Cache was found after a short search. Thanks for the fun. Cleaning up Victoria with gridge98. We are on a mission this week. Completing twenty finds in Mexican local government areas is the challenge. Another find with the correct criteria. It is in Victoria and we have not accumalated twenty finds in this local government area.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is Woden's day the sixteenth day of the octavus month of the Roman calendar in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a bit windy today. It was so windy today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. Cache easily found here this evening once at GZ, not a mint tin in the bush but a nicely made hideTravelling around Victoria with Freddo for a week finding caches as we go. With two challenges on our radar we were in full force. All logs signed with our names or F+g98 for the smaller caches. Thanks for the cache

Found this one today while out doing maintenance on my own caches, nice little spot here very quiet we got a little enthusiastic with our bush bashing at first before I realised we'd gone too far and searched closer to the path before spotting it! TFTC!!

11-Mar-24
An easy little park and grab, but still a well constructed hide, thank you! This is always such a lovely part of the world to visit, so I'm glad you gave me another reason to come here. The other nearby cache required us to walk through this park, which, when the bracken is a meter high and you're a little kid, apparently feels like walking through the forest! Thanks for the cache, dropped off TB that I found years ago, lost at home, found by my kid recently, and I've been looking for a new home for since.

Heading down to Seaford for the CITO event, but I thought I would head down early to try my new Squid Pole and collect a few geocaches. Obviously I wasn't happy with a blue sad face on the map in this area, so I added it to my list, and made it my first destination for today. That previous event, using an offline list, I didn't know it was archived. All I found at the time was a pen inside a log and a sharp branch via it cutting my head open. Not enough to stop me, but enough blood to call it a night. This, visit , I seemed to have the place to myself. The Reserve Closed sign probably hekped that Thanks for the cache Walker 4Hunter

This reserve seemed to have some sort of supernatural attraction today as I found myself shifted closer to it with an appointment in Baxter... then closer to it again as I needed fuel at the petrol station up the road... by which point I figured it was lovely weather to go and visit this trio of caches! The timing was a little iffy as the preschool was evidently in the midst of drop-off/pick-up time - although it did mean my parking here didn't look overly random!I chose to walk down to this one first, and eventually discovered that I could've parked in a far more convenient location for this hide specifically, but still enjoyed the stroll through this beautiful slice of bushland. It took me a minute to settle on where I should be looking, although once I spotted the appropriate landmark, it was a sure bet.I was very pleased to see the creation that's been put together here - it's all very nicely made and in good condition.I'd perhaps recommend not attaching the string to the lid, as the tension results in it becoming slightly ajar.Outside of that, this is a great addition to the map and, in addition to highlighting such a pretty area, deserving of a favourite point. Thanks to Walker__4 for placing this one here! Smile

Date: November 7, 2023 Time: 11:50 AMFind #14265A quite warm Melbourne Cup day saw me heading for Frankston for a friend's catchup and to find some caches in the area. We had moderate success although the heat did seem to have an effect ou our cache/ADLab finding ability.Massive thanks go to Walker__4 for placing this one.

Today we found Paratea - Conservation Reserve on our travels. I had a Doh moment while ahomburg actually used his eyes and actually made the find! Thanks Walker__4 for being part of our geocaching fun.

Finally found this one a few weeks back. Apologies for the belated log. I initially headed into the old GZ area until checking the logs and learning the hide had in fact been moved so I followed the coordinates and began my search. Looked at several different places and then moved to try a different area. Spotted something rather peculiar and saw the tell tale signs of a cache! Signed and returned. Thanks to Walker_4 for placing this for us.

I continued the triangular walk from from the previous cache, a notable lack of footpaths here, and into this section of the park. I spied a large box hanging from a tree, which I mistakenly took for the cache and spent a few minutes trying to find how to open it. On rechecking my GPSr, I was about 10m away so I decided to follow that and soon had the cache in hand. The mystery is, what is that other box, which appears to be screwed shut from all sides and have no holes for birds or animals to enter, and what is it there for? If anyone can enlighten me, I would appreciate it Thanks from D B-A

Out and about with a Geo son pimp my balloons for a short run in the afternoon. Always good to discover another green space. Spotted what we thought was the obvious cache and tried to access it with no luck. Continued to search and nearly giving up on the way out. Geoson made the find. Excellent hiding here but needed to right now search Thanks for the cache

Out with xambo4u and I thought there was a new case released but it was just cache maintenance.
Just wanted to grab a few caches for the day with my mum.

