had a good chance of finding it.
After way, way too long (probably added to the drive time) I decided to message the CO for help. Just after the message was sent along came a train and that made me look from a different pespective and there it was! No help needed after all.
TFTC # 5373
FP awarded - loved it here!

This is actually the first calendar day on which I have less than 20 finds. So since I have a goal of 25 finds per calendar day by 2025, it was a must to make some finds today. Pity it was so hot!
Decided to head south east to Camden and surrounds to try to clean up some unfound caches. Unfortunately, I came up short at two locations - one DNF and another DNOpen!
Ah well. Just gives me a reason to return for more!
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
And here was the proper DNF for the day.
And again, it was found less than a week ago.
There are two types of hides I dread. There is an attribute for one of them (and I did get one of those caches today) and there is this type. You read the logs and it says "Easy find!"
And so the logs here say...
Searched the area, with only one muggle seen lurking about. But despite finding lots of fence and vines, no sign of a cache was had.
Even tried a PAF, who was only marginally helpful, but at least ruled out a good chunk of the search area.
I can believe it was hiding behind the only leaf I didn't move this afternoon. But eventually gave it up.
Was so annoyed I forgot there was another cache to grab down here and headed north again.

I haven't been able to get out and cache for the last couple of months, so I'm very excited to be heading out with previous finder SueDan83 today for a day out on the water at Douglas Park to tackle some T5 caches and officially launch the RV Meritonnn.
This was the first stop on the way and a good opportunity to dust off the caching cobwebs! My caching senses and eyesight are definitely a bit rusty as it took me a couple of minutes to spot! Thanks very much for placing Aussie Brian!

Out on a cache hunt with goingplaces2 and this was one of the caches we had on the 'to do' list. It didn't take long to find and the signing soon happened. TFTC.
This cache was found while on the road with ilook4geo and the log soon had two more names added to the list. All was in good order and was replaced as found. Thank you to Aussiebrian for placing this cache.
Finally got a chance to detour to this location whilst driving-by. By coincidence, only a week or so before publication, this location was used as a meeting point before proceeding to the nearby river to kayak to some caches.
Nicely placed Aussiebrian with safe parking nearby.
TFTC and for continuing this series.

Tidying up some caches around the Wollondilly this afternoon. Crikey the trains go through here quick!! A quick find. TFTC!
A quick find in a perfect spot under good cover . TFTC Aussiebrian better luck this time than my attempt at your thorny one . Nice quiet area with no muggles to disturb
Spent the night in Wollongong last night for a work get-together and got the email alert that there was a new cache around. This morning, as I was leaving, I checked this one out and saw that there was still no first to find so decided to make a detour on the way home and see if I could snag it.
As I have never been down Douglas Park Drive before, I really enjoyed the new sights on my drive.
I arrived at GZ and double-checked that it still hadn't been found before commencing my search. As it has been raining, I got rather wet searching the area. My gps signal had me a little bit off GZ, so using landmarks, I found a better place to search, and in no time at all, I had found it. I was super excited to find a new shiny log to be the {FTF}. As I was signing the log I also got to watch a very long freight train pass by.