Cache is gone but replacement should be put in by the end of the week! Sorry for any hold ups to geocaching plans but I’ll do my best to get the cache back in soon.

DNF after 45 minutes and took skin off forehead and blood on the skull.
Really wish I wasn't using an offline list from a month ago, no DNFs were listed then.
Hunter

PS. Only found a pen inside a log

20-Aug-23
My GPS was hardly moving which made it hard to know a general area to look

19-Aug-23
Out with TrudyJane for international geocaching day and sadly its a DNF for us - in an area well examined. On to the other 2 hoping for better luck.

13-Aug-23
Looked and looked but sad to have to log DNF. We will be back for this one!

08-Aug-23
Hard to find when found I was relieved

Gee, I can’t find caches after a 20 minute search even on my birthday, can’t find a place to live. Won’t be buying a lottery ticket anytime soon. Thanks anyway.

15-Jul-23
Persuaded muggle husband to divert the car here on our way home from lunch so I wouldn't break my daily cache streak for this month. Didn't know about this place and we are keen to return for a walk on a nicer day. On this rainy Saturday I wasn't keen on jumping over logs and ruining my new jeans so thankfully as I turned around I noticed something and made the find. Of course neither of us had a pen so pic sent to CO.

Found it , looking in the wrong area for a while, just about to give up, then on the way out, the sneaky guy was found. Tftc

12-Jul-23
After collecting the nearby Mystery cache, I stopped by this one. Approaching GZ, I stopped and looked around when something caught my eye and I soon had the cache in hand.

Thanks for the placement, Walker 4.

Out and about today with a good friend of mine catching up after a seemingly long time. After enjoying a lovely lunch in Frankston I decided to give a glance at if any new caches had popped up whilst on my hiatus. With a need to burn off the copious amounts of KBBQ I just ate a good walk was well needed.

All in all had a great time out once again cleaning up the Frankston Area, thanks for the cache and the little adventure!

07-Jul-23
It was a bit tricky but we did it

Out and about with Tiz13 for another one of our weekly caching adventures, there are always plenty of laughs while we are turning caches into smiles.

This is one of the caches found today. I walked right past it but Tiz spotted it.

Thanks Walker__4 for the cache.

Tricky find, it was in a unusual container that fooled us a bit. TFTC

Out with Rebel Acts today exploring the cache hides of Frankston. This was one of the finds we made.

01-Jul-23
With the weather clearing up this afternoon Kristysadventures and I headed out to find stuff neither of us had found so we dropped one car off and freestyled around this area. The rain gladly held off and we kept going until it started getting dark.
Overshot this one but then spotted something on the way back to the path.
Thanks Walker__4 for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

It’s raining, it’s pouring and this Cacher was snoring and couldn’t get up in the morning!

After spending several hours distracted by cyberspace, a patch of blue sky appeared and it was time to venture outside. Yay, the forecast had been updated and the rain was meant to be finished for the day and that means caching time!

A spur of the moment plan was hatched with spiffy- to target this area of unfound caches.

This area is really nice and great that it is protected. seems like a wildlife oasis.

thanks for the hide and showing us this location.

thanks for the placement Walker__4

A bit of a cold day and decided to grab a few local caches.
This one took a bit of searching as GPS wasn't settling. Geowife eventually made the discovery,
Log signed and back safe as found.
Thanks Walker 4

Being too close to ignore, we popped by and found the sneaky little thing tucked in there.
Thanks Walker_4 for placing another one here for us to find.

Ahh, that is a good little spot to hide a cache. Something stood out as I circled the GZ with my eyes. Log signed and popped back. Thank you.

It's not often I get a chance for a FTF given they always seem to be published while I'm at work! Luckily today I was at home not too far away with a day off and just so happened to see this one pop up only a few minutes after it was published.

I finished off my toastie and jumped in the car hoping to be in luck and sure enough was able to add my name to the top of the log sheet. Another nice pocket of bushland in the area which is always appreciated!

Only our second ever [FTF] in over 10 years of caching! TFTC
